I could give their NE 121st location 0 stars if I could. I had gotten into a car wreck and my car was pretty much totaled so WA state police called a tow truck. I went to this location to retrieve my belongings but since I wasn't the owner on the car ( my family owns it) I had to do all sorts of things just to get my stuff. Loretta is the lady who works there, and is very rude. I asked her some questions about how to go about payment through insurance (they don't do it!), the storage fees, etc. She answered my questions but it felt like I was just taking up so much of her time. I originally put the car up on Craigslist and OfferUp in case anyone wanted to buy what was left of it. No one wanted it, and so I thought about selling it to a junky car company that would pay me some money for it. But I received a bill in the mail and it was almost $900 worth of fees! I called Loretta back and I tried to work something out with her since that is a lot of money. She basically said that I should have picked up my car earlier or I wouldn't be in this situation. I told her I also have a full time job so it is hard for me to get over there to talk with them. She said she would "honor" one less day of storage as if she was doing me a favor. Today, I spoke with Celina at their NE 65th location. Celina was prompt in messaging me back and trying to work with me. She was extremely polite in her email, phone call, and in-person. She actually has some empathy for people which is nice. I got everything situated and just gave my car to Triple J for less than $900. I just paid the tow-in, two extra day of storage and tax. I just had to bite the bullet and pay $570 but it was better than $900. I appreciate Celina for being kind, proactive, and meeting me in the middle. If you can, avoid their 121st location. They lack professionalism and empathy. I understand they have to run a business, but I think they could use some extra training on boundaries, ethics, communication, and empathy. read more

My truck got towed for having expired tags yes I know makes sense but they could left a warning on it instead of just taking it..... I called them that same night they said if I wanted to pick the truck up I would have to pay 150$ extra or I can wait till morning and pay 75$ they said each 24 hours the truck is there at the yard 75$ will be added. The truck was not even there for 22 hours and they still charged me 75$ extra.... I told them about it then they come up with some dumb BS now saying each 12 hours it goes up half of the 75$ but yet still charged me a whole 75$. To get my truck back I paid 490$.... Yea such a scam dumb retard workers too. read more

Tammy is a HORRIBLE human being!! She yelled (screamed) at me each time I tried to speak a word to explain the curcumstamlnces, told me to "STOP ARGUING!" if I so much as breathed. Kept adding $$ to the bill the more angered she got. Then finally told me she would accept $500 cash if we paid by friday!?!? For a car we asked to be towed away and no longer wanted. My brother passed away and my son took care of his belongings to help my 85 years old mother as his beneficiary. This included my brothers car. My son registered for temporary tags on the vehicle to transport my brothers belongings to and from oregon/washington over a month period. The vehicle then sat in our culdesac since. Triple J's came to tow away. We spoke with the tow driver and police officer on the scene. We were happy to relinquish the vehicle and asked the tow driver if there was anything they needed from us to which he replied "no" and that they will "likely send it to auction and get the money for the value of the car". End of story...or so we thought. Recieved an outrageous bill in the mail!?!?! For my son (listed as the registered owner in washington???) Not the legal owner (my deceased brother in oregon) Now they want $900 from my son (and the bill keeps growing) for a vehicle we relinquished to Tripple J's to take to auction. Not only devastated over the death my brother but now being traumatized by Tripple J's Towing and Tammy the Evil Angry despicable excuse of a human!!!! read more

The woman who works in the front office is a horrible human being. We were involved in an accident a few days ago through no fault of our own, and had no choice but to have our car towed by this disgusting excuse for a tow company. We did not chose them to tow our car, the police department did. Guess how much our bill was for storing the car for ONE DAY and the local tow... $250!!! We don't have that money to spare at the moment, and the car is totaled. Payment plan? Forget about it. This place has no soul. Even though we signed the title over to the tow company, we were told we would be charged $65/day every day until we pay that $250. How is it that WE are responsible for the charges AFTER WE'VE ESSENTIALLY SOLD YOU THE CAR?!!! Disgusting attitude from that horrid woman. How do people like her sleep at night? read more

This business is highly unprofessional and quite frankly a scam. We asked to pay with check they agreed until the last minute and then refused to accept payment. If you are reading this review and they have also done you wrong be sure to file a complaint. Here is how to file a complaint. These people are NOT interested in helping you and NOT smart enough to help themselves. The dispatcher doesn't know anything about any of the geography around here. She asks every question 2 or 3 times because she doesn't seem to understand. They wont send you a truck if MIGHT be raining or snowing where you are or if its in any way inconvenient for them. Romeo is the best. Towed my 90 Honda Accord that only has about 3.5-4inches of clearance. Phone customer service is AWFUL but bare with them. I would use them again in a heart beat. read more

This place is so crooked, When we showed up and asked to remove our radio they said that we couldn't because of insurance reasons. We were told we would need to tow the car off the property in order to take our stuff out. The car was beyond repair and they suggested we sell it to an Auto wrecker they work with. The auto wrecker guy shows up and says that we can only take the radio IF we bring him the factory radio, then instructs us to pull the radio out of the car WITH IT STILL ON THE PREMIES!!!!! So, now that we are selling the car the vehicle that is on THEIR property all of a sudden no longer has insurance ties?! I call BS, Don't use this company they a crooked business read more

Triple J were the bright spot in getting a vehicle I purchased, to the terminal to be shipped. The shipping company I hired were the most incompetent group I have ever dealt with. But after calling Triple J myself to get it to the terminal, they stored it for me overnight and brought it to the terminal the next day. Great job! Much appreciated! These guys were awesome. They got there fast - 30 minutes., the price was reasonable and they were very courteous. The driver even insisted that he unhook my truck and then pick it up again so it could go in the driveway facing the direction that I wanted. He even gave me free advice as to how I might fix it. I have never had such an awesome experience with a tow company before this! My husband's car dies on the freeway exit off 205 at 117th. At 3:46pm I called and the very friendly and calming dispatcher told me it would be about 40 minutes. I asked her if that was normal, and she said "I don't know about other companies, but for us thats a busy estimate". She took our info and by 4:06pm Jake was on the scene. Jake was incredible! First of all, its his day off. He was turning in his truck when our call came in. He came for us anyways. He was professional and amazing!
