After we purchased a GMC Suburban in Grand Ronde OR we made it to Vancouver WA then it died. I just did a google lookup for towing companies and All County Auto Towing popped up. Troy and his helper didn't hesitate when asked to tow it late on a Saturday night, in the pouring rain! Very professional and everything went great. If needed would definitely use them again! read more

Chris and Brittany are amazing! They were friendly and so helpful. They were above and beyond with the service provided. They didn't have to check under the hood to see what was wrong with my car, but they did. They really do treat you like family. They even offered suggestion of mechanics in the local area that are fair but reliable. read more

Very sweet couple with great customer service. They arrived less than 30 minutes, had my car hooked up in no time, and I was home in 20 minutes. I would definitely use this company again! read more

Called for my motorcycle to be towed. They couldn't help but connected me with thunder mountain. Offered to get me the number, I declined and they texted me the contact info. Much appreciated and great service even though they could not directly help, they still did. read more

Today, we found ourselves in quite the predicament with a seized motor on Andresen Rd. When we called, the owner (Steve), talked us through a bit of panic to get out of the center lane with the car stuck in park and into neutral so we could push it to a safe area while we waited for his arrival. He got to us within 25 minutes and acted very professionally and even gave us bottled water since it was warm out. The rate was better than expected especially since we're looking at an astronomical price to fix the car. Never thought getting a tow would be the best part of a day. Thanks!! read more

Super fast and friendly when I locked my keys in my car. i hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does I will call them.

Last week my car was hit in a store parking lot & I didn't think my car was drivable. My bumper was pretty much torn off. I called for a tow & they were there withing 15 minutes!!! Unheard of! The guy came over to asses the damage. He felt I didn't need a tow & went & got a bungy cord of his own to jimmy-rig my bumper & hooked it to where it wasn't dragging & was able to make it home. After a frustrating experience of watching my car hit, the employee made me feel so grateful for his honesty & not charging me to tow my car. I will always recommend this company & have told everyone about the amazing service I received. I felt like he was an angel sent to calm me down! Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. I live out in Hazel Dell and needed my car moved from the tow company lot to my home. Out of 5 tow experiences I've had in the past, this was by far the most helpful, pleasant, and affordable. This family-owned business went out of their way to pick up my vehicle from the holding yard, discussed all of my options for me in a way I could understand, and even gave me a ride home. I legitimately felt comfortable with them and we had a great conversation on the ride home. Even though my vehicle was pretty badly damaged, they took extra caution with picking it up and dropping it off at my house. If I ever need a tow service again or know anyone that does, I will use and recommend All County from now on. read more

Great service! Tonight it was a freezing cold 42 degrees outside. My car would not start. I got a jump from a friend, but my car died two times still!!! I really didn't know if I had battery problems or if it was my starter/alternator/fuel pump?? Steve was so helpful & asked me the right questions for him to try to help me determine what the problem was as to why my car was not starting. I don't know anything about cars...he was very friendly & offered me many options how he could get my car working. Steve told me it was my battery. Since I have a Saab....parts are hard to find. He called and got me hooked up with Sears. Told me the price, warranty, who I needed to talk with at Sears. Steve even stayed with me on the phone while I was driving to Sears to make sure my car didn't die! For all the great service....I wasn't even charged for their time & effort! EXCELLENT SERVICE~ would use again! Thank you read more

Hi, my Son and I recently took a Trip to Idaho/Montana and on our 1,800 mile journey we used several Towing Companys due to Auto problems . Just want to pass on how Professional Owner/Operater Steve was . Both he and his Truck were Clean and he even had bottles of Cold Water for us to drink, how thoughtful !!!!!. We had waited for 2+ hours for a previous Tow Co. and appreciated Steve's dedication to his work, he was there before the ETA and he was an extremely pleasant gentleman. It was good to see those Flashing lights of his. Thank's!!!!! read more

Awesome! We got a flat on the highway tonight and managed to get ourselves to a bars parking lot. After looking for a place that sells tires that was open, then looking on Craigslist for someone selling tires we finally gave up and called a tow. They gave us a 30-45 minute wait and actually got to us in about 15 minutes! Amazing. We thought it would cost us upwards of 100$ but costed us under that, and that's with the hook up fee and having to be driven back into Portland! Amazing, amazing, amazing. Only downside was the cab wasn't big enough for me, my husband and our baby so I had to get an uber for me and baby but even that turned out amazing cause the driver was tops! If we ever need a tow again I will definitely call them! They took amazing care of my husband and me, put our car in its very strange parking spot and didn't keep us waiting around in the cold/wet! Thank you!!!! read more

All County Auto Towing truly is a diamond in the rough. My battery died on my '06 Silverado 2500 when I was at my brothers apartment helping him move some couches. After we got the couches all loaded up I went to start up my truck aaaannd nothing, just a couple clicks with no engine turn over. It was getting late in the day and I had places to be (don't we all), so I called my insurance rep and had her recommend a couple towing companies to call for a jump or a possible tow. After contacting my insurance preferred towing companies I quickly realized that I wasn't going anywhere for at least an hour, all trucks were super far away. I decided to google tow companies near my location at the time and All County Auto Towing popped up so I have them a call. A very nice woman answered my call and told me they had a truck in the area and could be over to me in 10 minutes, awesome!!! I got a call from the truck driver who said he'd get the me in about ten minutes which actually turned out to be more like 2 minutes and he assured me that if all I needed was jump he could get it done because his truck has 4 batteries on board to crank out the juice if I needed it. His optimism eased my frustration a bit so that was nice. He showed up with a big flatbed truck incase I might need a tow, so that was cool too, came prepared. He exited his truck with his wife and daughter and a portable jump starter. Got the jump starter hooked up to my battery, he said "give it a try" so I turned the key over and again, nothing. He then decided to break out the jumper cables and hook up to his trucks 4 batteries, once everything was hooked up he said again "give it a try" so I did and got the starter to turn over a couple times but the engine did not fire up, progress. So we let it sit for a few mins to try and get a little charge up on my truck, we made some small talk about my truck so they could better pin point the problem, soon after I realized that the drivers wife was the nice lady whom I spoke to on the phone, I was quite impressed with call to service so far. After letting my truck charge up for a bit I gave it another go and the engine did turn over a couple times but again, not firing, outa juice. The wife of the driver asked me if she could stand on my tires so she could get a better view of the engine compartment, it's a lifted truck and she's kinda short. She then connected the cables to a grounding point in the engine bay and a positive distribution box next to the engine while her husband brought out the portable jump starter and hooked it up to the battery, let is sit for a minute and have it another go, this time the engine cranked and it fired up, finally!!! All in all it took 5 batteries and about an hours worth time plus a little trouble shooting to get my truck going. The most impressive thing here is that they stayed committed to the task at hand, this was no simple battery to battery jump start, turns out I need a small nuclear reactor to get this truck started. They were more than friendly, very prompt and highly committed to getting me back on the road. They were actually trying to save me money by not saying "screw it, let's just load him up on the flatbed", saved me at least $150. All County Auto Towing demonstrates the kind of quality and customer service that can be a rare thing to find these days. They don't deserve a 5 star rating, they deserve a million star rating!!! read more
