Extremely quick response and very friendly. I would absolutely suggest everyone call PA towing. Will use again if I am in a bind!

PA towing is the BEST by far! They showed up in a timely fashion and provided the best and most efficient, professional service I have seen! If you need a tow, definitely call PA Towing first read more

Called early this morning to get a quote for towing my truck. My call was answered immediately. I received the quote and authorized the tow. I had an appointment and Mr. Pavel indicated that all I needed to do was to call when I finished my appointment. I was assured that the tow would be taken care of, today. I finished my appointment and to my surprise my truck was safely transported to the location that I gave him. My truck was parked. I got a text with a photo of my parked truck. I called and arranged payment. I am grateful for the professional and courteous way in which my tow was handled. I strongly recommend PA Towing and will use them again, should I need towing service. I was quoted a fair price and treated well. Service was efficient, professional and thorough. read more

Use these guys. Pavel showed up right away on Saturday morning to tow my wife's car to the tire shop. He was courteous and fast -- he even beat us to the tire shop. He had a brand new state-of-the-art truck. We couldn't be happier with the service -- very reasonable prices. read more

We had our classic car towed by PA Towing to a mechanic last week. I was so impressed by this company and their service. From the initial phone call asking about pricing and availability to the delivery of our car to the mechanic, it was a wonderful experience. They were very responsive in setting up the appointment as well as arrival time. The driver was so friendly, fun, knowledgeable and super careful in handling the car. I would DEFINITELY recommend PA towing! read more

I texted them for a tow and then my phone died. Ten minutes later a beautiful state-of-the-art tow truck showed up. They tried to call back, and when it didn't go through came to my rescue anyway. The tow truck had a great hookup and a hydraulic comfy passenger seat. The driver gave me helpful tips on what to tell the dealership to get warranty coverage and gave me advice on the best cars to buy. He said it's a family-owned business so everyone takes pride in the work they do. The drivers are professionals safety and calming down stressed passengers. Thanks PA Towing. read more

We ended up needing to use PA Towing because our car would not start. Pavel, the owner of the company, ended up towing our car at 11pm when it was raining and cold. He was really nice, polite, and calm, during a time of high stress for me. For example, when I explained where to drop the car off, he was really relaxed, and said to just give him the key and it would all be ok. That reassurance helped me believe that the car would be dropped off no problem, and it was! I highly recommend PA Towing to anyone! read more

Just had our SUV towed by PA towing and I am very pleased. Pavel was punctual, incredibly quick/efficient, and kind. They were also the best price in the area (I called all around Vancouver yesterday to get quotes). I highly recommend PA towing. read more

Awesome customer service. Friendly people. Called them to pick up my car from a repo place and not only did they arrive on time but waited about 30 minutes for the repo people to get there. Would highly recommend this place and if I ever need a tow again I will for sure go to them. They actually go above and beyond to help their customers. And they're cheap. read more

The owner Pavel came and helped me with a jump start today. He arrived within 10 minutes and saved me. Genuinely a nice guy. Gave me great advice and got me on my way quickly. PA Towing totally saved me! I had a tire fly into the NB Lane of the Glen Jackson Bridge and it totaled my car. They came and got me safely off the road and to the shop in less than 15 minutes. The driver even called my husband (who called to arrange the tow) to let him know I was ok and where I was at. Very professional and caring. I hope to never need an emergency tow like that again but if I did and it was in the area I would hands down call them back. read more

I called PA Towing today because my car battery was apparently dead, and I had a very important doctor appointment at the hospital about 1/2 hour or more north from my house, when I discovered that my car would not start at all. I have had this problem before a few times and had to call someone for jump starts, even though my battery is fairly new, and my lights to my knowledge were not left on, as all of these incidents were in daylight hours. I thought that maybe my hand was somehow accidentally hitting the light switch handle which is very close to the left side of the steering wheel. So, the mystery was solved today! I called my auto insurance for a recommendation of new excellent rated towing companies as I have had nightmare experiences with some incompetent companies in my recent past. My insurance company gave me the names of three companies with excellent ratings. I chose to call PA Towing, and it was my lucky day. Not only did they come to my house almost instantly, but they found out that the problem had nothing to do with my headlight arm switch at all! It turned out, from the beginning of his exam, that the problem was completely due to the faulty battery connection! (NO one else from ANY of the other companies I had called before EVER bothered to check the battery connection, which was the first thing that PA's did)! So, it seems that the past few battery jump starts I've had to get were actually because of the bad battery connection piece and not due to my maybe bumping the headlight arm switch. I have been getting my car serviced at a 4 star company in Portland for 9 years, and somehow they were totally unaware of the faulty battery connection piece, after all this time and all the standard auto service appointments I have had with them. I would also like to add that not only was the owner of "PA Towing" at my house in just a very few minutes, but that he was a very kind, pleasant and professional person, who obviously takes great pride in his company, and the quality of his services. I HIGHLY recommend PA Towing, over and above any other possible towing company. If in the future, I ever need a jump start, tow, need fuel, or have a lockout I will ONLY call PA TOWING. The Best! read more

My friend broke down in the middle of traffic Friday afternoon on I-205. PA was the closest tow company, so I called. He was there in 15 minutes and had loaded up her vehicle before we even got to the house. Amazing service! Was able to pay over the phone and was happy to hear he has some of the lowest rates in the county. Thank you so much!! read more

I called PA Towing at 10:51 PM when my car wouldn't start at Costco in Camas. The gentleman drove from his place near Vancouver Mall to Costco in Camas to tow my car to my house. He charged a very reasonable rate and was very careful and gentle when loading/unloading my car onto the flat bed of his tow truck. He is a nice and friendly gentleman. I save his number in my contact list and have a peace of mine just in case. Thank You very much PA Towing. read more

Yesterday I picked up my car from the mechanics, after taking it in for a brake inspection. Within 2 miles my car was excessively steaming from the engine bay. I was forced to pull over in a nearby parking lot. I was on my way to work & beyond upset. I called numerous local towing companies for quotes. I decided to use PA Towing. They were straightforward, AFFORDABLE, fast, and KIND. With all the car stress of yesterday, I accidentally gave the wrong pickup location. It wasn't just a little off, it was entirely across town! When PA Towing arrived to the location and couldn't find my vehicle, they reached out over phone. I was away from my cell and I didn't answer. For 20+ minutes Pavel from PA Towing was at the incorrect location, I GAVE. When he was finally able to reach me, I felt to stupid for my careless mistake. Pavel was incredibly understanding and patient. He even went as far as making jokes with me about the whole situation. Yesterday was such a horrible day. Things keep going wrong, I keep making silly mistakes. PA Towing literally made my day better. I highly recommend PA Towing! No one is happy when they have to have their car towed. But I can guarantee, PA Towing will make your experience so much better. They treated me with such respect even when I was making their day more difficult. I'm not one to normally write reviews, but they deserve an excellent one from me! I'm telling you guys & all my friends THIS IS THE TOW COMPANY TO USE! read more

My wife and I were taking a 1994 XJS Jaguar sports convertible to a repair shop for starter problems on Thursday morning. When leaving I-5 at the Mill Plain exit, my wife went to apply her brakes to slow down as she was following me, things went to hell. The brakes went out, pedal to the floor and she wanted to avoid me as I was in front of her. We were still doing almost freeway speed and slowing down, when things happened very quickly. The car pitched sideways and heading right at a big tree blowing a tire. At the last second hit the bottom of the tree ball and pitched the car air born and turned it 180 degrees landing some ten feet away in the brush. It was a miracle that it stayed upright. Many people stopped to see if they could be of help and was greatly appreciated. Thanks to all those kind citizens!! I needed a toe truck and tried several in the area and told them of my situation but they were all too busy. Being new to the area I was at a little bit of a lose of what to do next. So I did one last try and called PA Towing. A very pleasant fellow answered the phone and I told him my situation. In a very comforting reply he said he would be there in minutes. Upon his arrival he introduced himself as Pavel, shook my hand and assured me everything was going to be alright. He could see I was shaken as I had seen all of this happen in my rearview mirror. He took full control of the situation and took every precaution in loading the car. When he delivered the car to where it needed to go we settled our account at a very reasonable rate. He shook my hand and gave me a needed hug of assurance and said everything is going to be alright. I STRONGLY recommend PA Towing and a special thanks to Pavel! read more

Needed my car towed from WSU campus area in Vancouver, Wa to the Volvo Dealership in Portland Oregon. Speed's Towing wanted $180. Chapelle's Towing wanted $200. PA did it for $125. This is a family owned & operated business, a father & 2 sons, no employees. Pavel showed up, impecably dressed in the company uniform within a half hour in a fine looking flatbed, had the car on the bed in 10 minutes & down to Portland in 20. He was very considerate of the car, taking extra precaution that it didn't scrape on the driveway as he loaded it up or getting it off. I'll never use any other tow truck company as long as I'm in this area. Great Job!!! read more
