Right after I gave you a 1-star, you called me saying how "not so smart" I was for giving you a 1-star. Then you left me a 1-star on my google map page, and then on my page on yelp saying the same stuff, which is fine because I don't really pay attention to those ratings. Some days later, you contacted me again asking why I gave you a 1-star. I didn't even want to respond because I usually try not to interact with people, but I will this time, since you really insisted. I called the closest towing company to my store, which was you. Right after what you told me, you just hung up rudely even before I had a chance to "respond" to what you said. I called the 2nd closest, which was Brooks Towing. He told me the "exact same thing" you said, but he was generous enough to "wait" for me to "respond" and told me what to do next when I asked him what to do about the situation. So, I went ahead and did what he told me what I should've done. I gave him a 5-star because I thought he deserved it. Then I actually went back to your page to give you a 1-star. They had no option for a 0-star unfortunately. As soon as I told you about my situation, you probably sensed that I wasn't "MONEY" for you. Perhaps that's why you didn't want to waste any of your time and just hung up on me. I feel like going back to Brooks Towing to give him another 5-star because writing about all this, it's bringing good memories from the experience with him on the phone. Called inquiring about a warning posted on our vehicle that was completely legally parked and was cussed out for no reason even though we called completely respectfully we got called homophobic slurs and no answer to our question. Definitely wouldn't recommend this tow company. read more

Getting my car towed past 9 PM wasn't the ideal situation. However 24 seven rapid discount towing made my day as good as it could to get. After waiting over an hour for AAA in the cold, wet weather, I called this towing service and they were there in under 10 minutes. Not only were they there quickly but their prices were extremely reasonable and their customer service was excellent. ATTENTION NEW PEOPLE LOOKING AT THIS BUSINESS! Normally I would not go out my way to be downloading apps that give you the ability to jot down awesome reviews of businesses but i especially took the time to download yelp to give this place a terrible one. I was on my way to downtown to run some errands but out of my luck, my bmw decided to break down on me in the middle of the morrison bridge. Drivers were getting anxious and i was in the middle of traffic, i had no other choice to look up on google a towing company and lucky me rose city towing was my first choice. The driver of the truck was really cool and got me out of that situation really quick but on the other hand the boss guy was a prick. After i got to my house he started charging me for things i didnt even know i had to pay for like riding in the truck, honestly if i knew their was a price to ride shotgun id rather take the freakin bus and pay $2.50 than pay SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS.. Really??. Wheres my complimentary drink and massage with that money? I better have the best ride in the front seat ever with $75. And just because i drive a BMW doesnt mean i got money falling out my pants. I really like how he started telling me these undisclosed fees til after i got to my house with my car still on the truck. I feel like ive been cheated and discriminated on what kind of car i drive. Im just a regular person with regular problems. I unfourtanley locked the tow truck by accident so the nice man called his boss to bring us tools to unlock the truck. Awesome how the boss charged me the same price for another truck for coming out of his way to bring special tools for the car. It would of been nice if he was more considerate with the price. (Another 109 for that) Honestly this towing company over charges even though alot of people wrote these reviews saying its good and awesome i dont think so. I still would of been charged 319 if i didn't lock the car on accident. I feel like i got cheated out of my hard earned money and got lied too. This towing company isnt the way to go. I needed help and rose city towing only saw money. I would of been GREATLY HAPPIER if i was told on the phone for all the hidden fees and i was just told that it will be only 5 dollars per mile. Assuming the most would be around 170, the hidden fees added up to be, 109 to get my car lifted. 75 dollars to get a ride. 95 dollars for "SPECIAL TOOLS" Another 109 to bring another tow truck to get the keys to unlock the tow truck And then total came up to 408 dollars Only goes to show with all these great reviews and people satisfied with great customer service theirs always that one bad customer service review and it unfortunately had to be me. Not giving a bad review out of blind hate but disappointment and un satisfaction of not being able to be satisfied like everyone else who used this towing company. Prices aren't great. The boss isn't cool like how everyone says he is, the employee who helped me was awesome. I know you have to put one star to even make a review otherwise you cant, normally the star wouldn't mean anything except un needed fluff to me but, He's the single star in this review. And i really appreciate that he tried to give me the service everyone was talking about. Service the boss person couldn't even accommodate. Hands down to Joseph and his company.. Was in town for a couple of days to see family and my Chevy Tahoe needed a battery and I was on the side of one of the main highways... Joseph came out with the quickness loaded up my suv on the back of the flatbed and got me to a auto parts store and even installed my battery for me and got me back on the road in no time.. I needed roadside assistance for what I thought was a dead battery; however James did some diagnostic work and helped me figure out it wasn't my battery but rather a security system/key issue. Buyer beware. Adequate towing, poor customer service, overpriced. I called them due to good reviews on Yelp but regret doing so. My husband was on an accident and needed his truck towed. It was drivable but not safely. The driver was polite, but pressured us to take our vehicle to a shop he knew of, but our insurance recommended we tow it home so we did. My husband helped drive the truck up onto the flatbed and helped drive it off and into our driveway. Once home they had us sign on an electronic pad and said they would send an invoice to our email. Imagine our surprise to see we were charged $295 to be towed 5 miles. I called and politely asked Joseph why the fee was so much higher than other companies I checked with. He said he wasn't in the office and couldn't tell me without looking at the paperwork. I asked that he call me later. He didn't. I emailed the company again asking for an ecplaination of the elevated cost and was told the fees had been explained at the time of service but they weren't. I checked with other companies afterwards and was quoted $75 by one and $100 by the other for the exact same service. I would have had no problem paying more if he could justify it, but it was obvious by his rude behavior and unwillingness to discuss the issue that I got scammed. My advice is always get the price up front and call a different company. read more

I felt lost when I got stuck with my car at Barbour Blvd. I was told my car was no longer safe to drive. I needed help quickly as one does when your car breaks down. I called Joseph at Rose City Towing and from that moment on I felt very well taken care of. Joseph was professional and calm and reassured me that he'd be there in 30 minutes. It took him way less than that. He was right there, loaded up my car in a minute and towed my car and me to my mechanic. I chose to get off at my mechanic's place as it is only four blocks from my house. But Joseph would have given me a ride home. The service was smooth, very fair priced and Joseph chose the best route to get through rush hour. He was extremely considerate and provided clear guidance. I felt in best care. I'm female and was by myself. I felt completely safe and very well taken care of. I have an old car and the likelihood is I might get stuck again someday. But I'm not worried as I'll call Rose City Towing. Joseph is awesome! He's honest and very hard working, and it was fun getting a ride in his truck! read more
