This is a joint account for my wife and me, so it's Rob (not Rita) writing. My motorcycle died out in the wilderness behind Mt. Hood on the way back from the Eclipse event. Jesse was behind me, heard me sputtering and first asked if I needed gas. The problem was bigger, though, the battery was shot. This was a mess: massive traffic, way out in the sticks, crappy cell connection, long way from home. He stuck with me, gave me a ride to the filling station 8 miles down the road, humored me as I tried to find my inner balance and sense of humor, was all around a fantastic help in my time of need. This guy showed up quickly and saved us big time!!!! I would give 10 stars if that was an option as he went above and beyond the call of duty!!! He arrived and assessed the spare we had to switch out with our flat tire, the spare was dead, he tried to take it apart and fix it and when it couldn't be fixed he sold us the spare tire he had in the trunk of his car (the one he owns for his own car in case he gets a flat!). I was so blessed to have this guy come out in our time of need. He showed up with a cat riding on the dashboard, her name is Dixie Bell and she rolls with him wherever he goes! She is an adorable cat to say the least! If you need dependable roadside assistance this is the person to call!!!! read more

Jesse was right on time, very efficient, changed the flat tire, took a look at the others to make sure that they looked safe, was cordial and friendly, and I appreciated his help very much. His cat was on a leash and sat contentedly in the shade while Jesse fixed the tire, and then his cat hopped back in his car to his car bed, nice and secure, and away they went. Success! Cheered me up. I enjoyed the conversation while he fixed the tire, and felt more calm from his competent work. Very professional and skilled, thank you, Jesse! My insurance company made arrangements for Jesse to come out to Hood River to jump start my dead car. It took a little over an hour which was expected so no worries there. What was great was Jesse texting right away to confirm he was coming and then following up a little later with a phone call. Then he texted again when he was close to arriving! This was excellent! No wondering when we would get help! Then when Jesse arrived he was very personable and introduced us to Pixie too. Best roadside service cat ever! On a cold November night, my car would not start and my insurance called another company. Two hours later, that horrific company canceled my call, leaving me stranded, in the middle of the night. Fortunately, my insurance hired Jesse's company to come and jumpstart my car. Jesse went above and beyond to help get me get back on the road safely. Jesse 'rescued' us up at Mt. Hood last weekend. He was dispatched by Subaru Roadside Service after I called them. I was concerned that the process could leave some damage on our vehicle...there was none! Jesse called to confirm where he was to go and he arrived when he said he would and even texted us updates along the way (we were a long way away!). He was professional and did a great job and it only took a couple minutes for him to open our car. He had cats which made my wife happy (good to distract her from my idiocy!). My car got stuck on Mt. Hood a week ago on an icy hill it wasn't able to climb and my car rental company arranged for Jesse's company to help tow my car back down to a major highway. As soon as I was finished talking to the rental company, Jesse called me to confirm the details and let me know his ETA. He arrived quickly and kept in communication so I was kept in the loop of where he was. He was able to quickly tow my car down from the hill. I had a combined dead battery and lockout (due to keyless entry, which doesn't work on my car when the battery is dead) at PDX. PDX has their own jump start service, but they don't deal with lockouts. Jesse arrived when he said he would and did the whole job in no more than 5 min. Subaru Roadside Assistance paid, so can't speak to the price, but I was very happy with his service. He also does tire changes and fuel deliveries. The cat in the back was nice to me; guess I got him on a good day. read more

We were referred to Jesse via Liberty Mutual Roadside Assistance when my daughter's car blew a tire out on the Gorge highway. She expected a long wait, but he showed up much sooner and quickly fixed her spare. He then waited for me to show up so my daughter and I could make our way into town for a new tire. We got to day hi to his cat too - apparently he has multiple in a litter that get to travel with him. Very pleasant and professional! read more

Jesses service was excellent. I needed a battery jump start and was told they would arrive in 1 hour. Jesse arrived in 40 minutes to a rural location, got my car started, was very professional, and friendly. Jesse was able to tell that my battery was low but charging which saved a trip to repair shop to check the voltage system. I especially enjoyed a short visit with his travel companion cat. When our our other Roadside provider cancelled on us after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, Jesse was called in by our insurance provider and Jesse was there in 15 minutes. Jesse changed our tire on the I-84 east against the jersey barrier. Right rear tire...heavy traffic. Jesse was quick, professional and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. 5 Stars . I was cleaning up a campsite after 4 the of July gathering and my car got stuck On a tree stump, I had my infant daughter with me. Jesses roadside rescue was a blessing! Jesse got to my house sooner than he predicted, he was incredibly friendly, and he went the extra mile to help me with my dead battery by following me to the auto parts store and installing a new one for me. Plus he had his cat Mr. Jinx with him. I can not recommend his services enough. I wish I could have afforded to give him a bigger tip. read more

We recently broke down near Hood River... and a long phone call to Jessie provided amazing assistance-- diagnosing the problem (alternator), providing advice about where to go. Jesse was great! My car needed a jump and Jesse got there right on time. He made sure that my car was charged so it wouldn't die again and I also got to meet Dixie his mascot cat. I'm so lucky that when I called my roadside assistance that they connected me with Jesse's Roadside Rescue! My battery and alternator had failed and he used a jump box to get me enough power to make it to my mechanic. Can say how awesome he is and how super cute Jenna the cat is !
