The owner of Mian called around to try and find me and kept in contact as well as checking up on me to see how it was going, making sure the other person was there, ect. After being connected to over 6 different companies, I had found someone to tow with their help. They were nice, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They happened to be the first people I tried calling, but I called around elsewhere and everyone charged at least twice as much. Other companies were a lot less understanding of my situation as well, not that going above and beyond is expected but these guys did. I forgot to ask for their names, I wasn't expecting to write a review. If I had any complaints its that I didn't get towed for free.

There was no sense of urgency or care for my safety, which is unacceptable for a service that people rely on in vulnerable situations. Sure, thats because there was exactly one employee in the trailer and was already juggling a phone that basically never stopped ringing. She did apologize for the wait, probably because I very visibly was waiting patiently and not being a dick about it. Once she was able to get me processed I was in and out super quick. Was it expensive? Yeah...yeah it was. But place that annoyance on the city, they are the ones that can set into law what amount towers can charge. I was also a police tow (apparently I can't read signs, def my bad) and not private lot/owner tow.
