It's kind of funny actually. I think getting a tow or calling a towing company only happens a few times in someone's life, however, in my case this is about the 5th towing company I have ever had to use. Of all the tow's I've had, I usually expect nothing more than a few words, a tow, and a bill. That was not the case with Tigard Towing. They were prompt, they were understanding, and Bruce was amazing at helping us deal with our situation. He reassured us that this kind of thing happens to a lot of people. It was great to see someone who was so kind when they knew we needed help and could've exploited us but didn't. We have lots of cars in our big family and I have used Tigard Towing a few times now. I have always been more than happy with the service and pricing. Something weird happened the last time I looked them up. I somehow reached a Yelp page for what looked like Tigard Towing. I mean it actually says Tigard Towing at the top. However when I called, it didn't sound like the same people I've dealt with before. When the truck came out, it wasn't the same company. Not really sure why this other company is using another company's name online but I called the real Tigard Towing and the owner told me to be careful because there is someone trying to use their business name online. Basically just save 971-998-9816 in your phone and you'll be covered. If it's a beautiful red truck showing up for you, then you know those are the right people. read more

After calling around for quotes, I decided to move forward with Tigard Towing, and man, am I glad I did. Mike is an absolute champion. It was a huge disappointment to find my car leaking radiator fluid after I finished one of my shopping errands, but Mike from Tigard Towing eased my stress and got me to the nearest maintenance shop with no issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and was concerned for the safety of myself and my son (COVID precautions) as well. My insurance's roadside assistance used this company and after being informed by my insurance that they had only gotten their voicemail I called tge towing company to ask if they had gotten back to them. When the guy answered the phone after me asking the question the guy got belligerent and started repeating the phrase "so what can I help you with" in an insulting manner and after saying it a few times he finally said my insurance has all the info they need but then started repeating that same frame of "so what can I help you with". Their card says "Family-Owned and locally operated" but this family seems like they could use some customer service training. read more

Blew a tire on my way home from work and didn't have a tire iron to put the spare on. I called around to a few towing companies and this place had the shortest wait time. They showed up faster than the time I was quoted which i was very thankful for because it started getting dark and I wasn't exactly pulled over in a way that I was completely out of traffic. read more

Horrible company and customer service!!! Total bait and switched! Husbands work truck broke down and we needed it towed! When I called and I told the gentleman EXACTLY what kind of truck and the SIZE!! He quoted me a price and my husband went to meet him! When he got their to meet my husband he told my husband it was gonna be more than DOUBLE then what he quoted us!! He tried to tell my husband "your wife said it was a smaller truck" my husband reminded him that he was on speaker phone and that he heard EXACTLY what I told him which was! My husband told him no thanks on the tow! The guy got very upset and said there was going to be a cancellation fee. Lol. When my Chevy Blazer broke down I called Tigard Towing. They were very courteous on the phone and said a driver would be there shortly to help me. It wasn't long before the driver (Bruce) arrived. He was very friendly and got to work right away. He got me and my car to my mechanic in short order and managed to turn an unfortunate event into a more pleasant experience. I just got my first car and low and behold, the battery completely died on me- not even a hope of jumping it.
