I was stranded and texted/called twice. They only respond through text. I never got a text/call back. Disappointing behavior.

We have lots of cars in our big family and I have used Tigard Towing a few times now. I have always been more than happy with the service and pricing. Something weird happened the last time I looked them up. I somehow reached a Yelp page for what looked like Tigard Towing. I mean it actually says Tigard Towing at the top. However when I called, it didn't sound like the same people I've dealt with before. When the truck came out, it wasn't the same company. Not really sure why this other company is using another company's name online but I called the real Tigard Towing and the owner told me to be careful because there is someone trying to use their business name online. Basically just save 971-998-9816 in your phone and you'll be covered. If it's a beautiful red truck showing up for you, then you know those are the right people. read more

Had to get my car towed due to an electrical issue and was fortunate to find Tigard Towing online. After calling around for quotes, I decided to move forward with Tigard Towing, and man, am I glad I did. Mike is an absolute champion. Professional, respectful, honest, and a great personality to-boot! He was extremely careful with my SUV and followed up immediately after he delivered my vehicle to the repair shop. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his outstanding service. Also want to note that the other negative reviews are likely for another company that is ripping off Tigard Towing's trademark. Just make sure you get Mike - you will not be dissapointed. read more

It was a huge disappointment to find my car leaking radiator fluid after I finished one of my shopping errands, but Mike from Tigard Towing eased my stress and got me to the nearest maintenance shop with no issues. Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and was concerned for the safety of myself and my son (COVID precautions) as well. Great experience and definitely helped ease my anxiety as I had to get my car fixed on a very hectic day. Tigard Towing -- you have one exemplary employee (in Mike) in your organization and I have no doubt you have many others as well. Great service and great company. read more

It's kind of funny actually. I think getting a tow or calling a towing company only happens a few times in someone's life, however, in my case this is about the 5th towing company I have ever had to use. Of all the tow's I've had, I usually expect nothing more than a few words, a tow, and a bill. That was not the case with Tigard Towing. They were prompt, they were understanding, and Bruce was amazing at helping us deal with our situation. He reassured us that this kind of thing happens to a lot of people. It was great to see someone who was so kind when they knew we needed help and could've exploited us but didn't. Like I said, it sucks when you have to get a tow, but I would recommend this Company to anyone that needs a towing and needs it now! read more

I called to get some help when my car broke down. Terry was very kind and courteous and helpful in this this situation that was quite stressful, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. If I need a towing service again I will be calling them. read more

My insurance's roadside assistance used this company and after being informed by my insurance that they had only gotten their voicemail I called tge towing company to ask if they had gotten back to them. When the guy answered the phone after me asking the question the guy got belligerent and started repeating the phrase "so what can I help you with" in an insulting manner and after saying it a few times he finally said my insurance has all the info they need but then started repeating that same frame of "so what can I help you with". Their card says "Family-Owned and locally operated" but this family seems like they could use some customer service training. read more

Blew a tire on my way home from work and didn't have a tire iron to put the spare on. I called around to a few towing companies and this place had the shortest wait time. They showed up faster than the time I was quoted which i was very thankful for because it started getting dark and I wasn't exactly pulled over in a way that I was completely out of traffic. read more

Fast & easy Towing experience. I was amazed at how quickly and easily they got the car loaded up onto the tow truck. The driver (Bruce) was a very friendly and communicative with me as well. I felt happy with my experience and will contact them again if I ever need help in the future. They definitely went above and beyond compared to the previous experiences I've had with towing companies in the area. I recommend Tigard Towing to anyone looking for their services. read more

Horrible company and customer service!!! Total bait and switched! Husbands work truck broke down and we needed it towed! When I called and I told the gentleman EXACTLY what kind of truck and the SIZE!! He quoted me a price and my husband went to meet him! When he got their to meet my husband he told my husband it was gonna be more than DOUBLE then what he quoted us!! He tried to tell my husband "your wife said it was a smaller truck" my husband reminded him that he was on speaker phone and that he heard EXACTLY what I told him which was! My husband told him no thanks on the tow! The guy got very upset and said there was going to be a cancellation fee. Lol. When I called to speak to the guy he ended up hanging up on me and wouldn't let me speak! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

When my Chevy Blazer broke down I called Tigard Towing. They were very courteous on the phone and said a driver would be there shortly to help me. It wasn't long before the driver (Bruce) arrived. He was very friendly and got to work right away. He got me and my car to my mechanic in short order and managed to turn an unfortunate event into a more pleasant experience. Would highly recommend! read more

It's rare you can ever say having to get a car towed is a great experience, but this might be the one and only occasion! I just got my first car and low and behold, the battery completely died on me- not even a hope of jumping it. To my chagrin and embarrassment of the whole situation, I called these guys who relieved so much stress and got me moving. I'm so grateful for their ability to work courteously and professionally in times when people may not be at their happiest.. Definitely recommended! read more

My car needed towing and Travis was prompt and polite. He helped tow my car to the repair shop. Would highly recommend this towing service!

My car quit working today for some reason.. Aside from cancelling the rest of my day, the tow was direct, affordable and easy. It took less than 10 minutes for Bruce to show up and got right to work. He was friendly and understanding of my situation. Nobody wants to call a tow truck but Tigard Towing made towing my car as convenient as possible. read more

Good service and more importantly, quick service. My car broke down after work in the rain and Bruce was fast and friendly. The most important part is it was cheaper than i was quoted elsewhere. He made what could have been a really bad night that much better. I'm grateful I called them first! read more
