The entire trunk was smashed forward, and the back window blown all over my front lawn. I was not home at the time and found it was already towed when I got home. I am grateful that D & D was called to take her away. I went down to the tow yard and met Jared and Morgan who had towed it. Their compassion and assistance helping me excavate my belongings during this heartbreaking time was comforting. A few days later I met with them again to remove my aftermarket stereo and even though I brought my own tools, they jumped right in and their expertise and additional tools saved the day! I am forever grateful for their friendy, compassionate and superior service taking care of me during this unexpected and trying time. Be safe and stay well out there. There are kids and pets outside. I am relieved no one was hurt during this violent crash that never should have happened.

Christopher worked HOURS (into the early morning hours) in the snow and ice to recovery this guys tahoe and trailer. I have seen other tow companies pull cars out of that same ditch with little regard to causing more damage as they are just trying to turn and burn so they can get onto the next job. Not so with Black Pearl. Since then I have called on them twice (one time with Christopher and the last time with Josh) to help me out when my vehicles have gotten stuck... they are always happy to help and quick to the call. Great bunch of guys who know how to do things right. You really cant ask for more. When we advised him the vehicle was actually stolen from our daughter he said he wanted to cooperate. He changed his "purchased" to a recovery (which he isn't allowed to cross county lines without a special permit) so that he could charge us over $500 before he would release the vehicle. No I wouldn't trust this guy with anything important to me, he has no business ethics.
