I slid 180 degrees landing…read moreme facing the wrong direction on an unknown road on an icy street somewhere in the Newberg/ Hillsboro hills. It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people. I am grateful beyond belief and hope this review can express to them that they made a terrible experience into a thankfulness of humanity and kindness.

He got my car off the road, went searching for my missing wheel (which I would've never thought to do) but most importantly treated me with patience and kindness. Christopher worked HOURS (into the early morning hours) in the snow and ice to recovery this guys tahoe and trailer. I have seen other tow companies pull cars out of that same ditch with little regard to causing more damage as they are just trying to turn and burn so they can get onto the next job. Not so with Black Pearl. Since then I have called on them twice (one time with Christopher and the last time with Josh) to help me out when my vehicles have gotten stuck... they are always happy to help and quick to the call. Great bunch of guys who know how to do things right. You really cant ask for more. If you live in the Newberg, Sherwood, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Tigard or any other surrounding area, save their number in your phone right now... You might never need to use it but if you ever do, you know you will be getting the best.

When we advised him the vehicle was actually stolen from our daughter he said he wanted to cooperate. He changed his "purchased" to a recovery (which he isn't allowed to cross county lines without a special permit) so that he could charge us over $500 before he would release the vehicle. No I wouldn't trust this guy with anything important to me, he has no business ethics.

He loaded up my SUV onto his flatbed and drove it to the tire shop, and then drove my family to our hotel. Absolutely wonderful and professional service. If I ever need a tow again, I hope all businesses are like them.
