Pulled me out out of the snow thanks for that!! But he pulled me by the tierod and bent it I wasn't able to drive after that, dispatch was arguing with me that's it not they're fault, payed for towing 900$ for a guy who actually knows what's he's doing, still have to pay for the damage and part read more

Great support. We spent many conversations with him trying to get our broke down truck across Oregon. He is willing to save you a buck whenever he can. Once we did finally get the tow he was very prompt and self reliant. We highly recommend!!! read more

When you are in a tuff, this family owned small business is who you want helping you. Topline NAILED it better than any other business I've experienced. They bring life back into the meaning of what it is to be a family owned business. I could not leave a review with words that could equate to how helpful, proficient, personable, and empathetic Wade was. And thank you. I got my car stuck in snow on my way to a hike near Mt. Hood on a road with no cell service and needing towing out. When I got to a spot where I could call, Topline Towing's communication about ETA was prompt. They made sure to ask the right questions to figure out where I was to pick me up, and knew where my car was and how to get there better than I even did. Let's be real, when you are calling a tow truck resource, whatever the reason is, you're having a bad day. It's gonna add an element of stress. My dumb choices led to a challenging extraction. Wade handled the situation with grace, kindness, timeliness, and even humor. He had a plan A, B, C AND D prepped and ready to go by the time we got to my car. And my impressive ability to get my car stuck did take us to plan C. But this guy KNEW what he was doing, and got me out. He made sure I got down safely until I hit cell service too. By the time we were finished up, I had gotten a selfie with him to look back on this bad day turned good by this guy Wade. Yes, several towing companies could manage to get the job done. But these guys are the biggest bang for your buck you could possibly find there's no doubt. read more

Pulled me by the tie rod damaged it and doesn't want to claim responsibility took a bad night and made it even worse wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

This company is completely careless and unprofessional. They towed my car and somehow managed to damage it in the process. Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off and acted like it wasn't their problem. If you value your vehicle at all, stay far away from this towing company. I regret ever calling them. read more

Sonny came quickly and knew what he was doing. Super nice guy and he was very knowledgeable about everything. Awesome company with awesome people!! read more

David was polite, communicated well, and picked up and delivered my car to the dealership in a timely manner. Thanks Topline!

We got ourselves stuck on a remote forest service road on Mt. Hood (near Mt. Hood Meadows HRM side) in the snow (~14"). We didn't have cell service and had to hike down the road to a spot where we had limited cell service. Started with AAA, they put us in touch with a dispatch service. They said based on the information we provided about where we were and the circumstances, they did not have a vehicle that would be able to assist us. They suggested Topline Towing because they have a snowcat. We called them and they were able to get to where we were stranded from Estacada in about 90 minutes. A special call out to Wade who was able to quickly get into position, connect our truck to the snowcat, give us an overview of what we needed to do and easily get us back to the highway. Highly recommend Topline Towing! read more

Topline Towing made getting stuck at 6am a positive experience! I recently found myself precariously stranded on a gravel hill very early in the morning. I contacted AAA and Topline was dispatched to my location. Beau (Bo?) was the driver and can honestly say he made getting stuck worth it. His professionalism, positive attitude and encouraging banter made my day 100% better. I was in my Ram Promaster 1500, pretty close to the roads edge, so I was a bit nervous about getting out, but Beau had the rig out in under 15 minutes and I was on my way. read more

I want to thank Wade for saving me tonight he was an angel who stopped by randomly when I was broke down on a back road out in beavercreek tonight. I was driving all alone with a new car I just bought yesterday and it started smoking exploded a bunch of fluid. Long story short he found me when I had no phone signal, stranded all alone in the dark and offered to get me somewhere safe! I didn't have anything much on me so he said he was headed where I needed to go and got me and my car back there safely!! I couldn't thank him enough. A snow chain busted and severed by break line. No way I was getting off the mountain without help. Towline weathered the storm and secured my vehicle.
