They accepted a request from my insurance company to respond to my request for roadside assistance. For hours they kept giving later and later ETAs. So I kept waiting for them instead of having a friend come from Portland. I called them but they didn't answer. I left a message but they never called me back, not even the next day. They never came! Then they reported to my insurance company that they completed the job! I'm a single woman and was lucky I had a safe place to stay for the night. What if I hadn't? Do not use these people!

I'm not sure what is up with Anthony the past month, you will see 3 recent reviews on Google and…read moreone other here saying he ghosted people. The same happened to me on Tuesday. Maybe he has hit a rough spot in life, I'd used him 2 times over a year ago and it went well. However, he is not reliable right now and I would not use him under any circumstances. Tuesday I had a breakdown returning to Portland from Seattle. We scheduled a time at 5pm for him to meet me in Castle Rock and agreed to a price. He wrote at 4pm to say his current job was taking longer than expected. I wrote him at 5 and asked for an ETA. Called him at 6. Texted again. No response. Finally at 6:30 I had to start looking for another tow truck, and by then it was after hours and the prices go up. The guy from Jacobson's Chevron had to leave home to come get me. Good guy, And we were able to get the car home, but it was hundreds of dollars more than what Tony had offered. No explanation ever came, no text, no call, nothing. And stuck paying hundreds of more dollars. Really strange as a repeat customer especially. Avoid Urban Miner until he corrects what is going on and addresses how his business reviews are tanking...

BRIGHTSIDE IS TO BE TRUSTED FOR SURE!!! I contacted them late at night and I received a response almost immediately, they answered any questions I had no matter how stupid, quoted everything, and was so quick to get everything done. Bryan was very professional and respectful; he drove to my car, took the damaged tire so I didn't have to worry about it, FOUND A TIRE I NEEDED FOR MY BUDGET, and replaced it WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TOW MY CAR. And this all happened in the span of less than 2 hours (that includes him going to my car, taking off the wheel, going to a store that had my tire on inventory, come back, and put the new tires in). As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, there was never a time I felt that he was mansplaining anything but really just talked to me normally and I understood. He always had my car's best interest in mind and you literally cannot ask for more. I will 10000% call him for future services. And if you get stuck somewhere in Portland area, give Bryan a call and he will get to you without you having to tow!! Please don't be like me and fuck up your tire even more by driving on it while flat lol. I'm sure he coulda just patched it up if I didn't mess up my sidewall by driving on it flat (I was 5mins from home, ok?). Anyway, I'm yapping again bc I genuinely am grateful for Brightside Roadside Services.
