He took me to my body shop where we dropped off our car no problem. This is an awesome small towing company with great character and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. Terrible Experience - Predatory Fees…read more I broke down on the freeway Saturday night and by Sunday my car had been towed less than 10 miles by Cascade Towing to their lot in Boring, OR. When I went to get it on Monday, they demanded $710, and warned me if I didn't pay by 5 PM it would be another $100 every single day. By Thursday (my payday), the total should have been $1,010, but instead they charged me an outrageous $1,450. This is predatory, abusive, and feels like extortion. I'm a father of six, raising my kids alone after losing my wife. I work hard just to provide basic necessities like food, shampoo, and toilet paper. Instead of helping a community member in need, Cascade Towing drained my entire paycheck in one swoop. To make it worse, my car's engine was blown and I still owe $10,000 on it. Another company, Trust Towing, stepped in and--after hearing my story--towed my car to Ford free of charge. That's the difference between a company that cares and one that only sees people as a paycheck. Cascade Towing showed zero compassion, inflated their storage fees, and left me feeling robbed. I would never recommend them to anyone. But I will recommend Trust towing robbed real human beings that care about their communitie.
