Terrible Experience - Predatory Fees I broke down on the freeway Saturday night and by Sunday my car had been towed less than 10 miles by Cascade Towing to their lot in Boring, OR. When I went to get it on Monday, they demanded $710, and warned me if I didn't pay by 5 PM it would be another $100 every single day. By Thursday (my payday), the total should have been $1,010, but instead they charged me an outrageous $1,450. This is predatory, abusive, and feels like extortion. I'm a father of six, raising my kids alone after losing my wife. I work hard just to provide basic necessities like food, shampoo, and toilet paper. Instead of helping a community member in need, Cascade Towing drained my entire paycheck in one swoop. To make it worse, my car's engine was blown and I still owe $10,000 on it. Another company, Trust Towing, stepped in and--after hearing my story--towed my car to Ford free of charge. That's the difference between a company that cares and one that only sees people as a paycheck. Cascade Towing showed zero compassion, inflated their storage fees, and left me feeling robbed. I would never recommend them to anyone. But I will recommend Trust towing robbed real human beings that care about their communitie. read more

Dishonest liar that is desperate for money. Willing to screw over anyone with zero remorse. Look at the reviews and do not support or trust at all!!! Sold me a motor that was "low mileage" checked the oil, everything seemed fine. When it was taken apart, the lifter was completely gone and the cam was extremely scarred. Would not warranty or do anything to make it right. Do not support! Do not Trust! Or you will regret it!!! read more

My stolen vehicle was recovered by Sandy police and because it was blocking road had to be towed When I first called to inquire they were rude and had no info yet ,second time had the car but right away started with attitude because apparently I hurt thier feelings. read more

I had a car towed there I went threw all there loops it was 150 for the tow 100$ everyday I called day 3 to pick up after work a vary drunk man answered swearing mocking me and telling me it's over 1000 to get my car then on speaker phone recorded he said to me "come down with 500$ cash right now and all give you your car now we are lower class workers with one car my wife and I so I get a ride all the way there with the money and the relece and the insurance no one is there I call and the man the owner event more drunk now dose not let me get a word in just yells your on camera and we are closed over and over then hangs up I can't believe this is a real biss ess if there was a negative ten star that's what it should be read more

Absolutely worst tow company around. They are a bunch of adult children who lie and steal. Mike the manager and bill the owner have no communication skills what so ever, they are bullies. After a week of trying to scrap together the funds to get my car back which was wrongfully towed in the first place, they have decided that this incident is to much of a dog and pony act so they continuously hang up on me. They have no idea how much of an INCONVIENCE this has caused me, a single mom who is struggling to make ends meat. I am completely disgusted in the way this situation has turned in to. My car was stuck during a snow storm, and was moved by the tow company under police request, which is understandable. This business only takes cash for cars that get impounded however, and when I showed up with cash, they did not have change for the money I brought, so they just took the liberty of not giving me any and laughing in my face about it and getting an extra $16 for no reason other than "we don't have change, sucks to suck" read more

Broke down miles from no where. Had to hitch a ride 5 miles just to get cell service. First service I called never showed up. Cascade were there just over an hour after they were called. Driver was a great guy. Thank you Cascade!! read more

My daughter was recently in a accident and her car was towed to this place and only a few days after the accident revived a call from one of their employees trying to bully my daughter into paying them a sum of money as well as giving them the title of the car or else they would send the whole bill to collections. Not only had she received a letter from the count stating if in 30 days they would put a lean on the vehicle and sell to cove the charges accursed which is totally understandable, spoke to my daughter in a very unprofessional and intimidating manner. He ordered her to find the title, then commanded and instead on her meeting with him in an unknown place to give it to him. I myself then called and tried to speak to the man to see if anything we could discuss our options and work something out. when I spoke to him he was at first not aggressive and every time I attempted to ask a question he would then speak over me and cut me off. I then told him to let me speak and that was when he began to scream in a very aggressive and hostile manner. I clear seen that this conversation was not doing any good and was going abs no where I then plain and simply told him to go ahead and put the lean get the title that way and sell the car to pay for any charges and the rest can be sent to collections if any balance was left and my daughter and I would handle it that was. The man proceeded to laugh and state "oh yeah? Is that what you think?" I told him yes and have a good day then hung up. He then called my daughter and continued to call her several times until we blocked him then he called from a different number. The guy on the phone was completely rude. Wouldn't give us ANY information including price. He didn't tell us that we needed to make an appointment to pick up our car until AFTER we arrived there. I've never experienced worse customer service. read more

I have never had anyone talk to me as rude as the owner did. He cussed at me when I couldn't get my car out without a locksmith and became very racist quickly. Also charged me $400 for my car where he picked up 5 miles from the shop. I hope no one else experiences the highly rude man this guy was. Don't know what makes him so unhappy in life but I'll be praying for him. read more
