I shouldn't have been charged a storage fee for today or an after hour gate fee if they don't close until 7:00. This guy will run you around in circles if you let him. AND THEN after we finally get all the fees situated he lies and says he's sending a tow, but then changes his mind and says he's fearing for his life because I gave him a piece of my mind for all the BS he's pulled today. If you hear this tow company mentioned at all just steer clear. You'll save a bunch of money and a huge headache dealing with "David Garcia". They left my car on the whole time so the battery is dead as well as my window down. They cracked my front lip, as well as dented the side fender in more than what it was. JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE that I have to pay for in the end. Wouldn't even give them one star.

Another hour and several unanswered calls later, still nothing. We reached out to our insurance again and asked if they could possibly get in contact with the towing company from their end, and they said we should be receiving a call momentarily. Still no call. At this point it's around 11pm and we have to look for another arrangement because clearly these people weren't communicating. If I could give zero stars I would because a towing company that doesn't tow is slightly ironic.
