zero rating. Most unethical tow company. They do not disclose their practices. Friends vehicle was towed to the unmanned lot. Called at 430 to the main office and we had to set an appointment. Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office. read more

Would not recommend having this company tow anyone's vehicle, unless it's going to the scrap yard. As that's how they treated my 2016 gmc sierra 2500 Denali. While unloading it in the dumbest way possible they BROKE MY DRIVESHAFT IN HALF. No one notified me until transport company showed me a video. Owner has sent me in circles 3 weeks in a row now with not one dollar back. or even an apology. read more

Price change for use of forklift boom Prior to Christmas 2024 Pepe (the manager/owner in Sandy) quoted me $500. For one day's use of a used forklift. My facility is 1 mile away on the same highway. All ways towing, are thieving liars. My car was impounded back in Dec, and constant communication was made to them. At no point in time did they bother to tell me that I had to get the vehicle in 15 days or it was going to be crushed or auctioned off. About 25 days after it was impounded, we were told it was crushed and it was gone, and then 5 days after that we were told that we were given misinformed information and in fact that it was not crushed. We agreed on a price to compensate for this mistake to get the car out of impound, when we picked up the car, it was discovered that some items were missing, this information was brought up to the attention of the employee that was still there before leaving their property, items that were inventoried by the police at the time of impound. These items were brought to the attention of All Ways towing, and the total amount to replace the stolen items (mind you, are reported in an inventory by the police) totaled around $1900. All ways towing neglected to inform us of any rules or laws regarding vehicle impounds, there offer was around $300 to replace the items that were stolen from the vehicle, on top of that, they did not know where the key was to the vehicle. They refuse to take any responsibility for one of their employees stealing items out of my vehicle, on top of that, they tell lies and have their information incorrect. Here it is two months after I have recovered the vehicle and they still have not found my keys that were provided to them at the time of impound. Beware of this company, if you have anything of value in the vehicle, it will most likely disappear and they won't admit fault, even when you have a police inventory sheet. It's these type of companies that give towing companies a bad name, no wonder people dislike tow companies so much. So I am not only out the amount to get it out of impound, but now I am also out the amount to replace the items that where stolen while the vehicle was in their possession. read more

Vehicle was towed on 7/6/20 after involved in a severe accident, rolled, landed in a ditch, and caught on fire. Taken to the hospital by ambulance with head trauma and multiple broken bones. Called the next day to find out about getting my father in laws stuff out including his phone, and they wanted to charge me $300 just to get his personal property out. Also was treated like a stupid woman and was talked to as if I didn't know the laws. It is ILLEGAL to charge to obtain your personal property at anytime and especially when insurance is still investigating. Towing companies need to be more regulated with their fees and obviously need some customer relations classes before dealing with the public. DO NOT USE THEM!! read more

My motor home was towed by police a few weeks ago. The officer took invatory of everything inside. So nothing gets stolen. I just got off the phone with this tow yard. They refuse to let me have my belongings out of it. All my clothes, personal papers, and my tools for work. The officer told me, they would have no problems letting me get my things. So ive got the clothes on my back and nothing else. Thanks dick. read more

I was stranded the other day with a work vehicle overheating in the Sandy area and called All-Ways Towing. They were able to come out within 30 minutes. That's pretty fast! I had them tow me into Portland and they gave me a ride as well. They were professional and competent. The bill was like $230. They saved us in a big way. We're stuck way out in sandy. Heading down a pitch black driveway with creeks on both ends. No ounce of light which is why we got stuck in the first place. Terrible, watch out for over inflated prices on towing. $900 for a 5 mile tow and 2 days worth of storage. What a rip off. BBB will be filed as well. Also if they see that your insurance is paying for your towing bill expect a fat one at the end. read more

We had a tire blow out on Highway 26 on our way back from skiing at Mt. Hood with our kids in tow. It was getting dark outside and although we managed to get the car off to the side if the road, we didn't want to venture into tire changing on our own. We called All-Ways Towing and they showed up when they said they would show up and charged what they said they would charge. Shout out to Taylor (sp?) for doing a great job jacking our car up on soft ground, changing that pesky tire and helping us get home safely! read more

While driving from Bend OR to Seattle WA I had a major breakdown in my 1995 Isuzu Rodeo Saturday morning just past Blue Box Pass on Hwy 26, miles from nowhere. I called a towing company in Sandy OR, the closest town 40 miles away. Joe arrived in an hour and carefully loaded my car. He took me to Sandy, recommended an excellent repair shop, and gave me a very fair price for the tow. Sadly I had to have my truck towed today. My Alternator died less than mile from my house. My Insurance co called Allways Towing. I was surprised when they said "The tow truck will be there in 30 min" I thought, yeah, BS I bet it's two hours... Jesse Miller from Always Towing showed in 20 Min. As he hooked up my truck to the jump box , he said "Let's make sure there are no other issues, I can stick around to make sure you make it home safe" (His main concern was my safety, very cool. When my truck wouldn't take the charge due to dead batteries , he towed me home , up my steep ice cover hill. He was early , very professional and just a cool guy. I have dealt with Allways before and always had a good opinion of them, this cemented it. Good people. You never want to have to call a Tow truck, but when you do, you pray they are as good as these people are. read more

This company was called 8/27/17 by a police officer to tow my dad's truck after a car accident. The truck was towed 6 miles and was stored at their facility for 48 hours. The bill was $902. I called a competitor out of curiosity and was quoted $400 for the same service. Call ANYBODY else!!!! read more

The receptionist is rude. The drivers are all rude. If rudeness is their business model, then I would give 5 stars. Quoted $250 for wenching me out of a ditch, continued to be rude to the Sheriff involved, and then rude to me after a very stressful situation. THEN ended up charging us $300 a WEEK AFTER getting me out of a ditch. My husband called to check on the charges and the receptionist was, you guessed it, rude. The receptionist did not help us in anyway and they still owe us back $50. If I could have called someone else, I would have, but it was an unfortunate situation with people that could of made it better, but persisted being rude. Never using this company again. read more

When I called to ask if my moms car had been towed there the "owner" of the company says "well I dont know I've towed a lot of cars today." OK first off use common sense and ask what the type of car was...... second don't start shouting at me after I ask a question of WHY it was towed. He told me he wasn't going to argue with me about it.... lets see you never answered the question so how am i arguing with you by asking the same question 7 times??? My wife and I were 10 miles east of Sandy towing our 38ft. 5th wheel when the water pump blew out on our Ram truck. We called our Good Sam dispatch and after some time we were told that All Ways Towing was on their way. Initially we were going to be towed back to the Portland area and were told it may take a while and we could not live in the trailer while that was going on. Well...talk about going the extra mile. All Ways arranged for us to stay in our trailer in their maintenance yard. The provided water and electricity. On top of that they offered a car for us to use. The next day their mechanic took one look, ordered the parts and had us back on the road by noon.
