They did the job and got the AC working for me but, when I went to pick it up, I noticed that the backup camera wasn't working. I informed the guy at the desk and he immediately started gaslighting me by insinuating that the camera going out was an intermittent problem that had probably been happening for a while. I told him that the camera had worked perfectly EVERY time I put the Tahoe in reverse ever since I purchased it until his shop serviced it that day and asked him to have the technician that worked on the vehicle undo whatever he did to make it stop working. After three "attempts" to fix the issue over several weeks, he gave up and admitted that they hadn't even tried to figure out the problem because he said that, by working on the AC, they hadn't came anywhere near the information center where the camera picture would normally appear. Through the entire process he continued to gaslight me by insisting that it had been an intermittent problem BEFORE I took it to them for the AC service. Bottom line; they never fixed the issue and I still don't have a working backup camera and now I have to find a new, reliable garage to service my vehicles.

When I arrived he slammed the hood of my car down and continued to yell at me. He refused to return my keys despite my asking him to let me pay so I could leave. He ranted that I didn't trust him and that I would have to fix the problem on my own (knowing I didn't know how) and telling me the engine would probably fail on my way home. Nice, since he was forcing me to leave but not actually letting me pay and get out. Finally he charged me almost $200 for the diagnostic. I'm glad I had someone else with me, because his behavior would probably have been worse and gone on longer had I been alone. He also complained that he hadn't been able to have lunch due to working on my car. He's right, his behavior has shown him to be untrustworthy and I'm grateful to have only lost a few hundred dollars. I've been to dozens of mechanics over the years and have never had an experience like this.

We previously hired this mobile mechanic, who goes by Roy and Austin Brown and appears to use multiple names online, and the work was completed without issue, which is why we hired him again. This time, he collected money upfront for parts and never returned to complete the job. We were repeatedly told he would come back, but communication eventually stopped and the work was never finished. Within hours of taking our money, his phone number was changed. After this happened, we learned that a friend of ours had a very similar experience with him, including money taken for work that was not completed. We also noticed that he appears to operate under different names on Facebook as a mobile mechanic. Due to what happened, we filed a police report. He drives a beat up white Kia soul

I came out to 3R Division Automotive based on a recommendation from a friend. My 2007 F150 AC was…read moreno longer working. Only hot air would come through. It being summertime and temperatures rising, it was getting brutal making longer trips comfortably. I had already called up other shops prior to coming here, but they all wanted to charge me $100+ just to *diagnose* the problem. That didn't feel right. When I called 3R Division, I was able to speak to Victor. He was very friendly and was able to confirm that they'd be able to diagnose the issue without charging me. When I arrived at the shop, all promises were kept. They were able to diagnose for free. It turns out my AC system was fine and it was a small motor that had died. Without the motor working, the vent to allow cold air wasn't opening. The pricing was very fair and Victor was super helpful in person just as he was over the phone. I absolutely recommend 3R Division Automotive. Don't let the curb appeal throw you off, give them a chance and you won't regret it.

They are the third proprietors to be in this location near my home since 2001, but the best ever. I am thankful they are close by, but if they moved I would go many miles to deal with them! They are always helpful, on the mark & easy to deal with, go above & beyond to serve, and their charges are always fair & reasonable. Most of all, they have proven themselves trustworthy time & again and for an auto repair shop that's saying something!
