Made a 7:00 am appointment for routine annual service online. Received a text confirmation. Arrived at the appointment time just as they were opening. Was told that they don't make 7:00 am appointments. Guy at the service desk knew nothing about the appointment, fiddled with his computer for awhile, didn't seem too concerned that they apparently screwed up, didn't offer a solution. I am so annoyed with this shop. I asked them to perform a ~100k mi service on my car because my beloved maintenance guy has retired and I'm not well versed in car maintenance. Trinity had it overnight for inspection and didn't even bother a quick google to see what my car actually needed (I looked it up myself and it was a tire rotation and DEF added). They didn't even know my car should have DEF added at that time or offer to do it. They did try to upsell me on a $2k shocks and struts rebuild as well as an "air conditioner recharge." I took my car back and spent ~$20 to replace my own DEF. They had an opportunity for a new customer and blew it. They did not charge me for the inspection, which I did appreciate. My takeaway: I better learn everything about my own car so I don't get swindled or miss big maintenance items. read more

I purposely was doing an early change due to very long upcoming road trip, but it was very refreshing experience finding an HONEST shop that was looking out for the customer. Based on Yelp (4) Star rating coupled with good reviews I bought my son's 2003 Highlander here because of a check engine light on. I believe it was Billy who is to the right side of the counter who hooked into the "computer" and said it could be two issues one of which was the Catalytic Converter but was told the first available time he could diagnose it correctly was (4) days later. So it was diagnosed as the converter being the problem and affected a sensor also. It has been only three weeks since the Catalytic Converter was installed and will update if the same problem exist again. I like their personable attitude towards their customer and that is why the shop is full of vehicles and the wait to repair maybe as long as two days wait. read more

Well they got done with the work on my Tundra faster than I expected, Which is awesome, however, I picked it up at about 1130am drove it to work and parked it.. That evening I left town to head to Rockaway Beach for the weekend. Got over half way there and my Serpentine Belt shredded. I don't know how they didn't catch the condition of the belt while working on my truck. Had to sit on the side of 101 and wait over an hour for help and $60 for a part.... not sure I'll be going back anytime soon unless they make this right. read more

Ok, first of all, I have had such a distrust for any mechanic shops after a handful of shady experiences over the years. So when my wife called me and told me her van broke down on the side of the road, it was naturally a punch to the gut. We dropped the van off at the Kia dealership and was told it would be a few weeks out before they could even bring it inside for diagnostics. After waiting a week, I started looking around at reviews for a different shop. I found Trinitys with positive reviews. So I called... they said bring it in anytime for diagnostics. So I had it towed on a Monday (afternoon) from the dealership to Trinity's. It was 2 or 3 hours later, we had results of the diagnostics! They had emailed and texted me the results with pictures. Total transparency! Then they called me up with options to fix the problem. Once we talked about it, I gave them the green light to go ahead. By the next day, they called saying that it was done! Great company, great service, great prices.. great people! As of writing this, I would still be a week and a half out before Kia would even be able to get our vehicle in for diagnostics. They performed an unexpected all around vehicle inspection with no pressure to perform any extra services over what I had already brought it in for. I tried to do their in-house scheduling. This scheduling was to be scheduled on a Friday and after calling them directly after scheduling found out they were closed on that day. Rescheduled it for a Monday morning and told I was going to have to leave it for more than four hours this was a new car check and I wanted to look at parts of the vehicle that I could not see. Would not make any accommodations, I drove over 20 Miles to have them work on my vehicle and look at it and would not make any accommodations in a four hour window. read more

I brought my car here to get repaired they said it would take a week ended up taking over 3 after ordering a part. Then they told me they couldn't fix my car and charged my over 4 thousand for the part and taking the car apart. I finally get my car home and the coolant hose is hanging to the ground with part of it hanging in the radiator fan and my air filter system has been taken apart. I brought in an older Honda Accord with specific issues I wanted checked out, in line with my goal to deliver the car to a distant city in roadworthy condition. I was told the front brake disks were too thin to be resurfaced so I agreed to replacement with new, but I wanted the old disks placed in the trunk (I intended to measure them at home, because another shop had lied to me in the past). This was not done, so I have only their word that the work was necessary. When I got home, I took one front tire off to inspect the workmanship---and almost had to use a cheater on a breaker bar to loosen the lugnuts, both sides. They must have used only a pneumatic wrench, no torque wrench. When this is done, it can damage wheel assemblies and if I had had a flat on the highway, I could not have changed it with the tools provided with the car. This is a basic failure of good technique, and it makes me uneasy about the rest of the workmanship. I do have a torque wrench and I do know the factory specifications, so I know what the proper "wrench feel" is like when the lugnuts are tightened to specifications. I do not have sufficient proofs either pro or con to give more than three stars or less, but I will not return to this shop. Trinity put my wife in a dangerous truck after keeping our vehicle for way too long and over charging us. We're new to the area and wanted to support a small local business. Find a good mechanic for our car and truck and be regulars there. But Billy at Trinity sure did F us over. He charged almost $800 for a brake job, and was going to charge another $700+ for a wheel bearing. He had the truck for 5 FULL DAYS and only got the brakes done before calling and saying he didn't have the right socket for the bearing and it would be another 2 full days. So they told her she could drive the truck with a failing bearing which is WILDLY UNSAFE. Truck drove significantly worse after picking it up. Went to Les Schwabs (not a fan of big businesses) but they got the bearing done in 1 day for $350- and let us know that they could have done the brakes for $500. read more
