I'm in my 40's--I've seen a lot of mechanics--but Trinity's Auto Care is the first shop I've ever visited, that felt like I was working with my own family. Remember back in the day, when an MD doctor would know you from childhood to adulthood? They know me and my vehicles like that, and they literally never fail me! All the traits that one would hope for in a mechanic are there--honesty, integrity, professionalism, skill, transparency. Billy has basically ventured to Narnia, to find obscure, discontinued parts for me and my weird automobile choices, and I don't know how many times Jessica has shuttled me to work while my vehicle was being repaired. Steve, the owner, has even shuttled me to work under the same circumstances! They're just great people. Every diagnostic is accompanied with a detailed explanation of their findings, which is clearly categorized and easy to understand. I always feel well informed when I'm making repair decisions. Steve, The recent work on the Subaru was good and we are satisfied. I especially appreciated Billy recommending the Laser Iridium spark plugs which I replaced the weekend following the work that Trinity did. I did, however, have a couple of concerns. Each of our cars, the Subaru and the Nissan, after previous maintenance at Trinity, were returned to us with the glove box catch disconnected. Apparently, it was disconnected by your Techs to access the cabin air filters. But they failed to reconnect them. The second time this happened, I had specifically asked beforehand, when I dropped off the car, that the air filters be left alone because of this concern. In both of these cases, I had to reconnect the glove box catches once we returned the cars home. That's my only criticism of Trinity. I would say that I expected specialists like those at Trinity to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. And, while I don't expect perfection from any car care company, I do expect that Trinity would provide exceptional service and credible advice to live up to your reputation. read more

I took my Expedition into Trinitys because of an oil leak. It was not a small leak. It was leaking all over my driveway. I was told from another shop that the leak was caused by 3 things: the differential cover gasket, oil pan gasket and front axle seals. After taking it to Trinitys, they diagnosed three completely different problems which were the oil filter gasket, power steering hose and valve cover gaskets. Naturally, I second guessed there diagnoses because 1 shop is saying one thing and another shop is saying something different. Ive had work done at Trinitys in the past and trusted them. After the work was completed, I did not see a single drop of oil in my driveway! I am very happy with them and there work. Also, during the work, they accidentally cracked my radiator and replaced it for free. I honestly feel bad about that because they are good people and I really hate to see them take a hit like that. I had my 2015 Subaru Forester in for a collection of preventive maintenance chores. Oil & filter change, tire rotation, differential service, new battery, transmission service and an air filter. Trinity performed all service in the time frame promised and within the estimated cost. What helps set them apart is their complimentary vehicle inspection. They check a long list of functions in the car, under the car and under the hood. They're not just selling you up, their report provides some comfort on the things that are operating normally or still within specs, while also flagging some items that may need attention or just watched. This time they found a nail in a tire, a dirty cabin filter, streaky wipers, a slow front axle seal leak and an AC service reminder. No emergencies, but a checklist to keep an eye on. Very helpful. Owner Steve Galyen and crew, (Billy and Jessica specifically) are awesome! They went out of their way to do what was right and not worry about the dollar. We had an alternator replaced at a shop (Gaynor's) in Vancouver, WA and they didn't connect the main alternator power cable, we broke down in Salem. They got us a tow, Steve drove us to a hotel, picked up our U-Haul trailer with his personal vehicle, towed it to our hotel, even got the adapter for the lights, then picked us and the U-Haul up in the morning and took us to the shop. Talk about above and beyond! Small business, completely awesome service! We are so grateful for them! Amazing company and employees! Trinity's Quality Auto Care stays true to their name. This business is run with excellence, efficiency, and integrity. Whenever I take a car in for some work, I don't have to expect a whole host of "Suggested Repairs" on things that I know are just fine. But if my car really is falling apart or coming up on important maintenance benchmarks, I trust Trinity's to tell me that and explain why. And if there's nothing wrong, they keep it that way. Trinity's has a great system. Their techs are great (Garrett worked on my car this time and things are running smooth again). I used Trinity Auto Care based on the reviews I read. I was up from California and needed to have the check engine light on my granddaughter's newly purchased used vehicle looked at. I used the Trinity in Turner and was totally satisfied. I have never in my life had such a thorough and complete overview of a car. They were able to identify issues that would cost more than the car was worth. They provided pictures, a video and a detailed report. The information provided gave us the ability to go back to the dealer and negotiate a better car that Trinity also checked out before we purchased. My father's vehicle "broke down" on a Sunday coming from central coast California near Sutherlin, OR. AAA towed him 100+ miles to Salem where he already had a hotel booked for the night. The following day, he got in to Trinity's and later that afternoon the vehicles main problem was correctly diagnosed. No gasoline. Yes, internal combustion engines require fuel. The fuel gauge system hadn't worked in a few years, so the trip odometer was relied upon for determining when to fill-up. Sometimes people need a reminder that old vehicles require things, like functioning fuel gauges. We went to Trinity's for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. We were given a timely appointment. Their inspection was very thorough with a report from software that lists each system, allows the technician to rate it, then make notes and post pictures of their findings. After our appointment, Billy spent as long as I needed answering my questions. He was even intuitive enough to know when I was not following and explained things differently. My Honda was overdue for an oil change and needed a good look over. The folks were great to work with. I had a full diagnostic done. Trinity's (Turner Branch) solved my problem first try. 2014 Chev Equinox 2.4L had recently experienced occasional very slight hardly noticeable hesitation, and even rarer occasional stalls, on accelerating from a stop. Car runs real smooth now. They also included inspection for brake lining, battery charge, fluid levels, tire tread, etc., with the repair. And they have available Amsoil full synthetic oil for longer lasting oil changes, if desired. I recommend this shop for car maintenance or repair. read more

So to start with, these guys were super friendly and not condescending whatsoever. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but the car I took to them ( turner location) was beyond my skill set. They listened to the issues we were having and made a plan of attack. They were upfront with everything and remained in contact with me throughout the process. We've taken our cars to Trinity's for a few years now. They get us in quickly, are proactive in communicating with us, have electronic information about your vehicle, take actual pictures of your car parts/issues and upload them to the report, etc. They really have their act together. I especially appreciate their method of communicating with the customer. Other shops wait for you to call them, don't return voicemails, and on and on. Trinity's isn't like those shops! read more

Recently needed to get new brake pads on my 98 Lexus es300 and Trinity is fairly close so I set an appointment and dropped it off in the morning for a free brake inspection. Steve called me a bit later and told me that it did need new pads and what it would cost to take care of it.(From previous experience I knew it was a fair price) Not only did they take care of it before I was off work that afternoon, but they even arranged to deliver my car! They provided a free diagnosis with pictures of everything under the hood. This really helped diagnosing the car and helped highlight the issues. I brought my Nissan rouge to Trinity and they got us in day of and fixed her right up! The even showed me all the parts that were damaged and the new ones. I came back the next week for an oil change and they did an excellent job, providing photo documentation of all the filters, parts, tires, etc. true customer service. Trinity is my HERO, had to have my car towed,Trinity was able to call me within hours to let me know what was wrong and when they were able to fix. Towed in on Monday , able to drive my car home Wednesday. OUTSTANDING service. Price was very reasonable and ended up paid less then what was quoted.
