My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex at 2:30 in the morning I was told that my parking permit was not visible turns out that fell off the rearview mirror and fell onto the Center Council of the vehicle but was still clearly visible. I have lived at this complex for over 6 months I am on the lease and my vehicle is listed on the lease as well. I went over to recover my vehicle a few hours later and I was charged damn near $500 and it must be in cash was the only payment they were willing to accept. I'm sure everybody gets a little piece of the action just be where this business engages in Shady practices.................

I called TRS towing and an employee by the name of MATT picked up the phone. I asked MATT , the name of the owner. He would not provide me the owners name. I then proceeded to ask him what the cost of the tow was. He hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and he hung up on me again. The third time I called back I spoke to another employee by the name of Shelby who then proceeded to tell me what the amount of the tow cost. I went to go pick up my car and pay for it. When I got there, he refused to give me the owners name again.

Another day goes by and they haven't called so I called them back and they said I was having transmission issues and will need a new transmission. My husband purchased a car sight unseen from Copart. Policy at Copart states cars cannot be driven…read moreoff the lot unless you have a dealer tag and license. We had no choice but to get a tow to pick up the car. Copart gave us a piece of paper with highlighted suggested tow companies. My husband called around and settled on M&M. They charge 3.7% if paying with card. We were charged an additional $25 for me being in the truck after delivery. The battery starter was not charged. We paid over $300 to take the car from Copart in Woodburn to Capitol Toyota in Salem. The driver asked if he could vape, my husband agreed. I was thankful we were wearing masks because the truck reeked of smoke. Anyway, the driver was nice. Wish the extra charge for me had been disclosed.
