Ryan is a cool, very down to earth person. I bought a 2013 RAV4 used and brought it in for inspection. He walked me through every nook and cranny of the vehicle and walked me through every detail of what he noticed. I appricate his transparency and I can tell he really took the time to make sure my car was safe. The inspection cost me $145 which may be pricy but since I can tell he went through every inch of my car I feel it was worth it. Will be going back. read more

Ryan was finishing with another customer who was picking up their vehicle and everything seemed super cordial. Great first impression. Ryan was super friendly and patient while we discussed my vehicle. He was willing to offer some insight on the issue I am facing with my SUV's brakes. Solid mechanic, honest, but not thorough w requested inspections, disorganized and annoying to work with, over worked, over booked, and rushed for time. Quoted $260. Then once he had the car and did repair, $300 "because parts went up." Alignment whacked after repair and he neglected to tell me he didn't include alignment and would need that, another $100. Didn't tell me he doesn't work Fridays until AFTER I dropped off the car, making me drive to him and get a ride from a friend twice. Cut work short and didn't do any inspection of rear bushings, CV boot, etc., despite me discussing on phone and giving him written task list on my dash. Barely listened to a squeak, blamed it on rear latch, and called it good (it was rear bushings). He didn't want to complete the work AFTER he got the car. Never going back. read more

I wish I could give Ryan more than 5 stars. He just went above and beyond. I have a Honda and been having so much trouble with it for weeks. I have called other places and asked what it would be just to have it looked at. Everywhere I called wanted 100-200 just to get a diagnosis. I called Ryan and from the moment he picked up the phone he was so pleasant. I explained the situation of my car and he told me to bring it in that day. I came in and he looked at it right away. Was extremely kind and friendly, and very knowledgeable. He has been working on cars for a long time and knows what he's doing! He looked at my car a quickly realized we just needed a new battery, he advised me to come back the following day since he needed to order it. He quoted me a very reasonable price for a battery! I came back the following day with my partner and him and his right hand man in the shop got to work on it right away. His right hand man is lightning fast and has such a great energy about him! I asked how long it would be and he advised about 20 ish mins. I can't tell you how many places I have been too that it has been HOURS and then they come out and tell you something is wrong and charge you a CRAZY amount. About 5 mins in, he noticed the connection needed to be replaced and fixed it right then and there. He was completely transparent on pricing and when I rang up I knew what I was paying. The over all experience was an absolute joy. Customer service is so beyond lost these days and it's really awesome when you find establishments that still have it. Keep it up Ryan! Ryan is fantastic! I took my very high mileage '06 Sentra to him last week and he was able to fit me in right away - to replace an engine coil and some plugs, and new brakes (had some engine shudders and stuck e-brake light). Ryan seems like a very kind and genuine person. I trusted him right away, and I'm glad I did as the price was very reasonable and he was able to get it done in only a couple of hours. Without the car running, after looking at the belts with a flashlight, Ryan determined that a pulley was backwards making the belt rub. Thirty second diagnosis, that was on point. Every time I bring my vehicle here, I trust that it is in good hands. Most recently I had made an appointment for my calipers to be replaced, and the morning I was supposed to bring it in my car got broken into. Even though he already had cars in the bay being worked on he pulled mine in so it didn't get rain inside. He also vacuumed out the glass In my car (which he did not have to do). And he fixed it faster than I could get a rental car (seriously I maybe drove my rental for half hour). He also worked on my husbands suv and actually let him know there was a recall on something and called the dealership for him too. He could have taken that extra money to fix but he didn't. Ryan is the most trustworthy, honest mechanic I've ever met. My girlfriend has been taking her car to him for years and finally convinced me to take my car to him when the Ford dealer started jerking me around about warranty coverage and back-ordered parts. I have a 2008 Mustang GT with 38,000 miles and the radiator fan shorted (somewhat common problem) and burned out the pigtail and fried part of the wiring loom. The Ford dealer gave me the run around and told me it would be 7 to 10 days to get parts. I had the car towed to Ryan and he had it back on the road THE NEXT DAY for less than 1/2 the price quoted by the dealer. This guy will be 100% honest with you and charge a fair rate.
