I met Ryan at a track event at Portland International Raceway. He helped me out with a bent valve stem so I would not have to scrap my track day and wouldn't accept any money in return. My wife's CRV needed new tires so I went to Ryan for a recommendation, the purchase and install. I'm very happy with his communication, price, timelines and attention to detail. I definitely recommend him. read more

I have worked with Ryan a couple times for tire service. I cannot more emphatically recommend working with him. 1) He responds so quickly when you contact him: phone, email, text. He is really on top of it. 2) He has an awesome personality. 3) He is always on time. 4) He does great work and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. 5) The rates are great. 6) The most important part: the service is awesome. He comes to whatever location you want and changes your tires! He can come with tires you bought or you can have your own. But you can chill in your house or at your work and he will just handle it for you. Seriously, use Ryan and Automedic. You would be crazy not to. read more

Easy 5 stars. Convenient, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Will certainly use again. Details: Two new rear tires (20's) - No issues with installation even with difficult tires. read more

Omg why didn't I know about this sooner! Seriously! I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler and it's a challenge trying to get out of the house. Ryan came to our house and installed new snow tires and it took an hour while I cooked breakfast for my little one. I dread going to the car shop bc most of the time your waiting a couple hours. Doing nothing and bored. Not with this company. Definitely recommend them and totally trust worthy! read more

What an awesome experience! Professional. Courteous. Prompt. Competitive pricing. What's not to love and make a repeat costumer? Automedic will come to you for tire installation. So, no more waiting at the shop or, worse, trying to coordinate your day around dropping off/picking up said car. It works like this: order tires from tirerack.com. Have them drop shipped to Automedic. Schedule an appointment for them to be installed at your home, office, etc. Simple! I can't say enough good about Ryan! read more

This is honestly one of the best concepts ever! I called Ryan to inquire about having some expensive large low profile tires and wheels mounted and balanced. He was totally professional and put my mind at ease from avoiding any potential damage. He came out when we agreed upon (early even) and did a FLAWLESS job mounting, balancing and installing the factory TPMS sensors. Bonus: This is a locally owned and operated company. Can't recommend them enough! read more

Completely stoked with the service. Ryan was here quick, very friendly and did a great job. All while I went back to work. Never will I set foot in a tire shop again, this was my first time ordering online and having someone come to me to install. Like everything else in the world, this is the future. I got a great deal on the tires I wanted, not what a company had in stock and had them very affordably installed at my location. These guys will be putting a dent in the tire business. grow before the Schwabs go after it. Big corporations usually wait until its late and safe to enter new models. I just wanted tires installed but am pretty stoked on the business model. Its a really great idea. Take a chunk out of big business with a growing fleet, then sell it to them when they get scared. Then retire! I feel like I won today! read more

Auto Medic offers the best, most convenient way to have your car serviced. You really can't beat having someone come to wherever you are - be it at work, at home, at a neighbor's house - and service your vehicle. I recently had my car's brakes and belts replaced. Since I was unable to have it done at work (weird office complex rules), I left the car at my house with the key. Auto Medic came to my house and did the repair work while I was out, and when I got home, it was like having a brand new car in my driveway. The services provided by Auto Medic are great, and you really are in capable hands. Plus, they are honest and straightforward about what needs to be done. It's a WAY better option than getting your car serviced at a "stealership" where they try to sell you on services you don't need. Auto Medic is as honest, reliable and convenient as they come. I'll recommend them over and over! read more

I called on a busy day as Portland and the surrounding areas were dealing with the early Jan snow with MANY cars needing help that day. I was able to have a mechanic come to my house, review what was needed and fix within a couple of hours all in one day. It ended up being a battery replacement. Ryan Massrey was my mechanic. He was prompt, thorough, professional and took care of the problem quickly. It was an easy and painless experience with the convenience of not having to leave my home. Ryan was awesome, and I would definitely use Auto Medic again if needed! read more

Auto Medic is the best company. They replaced my brakes last year while I was at work and I didn't have to worry about the scheduling at all. I also thought my brakes were bad this year and without question they picked my car up and got it checked out to make sure I was safe. If you need help with your car, oil change, brakes, etc, this is the company to go with, hands down. read more

Who knew that you could have a mobile mechanic come to YOU. Ryan is awesome... great customer service, showed up on time, did a conscientious and clean job (changed out tires, checked brakes). As a woman, I appreciate that he treated me kindly and respectfully. He has a great sense of humor, and a terrific work ethic. I would absolutely recommend him, and will hire him again the next time my care needs work. He's offering a truly valuable service in how much time you save not sitting at the mechanic's for half a day. read more

I gave Auto Medic a call today to ask about scheduling an inspection of a pre '96 truck. I left a message and received a very prompt reply. I found out that unfortunately they do not perform inspections on vehicles pre '96. However, they were more than happy to give a referral of another shop in town that could. I haven't had any mechanical service from Auto Medic, but what I can say, is that their customer service is top notch. read more

Highly recommend AUTO MEDIC. My wife got the curb yielding to ambulance, popped the tire room causing flat arms minor damage to rim. Auto Medic stopped and changed her tire and would not accept compensation. He saved the day. Observed equipment inventory in truck. All state of the art tools and equipment. Clean, personable and articulate young man. Will be calling for auto care and would highly recommend the company. Fact that they come to you is a huge benefit to consider. read more

I was in a tight situation and although I'm the usual demographic, they were willing to help me on the spot.

I used Auto Medic for an on-site diagnostic service. It was like having a snapshot not only of the car's mechanical insides but also of the car's past. My technician was friendly & knowledgeable- he arrived early, was very efficient and took the time to explain his detailed report to me. I received tremendous peace-of-mind knowing my used car selection was the right one! Thanks Auto Medic! read more

Annalise come to my place exactly on time, and stayed couple hours to complete this awesome job. He's not rushed and pay attention to details. I am very happy to the new face of headlight. it looks like brand new now! read more

Ryan is the best, helped me out of a jam today when no else would, not even AAA. In addition to the professional and friendly manner, he knew how to fix the problem and really went above and beyond to get my truck started and off the road to a safe spot. And for a very fair and reasonable price, I was really surprised. My first time using this company and I will definitely recommend/use their services in the future. read more

Hai came to my house to replace my timing belt, water pump, and all drive belts on Sunday February 6th, 2012. We had the appointment scheduled for the day before, but there was a little confusion in the scheduling process. Hai was very apologetic and made sure I was the first person he took care of Sunday morning. The appointment was from 9am to 1pm; however, he showed up 20 minutes early (completely 100% ok) and didn't leave until after 2pm (once again, perfectly fine). He took his time, which is really important when it comes to timing since my motor would blow if the timing was off. He checked my fluids, tires, tire pressure, brakes, and everything at no additional cost. I have driven my car all night after he worked on it, and a lot today and the car runs better than ever. This is a mobile mechanic that I would highly recommend being a mechanic myself. read more

Excellent timely communication with scheduling the appointment and follow-up. Their flexibility coming out to you, even on the weekend is super helpful, especially if you have a weird work schedule. Friendly and thorough mechanic, service was great and the experience impressed me enough that I'll probably be going to these folks again the next time I need repairs. read more
