    Just bought my 2013 Lexus 4DR

    My experience with this business has been wonderful. The salesman Jamey is hardworking and efficient in what he does for his customers. He handled all the paperwork, and all I had to do was sign. I just bought my second car from Jamey. My 2013 Lexus 4DR and I'm so happy. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, because that's what I felt like here.

    My experience from start to finish has been amazing here. This is a little bit longer of a review because it was pretty challenging. My 2019 atlas had to be towed into the service department and my steering column had went out. I purchased this vehicle originally from Carmax in Vancouver, but Dick Hannah took care of all of the maintenance. Ryan and the service department was great. Unfortunately, the part was not available and when the fourth month came around, I requested an escalation and Abby his manager took over helping me. I emailed Volkswagen Corporate and Brandon reached out to me to help me get into a new vehicle.Alex in the sales department took it from there getting me to the finish line and getting into a 2024 atlas with all the same features. My four-year-old son has autism so they were features in my old Atlas that really helped us on road trips. Cooper Alex's manager was able to help assist in getting exactly what we needed and Zane helped seal the deal with financing. I want to thank Alex for being so helpful and not giving up. My whole experience with Volkswagen has been one that I am very satisfied with. I had no intention of getting another Volkswagen, but the way they honored they helped make everything right with no cost out of my pocket is very honorable. I highly recommend this dealership and Volkswagen because I love my atlas. My 4 year old loved the beetle in the showroom. He watched YouTube the whole time.

When I got there, they had a two hour wait. I searched for a nearby tire shop and found Hazel Dell tire pros. I called and they had immediate availability. When I got there the man that I spoke with on the phone immediately checked out my tire in my trunk and told me I would need to replace it. He did a quote and it would've taken a day to get the tire which I didn't have because I had to head back home but the quote was very reasonable. He then double checked that I put the spare on correctly and tightened the bolts to make sure it was safe. He didn't charge me and was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm not sure why people are willing to wait two hours for poor service, when friendly service is right around the corner!

They have often helped me with flats and minor things gratis. They'll get you in and out faster than any shop I've done business with. Next time you go to Costco for tires and find out it will take a week or more before you can get them instslled; give Tire Pros a look. You won't regret it.

I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.
