12/2/2011 - DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! STAY AWAY!
After purchasing a car here I came to discover that I had been severely lied to about the condition of the vehicle and the history. The car broke down the very next day and I called and spoke to the financial department and sales manager who all said I would have to speak to the owner Tony Fitzgerald. Upon calling Tony Fitzgerald on the evening of Wednesday, Nov 23rd, I was yelled at and told he wouldn't be doing any business until Monday Nov 28th. I called on the 28th and politely asked for Tony and was told to call back in 5 min. Again I was told to call back in 10 min and I could hear Tony Fitzgerald yelling "I DON'T HAVE F**KING TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS!" The third time Tony Fitzgerald answered the phone, I asked to speak to him, he put the phone down for 2 min and then hung up on me. I've continued to call and the company and they either hang up or turn on their fax machine. This business is a complete scam. I've learned a hard lesson and I truly hope anyone who is reading this will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE.
10/13/2011 - NEVER EVER EVER buy a car from these people, I had a friend that was dating a guy who worked here for a long time and they lie about all the cars, push back the milage and will say anything to get u to buy the car, most of the cars have big expencive issues but are not noticable right away unless you know a lot about cars. I have never got a car here but that's why i wouldnt, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Or you will be sorry!!! I don't think its the salesmens falt, there are just doing what they are told by there "boss" but they are very rude men..
Oct 4, 2011 - Wow what a rip off Tony is! He would drown puppy's for a buck! What a scam artist! He is the true USED CAR SALESMAN! You buy from this loser, you wind up being the loser... I'm not done yet.. Those of us ripped off by this flim flam man should warn others what he does.. His word means nothing. I'm positive he's thrown his own Mother under the bus... I plan on doing more to warn others!
Feb 23, 2011 - I bought a car here about a week ago from mike. After promising there was nothing wrong with the car at all, and that if I took it into a shop they might find a cap or something missing but he doubted it, guess what? There was an oil cap missing. And while driving home the car ran completely out of oil and left my toddler and I stranded on the side of the highway. I called mike to get my old car back and arrange to have the piece of junk he sold me towed back to his lot but was yelled at, had obscenities shouted at me, was called a lier, and told that this was my problem to worry about now. I talked to the owner of this sham of a business and was told that he had more important customers to worry about. What kind of business man would conduct himself this way? Maybe it's just me, but I dont think it's right that I traded in my running car and payed thousands of dollars for a piece of junk, was screamed at, sworn at and told to deal with my new problem by their salesman. They are a bunch of smooth talking scam artists ... from mike. They are a bunch of smooth talking scam artists that will sell an unsafe car to a single mom with a two year old. If you hear the name Tonys auto world run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. I sincerely hope this place goes out of business so they can no longer endanger the lives of innocent people. I only rated this with one star because this site required that I mark at least one. I would have left it blank. read more
