I was looking to get my 09 Outback a new set of tires. After seeing only 5 star reviews for Tire Empire, I decided to check it out. I was instantly greeted by the owner & we went over tire options. I went with a "used" set that actually look pretty much brand new. The owner recommended 2 sets and mentioned which of the two would be the better pick with less miles on them. Also these used tires saved me sooo much money, so I really appreciate the owners suggestion! After a half hour (maybe 20 minutes!), my car was ready! They also checked my faulty air pressure sensors for free. Unfortunately they no longer do alignment, but recommend I head over to Konkin for that service. The guys at Konkin were super helpful and were also great service like Tire Empire. I'll definitely be going back to Tire Empire for any tire needs. Thanks again guys!

Came down from Wa and while down here with a couple relatives, my tire blew. Brought them my 17 STI, needed to get the tire replaced. Most shops I've checked didn't have my size, but these guys did so they'll have yours too. Charged me only 53$, got my tire replaced and stretched to fit. Came in at 5:02pm left by 5:25pm. You got 4-5 dudes in there hustling their ass off so u won't be waiting for long till they're done. Saw another client come in to get their tire patched cuz it had a nail stuck in it, got it done within 10 minutes. Cheap, Reliable, and Fast. 10/5 Stars. I'll definitely be coming to them from now on if I'm ever in the area. Saved me 300$ from getting a new one at a Les Schwab Amazing Work! Thanks! Disclaimer: They try not taking clients after 5pm cuz they close at 6pm, so make sure to get there a little earlier.

The customer service is consistently excellent -- professional, efficient, and respectful. What I appreciate most is that there's never any upselling or unnecessary labor recommended. Exceptional customer service -- truly above and beyond…read more The employees at this Discount Tire are absolutely awesome. They hustle, they care, and they genuinely want to help you out. Here's the backstory: I was driving home from work when my TPMS warning popped up saying my rear passenger tire was low. I pulled into a gas station to air it up, but it was losing pressure fast and wouldn't hold air. Since I drive an EV and don't have a spare tire, I knew I was in trouble if I didn't get it fixed immediately. Luckily, I remembered there was a Discount Tire just a few miles away. I was racing the clock because they close at 6 pm, but I made it there with about five minutes to spare. The moment I pulled in, a young gentleman named Ingmar saw the worried look on my face and immediately reassured me that they'd take care of me and get me in and out quickly. He grabbed a flashlight, checked the tire, confirmed it wasn't holding air, and got straight to work. What impressed me most was how far he went to help -- even though I wasn't in a bay and they were about to close. Ingmar looped in his manager, brought out a jack, jacked up my car right there at the air check station, removed the tire, did the dunk test, and found the culprit: a tiny staple. He patched the tire on the spot, inspected my other tires, and gave me helpful recommendations without any pressure. I was honestly blown away. He dropped what he was doing to help a stressed-out customer at closing time, and he did it with professionalism and kindness. I made sure to shake his hand, thank him, and get his name. This was hands-down some of the best service I've ever received at a tire shop. Because of Ingmar and the team here, I'll absolutely be back for my next set of tires -- and I'll be recommending this location to friends and family without hesitation. If you want a place that treats you like a priority and genuinely has your back, this is it.

I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.
