Wrong alignment done on low car charged me $120 to still have my car with a crooked steering wheel. I went back and told him about the issue and he blamed it on my suspension. I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension. read more

I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. wrong alignment!!!!!! I went for an alignment and they told me it would cost 100! When they finished, they said 120, that it was okay, and I drove the car and the steering wheel was crooked. How can you pay more for something you already paid for and they did wrong? I went to another branch and they said it has nothing to do with the air suspension, just bad work. they sold me 10 year old tires and pretty much told me to screw myself. they lasted 2 months and didn't offer me any kind of resolution and told me it was my fault. Got some rims with curb rash repaired and repainted. They did a great job repairing the curb rash as you can't even tell they were damaged at one point. The paint as well looked fine at the time, just a small amount of orange peel between two of the spokes, but my main complaint is that the paint itself has not held up after just a few months. read more

I got here early for a flat tire that needed to be sealed. I was expecting to have to leave my car and also have them call me telling me a list of things I also needed to fix. This was not the case, I drove up, they sealed my tire, and 15 mins later I was on my way home without breaking the bank! They were great, definitely recommend! read more

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and they performed the repair that I needed very quickly and for far less money than I had expected. They were quick and when they told me the issue was probably with the cheap tires the dealership put on my car (and not my alignment) they recommended a few different types of tires but DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING. Worst place and the customer service was terrible. Not only did they break my wheel after saying the can fix it, the customer service was terrible. Employees didn't acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes while I was standing right in front of them. The owner "mike" told me he would be able to fix my bent rim via yelp request the night before. After inspecting my rim, mike told he would be able to fix it by end of day. I dropped my rim off at about 10am and called at about 2pm to get an update. When I called someone said my rim was done and it's been fixed. Once I got to the shop Mike told me that my rim was broken. I was in shock since I was just told it was fixed. When I looked at the rim, it was cracked in a completely different spot from the original damaged area. I'm pretty sure they used a hammer or something similar to try fixing the original damage I reported. But his excuse was there was crack in the rim when I dropped it off and there's nothing they can do. I was already annoyed since I was told it was fixed but there was nothin I could do. Mike picked my tire up and took it to the back of my car which I assumed he put it back in the trunk since he shut it but that wasn't the case. He closed my trunk and leaned my rim again the back bumper. I thought the tire was in the trunk so I got inside my car to reverse and little do we know mike was being lazy and leaned my rim against the bumper so I reversed into my rim and tire. Nobody from the shop offered to help so I ended up doing it myself. I'm completely able just thought it was a poor way to send off a customer. I recommend not going here if you want a good experience. I took my rim to a welding shop and had it fixed within an hour. read more

Tire Trend LLC has the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I feel bad for U-haul as a company to be misrepresented by Tire Trend LLC, they were outright rude I gave them a $100 dollar cash deposit the day prior with intent to return the truck before they closed at 5pm which I did. I went to get my change the next day and they were belittling and dismissive when I mentioned they prematurely closed. Tire Trend LLC came off as a business that has no investment in its customers' well being or satisfaction. they are there to do one thing make a profit at whatever or whoever's expense, definitely not my cup of tea. I would not recommend their services. There are much more U-haul locations around this area this one just came to be the short straw of decisions. that was only a u-haul I couldn't imagine putting my faith in a company when $1000+ rim and tire combinations would be on the line. read more

I had a tire that kept slowly going flat. I called ahead, the guy said I could just stop by right away. I came in within 10 minutes. They stopped what they were doing to help me immediately. Found a nail in my tire. Fixed it up within 10 minutes. Filled up all my tires and put all new caps on them since I only had one. Only cost me $10 when I was expecting to have to pay a lot more and get new tires. Thank you for making what I thought would be a grueling process, really quick and painless and delightful :) I'll be coming back here for all my tire needs. I have been using this business for several years now and I have always been pleased with the service I receive there. The people that work there are very nice, professional, and quick. They never scratch the rims on my cars they are always careful while being fast. Prices are very competitive. They offer new and used tires with a nice selection of rims. I have not had much luck with large tire shops in town. Les Schwab scratched my wheels a couple of times and they DID NOT feel sorry about it. Tire Trend approaches business like few others. They get the CUSTOMER SERVICE aspect of business. I bought s used (90% tread wear left) set of tires for a Lexus I am selling, and after getting home and the car sitting for the weekend, I found one tire was flat. So I called them, and they sent an employee out to my house immediately, took the tire off the car, returned it to their shop, fixed it and returned to out it back on, all within an hour or so. This is totally my number one place for any tire and wheel problem I've had. Being a Portlander, I've hit more potholes than my car can handle. Aside from that, I'm prone to finding my car with nails in the tires and curbing the wheels. These guys have SAVED me every single time! Repairs to my rims and tires have been the quickest and cheapest here at tire trend. They've also done more extensive work for me like replacing wheel bearings, and charged me shockingly low prices compared to other shops around town. In my weekend car, they've sold me some sexy new rims and lowered the car, which amazed me with how much better it looked! I then dropped it off and came back a few hours later and picked the wheel and was told it would only cost $40 and it looked perfectly fine! I appreciate it that cause I woulda paid $50 no questions. They advertised some used tires in my size saying 75% tread left. I checked them out with a tread depth gauge (because it's easy to brag about remaining tread) and they were closer to 80%! So I got four used tire at a fair price. Service was fast and competent. Even used a torque wrench to make sure the lugs were at the right spec. Quality and honesty all around.
