Came in this morning to have tires mounted for another vehicle. I bought the wheels in loose and waited for the service. Both techs worked on my set and had them mounted and balanced quickly. I probably wouldn't have minded if the service took a few mins longer if the techs wiped down the tire seating lubricant, but, that didn't bother me enough to remove a star. I grabbed a paper towel from them and wiped them down, myself. Pricing seemed relatively reasonable. Thanks for taking care of my tires. I'll be back next time. read more

We have used Gresham Premier for a few years now. Giovanni, Javier and their crew ALWAYS have been there with us. Quick example of that: On our company vehicle (2509 Ford Transit) we needed a new set of tires for it. They didn't have them on stock but, they find a way to get them and within 30 mins the we're ready to install. We love family own business since we too own our own business. What I have seen and experience at times is that some people are used to bargain prices and when that don't get the expected prices they get upset. It is a business at the end. Went in to get some new tires put on a spare set of wheels, when I arrived I was approached by a young man very nice guy by the name of I believe Danny may be wrong but he gave me a quote for my tire installation at $150, 60 of it due to new valve stems which is wild I went down and grab some for 3.99 at AutoZone came and had them installed $100 everything was smooth and untill I got home and installed the wheels they were severely unbalanced. I took them to a local tire shop and every tire was completely off. I don't know what they were thinking installing them like that. The service was good, but the quality of work was way off, I was going to order a set of new all-terrain tires, but I will be looking elsewhere. read more

I initially ran into him because I got such TERRIBLE service from a competitor on the same street. I live right across the street from Gresham Premier. Like literally 500 yards away. We discovered a flat, front left tire, and drove gingerly, with hazards a-blazing, across Burnside on a rainy Sunday. They were open and quickly had the car up on a jack and the wheel off. The gentleman who tended to the tire was quick, polite and adept. He inflated the flat tire and checked for leaks...none. Evidently we have a disgruntled neighbor...something to deal with at a later date. He quickly pointed out the the tire was in good condition, the seam between the wheel and the tire was fine and the valve was in perfect condition. He then put the wheel back on the car and when we asked what we owed him for his time helping us in the rain he said "nothing". No way, this guy deserved the fraction of what it would have cost had he been dishonest and sold us a new tire anyway. These guys are honest, fair and very friendly. What a fantastic place! Seriously, these employees are amazing. We went here after reading all of the positive reviews because our tire was separating. The guys were friendly, immediately confirmed the tire was separating, didn't try to upsell or con us, and replaced our tire with a phenomenal tire in like 15 mins. We're going back in a few weeks to replace all of our tires with new all season tires. The quote we were given for 4 new all season tires is amazing!! I was in the market for tires on my vehicle, so the search for the best deal was on. I went to a very well known local tire company and was quoted $600 for a set of 40k tires, ouch. So I decided to try a smaller company and hopefully get a better deal, and I am glad I did. Take caution if doing business with this shop. They used bait and switch tactic on me and try to talk their way out of it. There was a young guy there, he showed me a really good used tire with about 80% life on it. After installation I came out of my car to look, it was completely different tire with only about 40 % life on it. He saw I was looking at it so he came over and explained that I measured it wrong and said it has more life on it than I think and the other tire has a bubble on it. I told him why he didn't tell me that so I can make a decision to buy this one or not. He ignored my question, and kept insist that this is still a good tire. It's already installed and I didn't want to bother anymore but said I wasn't going to pay $50 as quoted so he gave me $10 off. read more

WOW! I found this place using Yelp. I finished reading the reviews and thought "okay, this is maybe a little exaggerated " , but decided to give it a try - what the hell. Had a slow leak in one of the front tires that I honestly dreaded repairing because of the usual long wait and wasted time while it gets fixed. My usual repair place was closed so I decided to try Yelp. I didn't call ahead of time - I simply drove in. From that moment to when they were done repairing the tire and filling it back up with air couldn't have been more than 5 minutes ( more like 2-3) - I kid you not !!! Immediately as I pulled in they directed me to a space and saw exactly what was wrong. Asked me to stay in the car and turn the wheel. They then pulled out the construction screw embedded in the tire plugged up the hole and filled it with air. Done !!! And the icing on the cupcake - NC. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Giovanni is the best! I found this place via yelp and I'm so grateful I called. I had a nail in my tire and wanted to find a place that I could get that repaired at...I came across Gresham Premier and they had excellent reviews! The only problem was that they were closing in less than an hour....but I still called just to see if I could maybe set something up immediately or come another day. Talked to Giovanni on the phone, told him about the nail and without further questions said, "come on by, I'll take a look at it and ask for Giovanni." So I jumped in my vehicle and made it out over in about 10ish min and he came out with a welcoming smile and acknowledged that we had spoken on the phone and wanted to see my tire. He checked it out and immediately said, "I can fix that...no need to take off the wheel even and to not worry that it would be free of charge!" You know people...that's real rare thing and I was pretty floored by that and am immensely grateful! Definitely gained a customer!! The wait at Firestone would have been 3 hours (this happened Sunday). I had a big screw sticking out of my tire. I called Premier and they were open. They took care if the problem in about 15 minutes. I have an all wheel drive Subaru, and have had to change all four tires twice before due to nail punctures that couldn't be patched. So I asked how much they would charge for a four tire change for future reference. The price I was quoted for 75K mile tires was very fair. So when the time comes, I will use Premier for my next tire change. read more
