We've purchased tires from Luis' several times over the years. Originally our mechanic recommended him and told me "they're good people" so I headed over for new tires. They offer excellent service, reasonable prices, and they're fast and friendly. We've asked for specific tires, that they didn't have in stock, and they were able to have them ready the next day. Our latest visit we had all new tires put on our travel trailer. We're very happy with the service and the quality of the upgraded tires we chose. They had them all installed within an hour and we were confident with their techs not only jacking the trailer correctly but installing everything expertly. They even caught a last minute mistake they made putting a slightly different sized tire on our spare. They apologized for the mix up and had our tire ready first thing the next morning with the correct tire. We'll be back within a couple of months for new tires for one of our cars as well. read more

Customer service that goes above and beyond. My 80 + parents go to Luis regularly for tires. Yesterday they went for more repairs and the team drop them off at home and offered to pick them up when the vehicle was ready! I took them to pickup at the end of day and the vehicle was not quite ready. But the team took the time to thoroughly show dad the parts that were replaced, review the bill and even extended an additional discount for the delay. Mom was impressed with the SPOTLESS shop and waiting room. I am pleased to know my parents have Luis and team to ensure their vehicle is in tip top shape and treated with care. Luis has earned our family business for many years to come. Thank you! read more

This place is top notch. I went in for an alignment today and instead of letting me pay $90 for an alignment, they told me to save my money and do my alignment in two weeks when I get brand new tires all the way around. They told me I should get the alignment at that time instead. I really appreciate their honesty. I will be buying four brand new tires from them in about two weeks and we'll have my alignment done at that time :-) read more

Luis' Tire just won our business. Besides the over $250 savings for better tires/longer mileage warranty in comparison to the local Les Schwab they got us taken care of faster. Luis's Tires is a fixture in the Oregon City community. I have lived in and around SE Portland my whole life, and moved to OC in 2020. Some of the things I look for in any new town are great food and a great mechanic. OC has a few culinary gaps they still need to fill, but as for auto service, it is home to some of the best. Luis's Tires is a standout even here. I have now purchased 2 full sets of tires for our 2 vehicles, and now tap Luis's for all of our oil changes and routine maintenance. The prices are very reasonable, the shop is clean and well-run, and the waiting area is comfortable, spacious and modern. Luis's Tires is our go-to for all of our automotive needs! read more

Luis' Tire Service in Oregon City has been there for many years and is beloved by Oregon City. Let me show why. A few days ago, I brought my car there for air in the tires. Amado, one of the workers, put air in the tires. He inspected my tires, told me they were made in 2006 but were okay for now. Not worn down, not cracked. I told him my speedometer was inaccurate and that the man who had sold me my car said the problem was related to the size of tires and their revolutions per minute. I asked Amado to order me larger tires to solve the problem, which he did. Yesterday morning Amado telephoned me to say that the tires had arrived but that he had talked to Luis, his boss, who said it was not the tires but a sensor that regulated the speedometer. I felt bad for them ordering me tires only to say I didn't need them, so I went back to have them inspect the insides of the tires for rot. That would decide whether I would buy new tires now or not. One of the workers, Jose, took a tire from the wheel and showed me everything. It was fine, and he predicted my tires would last another six months or a year. That decided it. So: they twice told me tires were old but still acceptable, because they care more about helping their customers than making money. As a result, they stay in business, do well, and everyone loves and patronizes them. By the way, they didn't charge me for either visit. Every business on Earth should operate this way. read more

LUIS's Tire's is great , there here to serve our Areas Needs An they almost do it All- Big trucks yes , virtually 30 yrs experience , + all the Techs who work for Luis got backgrounds in ASE , be prepared ( if / when you have the Time ) to drop off your items , or make the Appt. like week before of your event " THEY'll git er Done & I mean that ; Thanks Luis for putting into the Community ' make sure they double check their work and also make sure you double check their work because I have found out lately that there have been some issues around that business, and they are probably not going to be resolved starting immediately, most of it has to do with the technician and the other part of it has to do with the owner of the business not paying enough time to properly diagnose the issue and then also double check the work that the technician is doing and I tried to go talk to him about it and he never even said oh I'm so sorry because if I had left it the way and not checked right after ITS POSSIBLE THAT my ball joint NUT , would've unscrewed maybe after time and fallen off /This is likely a problem that would be something that would cause real permanent damage to the car right ? /(Because the tech, failed to see upon completion of the job that he needed to put the cotter pin in the ball joint nut hole )((I really do hope that the owner of this business LUIZS, is remembering to go back over everything and make sure that it's double checked looking good from this point on and this is August 2020 read more

Excellent service! Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They went above and beyond to help us out! We will be going back.

Louis' Tires in upper Oregon City mostly does new tires (and brakes et al) , but also used tires if they have your size. Super nice, and show you things you might want to know (ie how your brakes are looking) and they don't upsell you. Nice waiting room with TV and coffee, or you can walk to the mall while waiting. Both times I was there they started on my car no delay. Louis' is where I got my last two front tires. I asked if they had any used in my size and yep... two 95% new tires $60 each installed . If you are on a budget, ask if they have used in your size! Don't be afraid of used tires. Lots of people upgrade from nearly new tires because they might buy custom rims and want new low profile tires for example. Just ask. I super recommend this LOCAL business. read more

My friend had a flat tire, we called and they helped us immediately. Super nice people and they worked fast!! Amazingly helpful. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Fast and friendly service! Great rates too. Dropped off a tire just before closing, and they had it ready for pick-up the next morning. Came back and had the rest of the tires replaced. Left the truck and they had it ready for pick-up in just a couple hours. I will be coming back to Lui's for future tire service. read more

This local business is fantastic, the people that work here are super friendly and very attentive and their pricing is great, in fact I called around for pricing on having a set of tires and wheel mounted and balanced and they were far more affordable than the bigger chain stores that I usually deal with and the turn around time was good. Highly recommend giving this business a try if you haven't before, I'll definitely be dealing with them again in the future. I recommended them to my Mom once and she has been there twice to get tires replaced on her car and she sang high praises about them. read more

This place is the best! The employees are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I'll never go anywhere else for tires again. Great work done on-time at very reasonable prices. Best tire shop around!

We recently acquired a used minivan. I noticed it was pulling to the left, not badly but thought I'd get the alignment checked. Made an appointment with Luis tire service. Checked in, and Jose took my key, and then returned five minutes later and told me my tires were all low, filled them up with air and suggested I take it for a drive and see if it was still pulling to the left. Guess what? It's driving just fine! I am so thankful that they didn't charge me a dime! You better believe they have earned my future business after this experience! Well done! read more

Luis' tires is an ABSOLUTE gem! So glad I've found this place. They offer many auto services but my experiences with them have been primarily with getting tires. They do just as good work as any Less Schwab you'll go to, for 1/2 the price a lot of the time. Appointment times are quick and easy, and most of the time they have my tires done in about an hour or less. I've also started to get my oil changes done here because I just love the service. They have a great selection of used tires that are discounted at a much lower rate if that's something your interested in. Do yourself a favor and stop by or call in to ask for a quote. I promise you won't be disappointed with the price, and the customer service you'll receive! As long as Luis' is open for business, it's the only place I'll go to for tires. Affordable with awesome service?! Just can't beat it in the OC area. read more

I refuse to go anywhere but here for any tire / brake needs. The turnaround time is unmatched, along with the prices. Luis is the man.

Worst customer service! Luis got angry at us for no reason, followed us to our truck talking angrily and then took a picture of lisence plate saying " I dont F around" which is a threat to us. He did all of this in front of his son that was there that day. I see others have had good experience there but our experience was with a very angry guy with terrible business skills and customer service. read more
