I hate to write negative reviews. Hate it. But I feel like I have to warn people--no, this isn't a one star rating, and that's only because the people here are nice and the pricing is fair. Quality of service? Not the best. I was just driving through and needed an oil change. Okay, fair enough. I get my oil changed at Valvoline and they notice that my serpentine belt is one bad bump away from giving out completely. They recommended Isa's to me and me, not knowing the area, say "Okay." I get here, get my belt changed, they charge me a fair price and do it quickly. I am grateful and drive on through. The next day I notice that my belt is squeaking--I'm not driving all the way back to Isa's since I'm at least three hours out, so I stop at an AutoZone. The guy there tells me I just need belt conditioner. I call Isa's as well, they say yeah, belt conditioner should fix it. So I buy the belt conditioner. Squeaking goes away for maybe a day. I condition my car's belts daily, not for one second thinking that maybe there's something wrong because TWO separate people said it was fine. Maybe it's my fault for being ignorant of cars, but I thought it was fine despite the squeaking. Until yesterday, when my battery light came on. I go to a Les Schwab to get it diagnosed and they come back literally carrying pieces of my belt in their hands (this was the cause of the battery light coming on...my battery was not being charged because the belt was slowly shredding). It appears that the belt was installed improperly and has been slowly turned into confetti by the running of my engine. I'm annoyed, at myself yes, but also at Isa's for improperly installing my belt and then instead of telling me to get it fixed they tell me to use belt conditioner. No amount of belt conditioning would have fixed this. So I'm sorry, but I have to say that before you drive off the property, INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE. Good prices? Yes. Nice people? Yes. Decent service? Debatable. Maybe I was just a fluke. I hope so. read more

My truck had a ball joint going out. I whipped into Isa's and they immediately knew the problem. I made an appointment to drop my car off the next morning after a quote that was extremely reasonable. They had it for about 3 hrs and it was back to it's old self. I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and taken care of considering they had a garage full. Isa is the very best. I brought my car in this morning. A belt had broken off this weekend. While they were working on my car they noticed I was due for an oil change. I had totally spaced it. They called and asked if I would like an oil change. They were done with the belt change and oil change in less than four hours. I have had the same belt changed due to a squeaky sound a couple times from another mechanic nearby. Isa did a more affordable and most importantly, a better quality job. Do not go here. Came here for an oil change and for them to look at a leak coming from my windshield that would leak water unto my seat when it rained. Isa kept my car for three days without ever checking in with me on the status of my car. I called every single day to see when it would be ready to pick up, always getting some vague answer and no details on what was going on with my car. On the third day, and after three attempts to get some type of explanation of what was going on with my car, I was told there was no one there to fix my specific leak and nothing had been done. I retrieved my car only to see that they had not only left my car out in the rain (long enough that my front seat was now soaked with water) but the constant pulling of the material connected to the windshield was pulled so far down that the "leak" was now allowing a stream of water into my car. Oh yeah, and my car is leaking oil and had needed an oil pan change, yet that was not noticed or suggested by Isa. There is no communication, no attention to detail, and no concern for you or your car. Avoid avoid avoid! read more
