I spoke with Thomas the owner & he was more than happy to squeeze me in on such a last minute wash. It was a hot day & he offered to take me to the coffee shop on the corner to hang out since they don't really have a waiting area indoors. The wash took about an hour and he also offered to pick me up to go get the van. If that isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. The $290 total included a $50 service charge to get them to come to my house despite it being outside their area, and $40 for a hand wash. He even went above and beyond on the hand wash! But the interior, my goodness. The car feels good to drive again. Scheduling was easy and flexible. It's worth the money to pay these folks to come to you in Portland! They blame a glitch in the scheduling software, but don't fix it. I'm bummed, everyone deserves a second chance, but it's not worth the hassle if a company can't show up as promised. Update: Adrian reached out and promised to make it right. They have assured me the new online scheduling platform is working properly and they came to my house and cleaned the car free of charge. They do fantastic work, so going the extra mile for customer service means a lot.
