I live in Orange County but store my boat at AAA Plus Storage because it is way cheaper than anything I can find near me and I have family in the area that can pick the boat up before we go out on the weekends. My relatives have only good things to say about the facility and the staff and I feel the same way every time I go there personally. For the 7 months I have been with AAA Plus, I have had no problems. The gate makes me feel that my boat is safe and having my own PIN makes it easy for me to get in and out easily whenever I want. Also, one time the gate closed on my truck (totally my fault...I don't know what I was thinking) but the gate bounced back without a scratch to my car *phew*. I am so grateful that the gate has that feature. =) Also, this place now rents U-Haul trucks which is great. My relatives have rented a U-Haul twice from here and have had no problems. Friendly staff,affordable pricing,secure.They do have service station to fill your fresh water tank,no dump station on location,but they provide you with access to the dump station at their Murrieta location for free.The only place i found with the cheaper pricing was RV storage down the road,but that place looked sketchy,gates open wide,dirt parking lot....you get the drift.I think the lady who left aaa plus a negative review,was actually talking about that other place. read more

My husband and I are truly blessed to have found a storage near our home, I think these selfish people at Greens Storage Temecula 47355 Rainbow Canyon rd. Are just completely about themselves and don't care about their customers especially at this difficult time in the world. They tried to rent us a spot that was completely to small for our Toy Hauler and would be extremely difficult to to even attempt to get it in the spot because of broken down and flat tires on trailers next to our said spot but they said if we left a deposit they would call us when a spot becomes open, well we never got a phone call so we desperately needed a storage so we found a great spot plenty of room near our home Thankful so I called Greens storage to let them know we no longer needed a spot and if they could kindly credit our deposit back to our account and Diana said No! sorry that a deposit deposit for what??? you never called us for a larger spot!!?? Nice place, easy in and out. I stored my RV there a year and never had any problems. When I first started storing there the spot I was in was hard to back in to. They moved me to an easier spot right away. I like the free use of their air compresser to fill my tires. They also have free firewood from time to time. read more

I strongly advise against storing anything at this facility. My husband and I have a very expensive 5th wheel, and when we pulled it out the other day, there was a similar vehicle trapped in a pit of mushy gravel. There were pools of moisture and slime all over the parking lot. A couple of weeks later, we went to get our vehicle, and there were Mexicans standing around, a wide open gate, and not a manager in sight. They promise a 24 hour manager, and a security gate. The thing is broken half the time, and they make these sorry excuses about fixing it. Recently I have been searching for somewhere else to store my equipment. When I told some acquaintances of ours that we store over there at AAA plus, they told us some stories about some labor disputes, and some violent elements that would make your hair stand on end. I realize that the owners come from a different culture, and that they do things differently. But why deal with it? I am here to store a $50,000 motor home, and not to be some kind of cultural understanding. They really want your social security number and your credit card number. DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM. They are shady people. It is worth spending an extra $20 per month, to not have to worry about your vehicle being damaged or moved. I have a question for yelp and for AAA plus! WHY WON'T THIS REVIEW POST ON THEIR BUSINESS PAGE? A little fishy, if you ask me. read more

I love this place because it drives my buddy batty. He's kept his fifth wheel here for years because he's POOR! (I wont use your name, but yeah, you know who you are!) It's true that they never raised his rent, but their gate was broken for about six months. Made it nice and easy to go in and out with whatever you wanted, if you know what I mean. Their big break-in (generators missing, ect) was after they got the fence fixed, but now the "on site manager" is no longer on-site! At least they protect they rep by paying folks $5 for a good review! What a crock! Yelp, you been played! At least they only charge once a month now--back in the day, they didn't charge my buddy for months at a time, then they charged his credit card for it all at once. In short, this place is AWESOME because ever time he takes his fifth wheel out, I get to watch my buddy fume. I wouldnt want anyone I care about to store here, tho. Ive been using AAA storage for about 4 years now and have had no problems. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I would like to see some more gravel put down near the driveway that leads from the paved section to the gravel section. There are some pot holes forming and when it does rain it can get a little messy in that area. Thanks AAA storage. read more

We've been using this storage facility for 4-5 months now and we are very happy with this place. The office staff ladies are very friendly and accommodating. We had just bought our first RV and I was very stressed out trying to find a place to store it. Every place I called was already full and the very few that did have a space were outrageously expensive! We only pay a little over $100 dollars to store our 27' RV. Great facility, we have kept all of our RVs there for at least 6 years and have had no issues! The paved area is great and easy to maneuver through and they have made lots of improvements to the facility since we have been there. the gate is ALWAYS closed and is ALWAYS functioning properly. We have NEVER had any security issues of any kind with any of our rigs. They have also NEVER raised our spot fee from day one, we are paying the same amount. read more

This facility offers much better rate than you can find in Orange County. Management has been very adaptive and kind. We used the storage to store our trailer for two months. Right after we paid 3rd month rent, we got space available notice from another facility that we have been on waiting list. The management was kind enough to refund part of our rent. If we do not need to drive 80 miles one way to park our trailer, we would stay with AAA Plus for long term. After you have signed a lease, you get a gate access code so you may access the faculty 24/7. The management is always available by phone. The code did not work once and management was able to unlock the gate remotely and helped us. read more

I searched for storage for an RV at many locations throughout the Temecula/Murrieta/Menifee area. The cost that I was quoted at the various locations was outrageous. I finally stumbled across AAA Plus Storage. Their cost was 40% less than the least cost that I found elsewhere. I visited the facility and was impressed with the space that was available and the easy maneuverability inside the facility. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. She showed me various spots and even measured them for me to help me to determine which was best for my needs. The facility is associated with another location in Murrieta. Tenants of AAA Plus Storage have access to the Murrieta location for the dump station and other amenities. The security appears good and the lot is immediately adjacent a Border Patrol Station, which adds more incidental security. Overall, I am convinced that this place offers good value and very good service. I recommend this place. read more
