I'm going to stop giving them money / business. I've been going here for the past year and I notice…read moremy clothes sometimes still stink. The staff seem pretty lazy. I walk in and see them sitting around on their phones and circled up talking. I wouldn't care if I didnt get dirty clothes back repeatedly now. Mind you, they packaged it up and gave it to me like they washed it and didn't say anything. I finally got fed up and recently had my husband come and ask them bringing the clothing items back and they said it was due to the dress having a safety pin holding a piece of the dress together. If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I've also paid to get something sewed together since they offer that service and that part of the dress came off the next time I wore it at an event.

I needed to have a long wool coat dry cleaned. I was quoted a price and given a time frame to stop by and pick up my coat. I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it.

I have tried the "valet" services before and wasn't super impressed with the quality and customer service. I tried Total Cleaners for the first time a few weeks ago and won't go any where else. Then, I received another update letting me know my clothes were ready and on the way to be dropped off. This small touch definitely exceeded my expectations. Needless to say, their customer service is top-notch and the price is definitely a compliment to their attention to detail and stand out service. In addition to their keen eye for detail and service, the MWF pickup schedule really helps and keeps me organized. The person who introduced me to this is Ken Sandy and I have had nothing but a genuine interaction and quick communication. I am so glad they are at my building.

After going there 8 times, I never had my shirt returned to me. I spoke to three managers and they all did nothing but give me the run around. One manager/owner told me to wait for him to call me but continue to bring in my clothes. Heck no!! You have to be kidding me. Instead of going the extra mile and picking up the shirt from the person they "accidentally" gave it to, they chose to ignore me and do absolutely nothing. BTW, he never contacted me to provide me an update. When I asked for the money for the cost of the shirt he said they also couldn't do anything until 30 days had passed. Finally after 30 days and my eighth visit, I return and I speak to another manager. This manager said after speaking to him three times, said he "had a lot of work" to do and didn't have time to deal with the issue. Additionally, the third manager told the other manager in front of me, she contacted the person again they swapped other the shirt with that this person didn't have my shirt. This is a big issue as they told me that another customer had it. So they've been lying to me instead of dealing with the issue? Again I asked for my money for the cost of the shirt, they still didn't want to do anything. At this point, I'm very irritated and I ask if they want to be taken to small claims court. This finally when I get some type of response.
