They have new hours posted on their door. Please note their updated hours are: Mondays-Fridays 7AM - 6PM, Saturdays 9AM - 5PM and closed on Sundays. I needed to have a long wool coat dry cleaned. I was quoted a price and given a time frame to stop by and pick up my coat. I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it. read more

Had a suit I needed for a funeral, I went to stop by and Yelp showed their hours until 7. I showed up at 6:40 and the place was closed already. Had to go to my normal dry cleaners the next day and ask for same day service. read more

These people are very nice! The place is clean and has some seating if you have to wait a moment. They are offering a discount right now of 20% off. The prices are great as well. They altered a suit for my husband and his friend for a wedding and they did a perfect job and very fast! I recommend to anyone! read more

The owner is very friendly and super nice. I've been going there for months now. And been dropping off my winter clothes. I'm not sure if their prices are higher than other places or not. Do not go to this location or the second location in Leesburg in the Wegmans shopping center. I was quoted one price on drop off & min. b4 closing owner called saying found extra piece & need 2 charge more. So I went back to the store 2 verify clothes were mine. They were yet i am pissed because of the language barrier during phone conversation and their decision not to honor original quote. So I let the owner know would be taking my clothes. As I'm taking up my clothes the woman says she can charge me the orig quote. Told her no thanks. She cries mam don't be like that. When she sees I'm leaving she tries to snatch my clothes away from me. She and I had a tug of war with my clothes as her husband watches. She releases my clothes i leave. I walked to my truck get in start it up am pulling off and she runs up to me yelling about signing a paper. I told her she needed to get away from my vehicle. The nut starts hitting on my truck as i try to drive away and does this several times. Her husband comes out and i tell him he needs to get get his wife away from my truck. He does nothing I started yelling at them both to get away from my vehicle or I would call the cops. She tells him to call the cops and i drive away as they try to remember my tags. read more

I have been going to University Cleaners for 5 or more years and absolutely won't go anywhere else. I moved to Reston Town Center and I still make it a point to go here weekly. My clothes are well taking care of and I get all my alterations done by Jenny. She's amazing, I even had my wedding dress altered along with pants, tops, skirts, dresses, etc. She does a phenomenal job! Her and hubby are very welcoming and personable. I haven't used this facility for cleaning yet but several times for alterations. The work is always beautiful and exactly what I asked for.
