I'm going to stop giving them money / business. I've been going here for the past year and I notice my clothes sometimes still stink. The staff seem pretty lazy. I walk in and see them sitting around on their phones and circled up talking. I wouldn't care if I didnt get dirty clothes back repeatedly now. Mind you, they packaged it up and gave it to me like they washed it and didn't say anything. I finally got fed up and recently had my husband come and ask them bringing the clothing items back and they said it was due to the dress having a safety pin holding a piece of the dress together. If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I've also paid to get something sewed together since they offer that service and that part of the dress came off the next time I wore it at an event. read more

Never, ever, ever use this dry cleaners! I brought a new (only worn once) white ladies jumpsuit, along with my fiancé's white shirt to be cleaned and both items were ruined! The shirt, which had no stains at all, was returned with yellow stains all over the shirt. The manager said that "it looked as if he got oil all over the shirt." I told her that he works in an office and it wasn't there when I brought it in. My new white jumpsuit was returned to me with blue/black stains throughout. When I brought it back the next day, a different manager told me the stains at the bottom of the jumpsuit came from it being too long and dragging the ground when I walked. Again, I explained that it wasn't possible because the jumpsuit is capri length. I asked her to then explain how the same stains appeared on the front of the V-neck, back of the zipper, and on the inside of the jumpsuit. Of course, she didn't have an answer. They offered to clean it again. I went back a week later and was told the items were "soaking" to try to remove the stains and they would call me when they were ready. Soaking for a week??? Really??? I made a final visit a week later and demanded that my clothes be returned. At this point it had been nearly 3 weeks and since they aren't responsible for items left over 30 days, I felt sure that if I went back on day "31" my clothes would have been "lost" and they were not responsible since I had "left" them over 30 days. Cleaner4less attempted to blame me for the condition of the clothes, claimed they always clean whites separate from colors, offered no.apologies and no compensation for the loss of my new jumpsuit and shirt. We came to Cleaner4Less because we moved and the location is convenient to our new home. We gave Cleaner4Less multiple chances, but it's just not the cleaner for us. Pros: Dry cleaning and alterations are inexpensive. Cons: They advertise same day cleaning, but clothes are never ready same day, or even next day. I really wanted this place to be my "Go To" cleaners given the dirt cheap price per garment, but I'm willing to skip this place for a few reasons. 1) The store has a horrible odor, most likely due to the harsh chemicals used to clean their clothes. Nobody else seemed to mind it, but it hit me just outside the door and caused me to gag a little. My clothes came back with the same horrible odor. The smell on my silk blouse was so overwhelming, I had to take it off almost immediately. 2) I was told my clothes would be ready by 6pm the next day. I couldn't make it in the next day, but went in the following day - my clothes were still not ready and I was told to come back tomorrow. Upon reviewing the receipts attached to my garments, it seems like the dress I brought in required a little longer because of a stubborn stain. Luckily, I didn't need the clothes back in a rush, but just be aware that it may take a longer than 1 day (with no notice given). 3) They staple their tabs to the labels on your clothing. This isn't a deal-breaker, but for some people it might bother them. 4) Lines. This wasn't a huge deterrent for me - I realize this place gets a ton of business because of their cheap prices, but just keep in mind that it can take awhile to get in/out. This is not a good dry cleaner for silk, embordered or expensive shirts. They do not have the expertise to clean these items. They have torn two of my very expensive Tommy Bahama shirts and blamed it on the wear after the shirts were inspected on drop off and payment received up front. Be very careful dropping off good clothing with them. They told me that they would repair the shirt. They kept the shirt for over a month still didn't repair the shirt stated they were short staffed. Now they started holding my other shirts because they stated the other shirts has to much wear to be cleaned. To their credit they did give back my dry cleaning money only. I still need to find a place to repair my shirt. "They did not give me a time frame on the repair process or option for processing a claim when the shirt was damaged" Furthermore they did not start turning down my shirts until after they ripped this one. I've been going here nearby my office for about a year and the cleaning quality is excellent, but absolutely hate the thick staples used to attach their tabs to my labels; when I bring this up I'm told that they handle such a high quantity of dry cleaning daily that they only time for staples, but I would pay an extra $0.25/item for glue-gun tag attachment that is easier to remove and would protect the labels I should probably send to a more expensive cleaners... Bottom line, great cleaning, one can use a credit card despite the low price and they have always done an excellent job with my stains without ever losing an item of clothing. The chemicals are a bit harsh and definitely not organic, but it's $2/item so you get what you pay for in that respect. read more

Refreshing! We just recently moved to this area from CO and the cost of living is much less there. My husband had arrived here before myself and he was using a place close to our home who we had to pay about 20 for five short sleeve polo shirts !!! This may not sound like much but to me that was just crazy. I say this because we usually put 30 items in at a time not always being shirts ! I love this dry cleaner for the one set price on any item along w the fast turn around. They are always very welcoming and they get you in and out. I use the word refreshing because I feel that a lot of businesses exploit the demographic of this area in their pricing but the quality doesn't always match up . This business understands we work hard and we would like to save our money towards things we enjoy. Terrible customer service. The quality of the end product has been declining significantly. I have had a problem over the last few weeks with the way that they have been sending my husbands shirts back to us when they are finished. Creased and wrinkled- looked worse than when I brought them. Blamed the pressing machine, the way that they are stored on the conveyor belt, etc. After the third time of this happening today, I told them I would likely not be back. The owner said 'That's okay- it's your choice'. Really? I spend about 100-120 dollars per month there.
