My dress looked as though nothing had been done to it, except that the pressing was poorly executed. The steam press lines were misaligned, and now there is a noticeable white line running through my $300 dress. The result is incredibly disappointing. I'm genuinely baffled by the positive reviews. Based on my experience, I did not receive anything close to the level of quality those reviews describe. Another frustration is that alteration services close at 3:00 PM. That's highly inconvenient for anyone who works a standard schedule and makes it difficult to access a service that many customers likely need. What concerned me even more was the working environment. When I dropped off my dress, it was close to 100 degrees and the conditions inside appeared extremely uncomfortable for the employees. I sincerely hope the staff are being provided with a safe and reasonable work environment. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on the quality of the work I received.

I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.

Painful- cleaning wasn't needed- but I had to get rid of the moths. I paid to have them taken down, cleaned, and reinstalled. When reinstalled several panels had a hem missing. Installer apologized and took them back. I was unexpected charged for hemming, based on legal language "if due to age or humidity,..." blah blah. Not my case. New drapes, perfect conditions. I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Please.... find anywhere more honest, with better customer service and communication.

My friend put up an ad for a room that he rents. The 2 female employees saw his number on the ad; they called him from the Speedy laundromat phone number and harassed him and told him to never put an ad on the board. They yelled and threatened to put any ad of his in the trash can. They only want to keep the ads that belong to their friends on the board. Those 2 female employees, instead of working are always on their cellphones. They are both rude, mean and very demanding, all they do is look at their cellphones. This laundromat needs to hire people who have a little bit of common sense and honesty. Instead of hiring employees that are horrible and disrespectful. My friend blocked the Speedy Laundromat phone number on his phone to stop the 2 female employees from calling him and harassing him again. They were super busy and ended up staying open an extra hour or so, which made me feel so much better about walking in last minute! I had two dresses dry cleaned and one dress tailored. The owner was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed done. She quoted me pick up time for within 3-4 days. The prices are on the higher end. Alterations were around $45. Drycleaning was around $30 for two dresses. Owner did excellent work. And it was done quickly. Worth it.

I do recommend them for their customer service but bear in mind they are pricey; for 2 skirts, one trousers, one coat, one sweater and earmuffs I paid over $80.
