My friends and family have been washing our clothes at Speedys for many years. On Wednesday, 11/19/25 at 1:40pm, My friend went to put up an ad on board up against the wall near the back of the laundromat where people put up ads for renting a room. My friend put up an ad for a room that he rents. The 2 female employees saw his number on the ad; they called him from the Speedy laundromat phone number and harassed him and told him to never put an ad on the board. They yelled and threatened to put any ad of his in the trash can. They only want to keep the ads that belong to their friends on the board. Those 2 female employees, instead of working are always on their cellphones. They are both rude, mean and very demanding, all they do is look at their cellphones. This laundromat needs to hire people who have a little bit of common sense and honesty. Instead of hiring employees that are horrible and disrespectful. My friend blocked the Speedy Laundromat phone number on his phone to stop the 2 female employees from calling him and harassing him again. I wish I could give Zero starts! usually I don't write anything, however due to the staff I will share to the world. The staff at this location is the fake friendly ladies that what they enjoy doing doing is gossiping about all their clients in their foreign language, this is considered rude and perhaps racist by other cultures or Americans. Very rude treatment with threats from this ladies. To the owner, please educate your staff regarding customer service and ethical values, no matter what the job is this will make a difference. Very poor quality services, low customer service, very poor knowledge of their equipment. You may be saving labor, however you will be loosing more long term revenue. After today, my family will no longer be visiting this laundromat due to their lack of customer service, and basic intelligence. Starting from last year when the Pandemic began, these people never enforced mask mandates. They posted a couple signs, but every time I walked in I was surrounded by maskless individuals. It's no wonder my partner caught Covid after doing our laundry here. From there it's just been one issue after another. They have limited hot water, and their representatives lie about how their wash cycles work - ending with cold - when I know it's a lie. If you come in the AM your clothes come out piping hot, but later in the day your clothes come out ice cold. They also have no hot water in the handwashing sinks so I will be contacting OSHA as this is a health code violation. Now they've got my clothes locked in a washer that won't open, and they're refusing to call their mechanic in, or give me their Manager's name. I threatened to call the cops and - not surprised - the girl talking to me said they had cops called on them, before. Not really a flex, but okay. Glad you guys are used to having the police come by, really speaks to how trashy you are haha. Imagine that, someone at a laundromat telling a customer they have to leave their wet towels in a washer overnight and letting them get moldy, then telling the customer they won't rewash and dry them since this is THEIR fault. Nope. No inkling of proper customer service, and I doubt anyone working here has any real intelligence considering a 5 year old knows not to leave wet towels in a washer overnight. It's just sad, really. I hope this place gets shut down after my conversation with OSHA and the Health Department. read more

I have always come to this laundry and today one of the drying machine isn't working. Tried to reason with the person helping inside but they keep saying there's nothing wrong with the machines even after drying for almost 20 minutes clothes still very wet, asked the lady for a manager immediately got nasty saying I can call tomorrow also refused to provide her name ( took a picture). read more

Have been coming here a couple of years but the service has gone way down. 2 visits ago we had to move suddenly from the seats because a dryer was flooding the floor. Things happen but then our last visit the dryer quit working. Took a while to find someone and didn't even get my money refunded when I had to switch dryers. Today even worse. Dryer quit working after 3 minutes. Couldn't find help. Didn't get money back for 4 Cycles. Then the next machine stopped working after 3 minutes. Didn't get my money back from 2 cycles. Someone came over because someone else complained about the dryer so I tried to explain to her that we had lost multiple cycles in two machines but she ignored me. Don't waste your money here. You know before coming here I had no expectations for laundry mats. But after my experience at Speedy's I do. The service women were extremely helpful, they taught me how to load my laundry card even helped me with the laundry machine. All around they were super friendly and not just to me but everyone who used there machines. The laundry mat had a super friendly vibe, which is definitely not what I was expecting from a laundry mat. The patrons who I presume were strangers all talked to one another as if we were in a Spanish speaking country. And the machines were super high power and fast! My king size comforter after one wash was super clean and it only took 8 minutes to fully dry! Completely recommend this place! read more

I like this laundromat however, I started noticing there is NO HOT WATER. I asked the lady that works there and she said oh yea today it has not been working, everyone else noticed and they started using one of the sinks and with a bucket they were pouring the water in the machines. The next time I went the same thing happened and was told I can be given 10c back, are they serious? there is no hot water in the bathroom either. Rarely need to use a laundry mat, but our washer has a hiccup. I was so impressed with how CLEAN it is here. The ladies are constantly tidying and cleaning. Check google to see their slower times and there are plenty of machines. Though things seem pricey, remember I don't use a laundry mat often. read more

Very good place to go to do laundry. Went here one night and was very quick and got me in and out. The people walked me through everything because I had not been here before. I would recommend coming at night since they're 24/7 and have a ton of machines so you never feel like you're waiting for a machine to often. read more

This place is amazing! The staff are very helpful and their English is great. Never overly busy unless it's a Saturday mid-day. They were 24 hours but due to it being winter it's 6am-1am, which is still pretty awesome!! New. Clean washers . They don't have the opening special anymore Jsyk . Good area. I quite like the system here and particularly that they are open 24 hours. The card system is easy to use. I liked that they have some of the biggest washers I've ever seen. There were two employees who were constantly cleaning and the bathrooms smelled clean. Only gripe is that if you turn off the dryer to check to see if your laundry is still damp or not, you can't resume it and it takes your money so be careful. read more

Great service! I pulled up in the mini van with 12 black trash bags and someone came out of the laundromat and helped me load everything into their carts to wheel inside. They guided me through the steps $20 preload on a card gives you $2 bonus. Everything is paid using their swipe card system. Put cash or credit card into the money machine to load money onto your card. I opted to wash my own stuff and have them dry and fold it. It's definitely a better deal that way. They fold everything after waiting for your laundry to finish then toss It into the dryer. They are experts at folding my moving blankets! Which were very heavy. They charge .50/lb to fold and dry your clothes/laundry. Definitely would recommend to anyone who doesn't have a washer and dryer at home or just needs to wash an extra dirty load!!! read more

Clean, brand new washers and driers of all sizes, open all hours. Reasonably priced, nice selection of detergents and snacks for purchase too. Laundry is a tedious, annoying chore. It goes by faster here because you can throw everything you own into a single mega washer if you want. There are several. Plenty of folding room, no weird smells. As of 16 January 2017, they have had a change in operating hours ... it went from 24 hours a day, seven days a week to reduced hours. This does not help me in my particular situation and schedule on the weekday or the weekend. So, I am now looking for another laundromat that still operates on the 24 hours a day business plan. The new hours are 0600 hours to 2359 hours Sunday through Thursday. 0600 hours to 0100 hours on Friday and Saturday. read more

I like that they are open 24 hours. But I'm not a fan of paying more if I want hot water. Prices start at: $2.60 for double load ($1 if you come m-f between 7am to 5pm) $3.60 for triple loads $4.60 for giant loads $6.60 for super loads $8.60 for mega loads Extras/add-ons $.10 extra for warm or hot water $.30 extra for heavily soiled loads $.30 extra for extra rinse Dryers: $.45 per 8 minutes....seems high. They do keep the place clean. And like most laundamats, if you forget detergent you can by the single use items or get the multi-use ones. Clean laundromat to get the wash chore over quickly! There's a sign posted 24 hrs, which is convenient. You have to obtain a laundry card as the machines do not take coins. The staff are friendly and helpful if needed. I would recommend this to others. read more

I use to love coming here with my sister about once a week to do our laundry when they first opened. The employees use to be welcoming and very helpful. The hours of operations was perfect for people like me who worked late everyday of the week. It's still clean and the upkeep is still sufficient, but the atmosphere has changed. It's always so stuffy and loud with all televisions put on Spanish channels. I have nothing against that, it's just I wished it was more diverse for those who do not speak Spanish. I would at least have a couple of televisions on English channels so I can under what I am watching. As for the stuffiness, the employees won't turn on the fans. When I ask them to, they would look annoyed and turn it on for 20 minutes and then it's off again. I think the employees does this on purpose so we would hurry up and get done faster. I know it's not a one time thing because every time I come it's the same hot cycle. I wish the management would read our reviews and make some changes to back to how it started. read more
