It can get a bit warm near the dryers, understandable. Each washer machine takes 30 mins. And the dryer 8 mins per dry session (need at least 2-3 times) Depending on how much laundry you have it's either 2.60,4.60 or 5.60 for washers and 30 or 45 cents for dryers. Pretty affordable. Better than doing laundry at the parents. Time wise. It's relatively clean and so are the bathrooms. However they should put soap! in the bathrooms. That is kind of a turn off. But besides that everything is nice and comfortable seating. And the washers and dryers are very large even the small loads. They have a little snack corner and concession stand where there are tables and flat screen TVs. Near the ATM and card center. Everything in this place is really convenient and well structured. And everyone is really nice and was helpful for two newbies. I think we even made some friends. They have a pupusa truck right outside in case you want a tasty snack. It smelled really good. We ate dinner before we came so next time we will try it! If you are coming to a laundromat, this place is a great impression. We had so much fun-no joke. (Our own personal experience).

My friend put up an ad for a room that he rents. The 2 female employees saw his number on the ad; they called him from the Speedy laundromat phone number and harassed him and told him to never put an ad on the board. They yelled and threatened to put any ad of his in the trash can. They only want to keep the ads that belong to their friends on the board. Those 2 female employees, instead of working are always on their cellphones. They are both rude, mean and very demanding, all they do is look at their cellphones. This laundromat needs to hire people who have a little bit of common sense and honesty. Instead of hiring employees that are horrible and disrespectful. My friend blocked the Speedy Laundromat phone number on his phone to stop the 2 female employees from calling him and harassing him again. This is the first time I've seen a review of this nature against the laundromat and/or the service provided by the staff who work there, especially since it's public knowledge that the laundromat has maintained an excellent reputation over the years, the service in the store is very good, and the rates they charge are reasonable. The laundry offers customers a wash-and-dry service upon request. With this service, the customer brings their clothes to the shop and hands them over to authorized staff to carry out the work. Typically, the customer submits the clothes to be washed along with an inventory list. This allows the staff to verify that the items on the list match the quantity of clothing provided and, if everything is correct, proceed with the work. This is the standard procedure used at any dry cleaner or laundry in this city. For various reasons, many customers have become accustomed to handing their clothes over to the laundry staff without providing an inventory list. In such cases, the staff accepts the items but does not verify the quantities; instead, they proceed with the work as an act of good faith. The customer who posted the review is not new to the store and did not hand over the clothing with an inventory list. Nor did they verify the quantity of clothing handed over to the store staff. Even so, the customer claims that two items of clothing went missing. One must therefore ask how that customer determined that two items of clothing were indeed lost--and how they can prove it--given the fact that they possess no documentation to substantiate the inventory of the clothing handed over to the store. Because of this, his claim loses strength and meaning, as well as his request for the store to compensate him for the loss of the two pieces of clothing.

On two separate occasions, they have also returned clothes that did not belong to me, including clothing from a company. When we raised these concerns, I felt the staff were implying that we were trying to take advantage of the situation. They now say they are "afraid" to wash our clothes and refuse to continue providing the service. We do not enjoy making complaints or repeatedly asking for missing belongings. We simply expect to receive all the clothes we entrusted to them. During the conversation, the person assisting us also complained about not being paid enough. While I understand that employees may have concerns about their wages, customers should not have to bear the consequences of those workplace issues. I also tried to find the company's registered legal name, a business email address, and the owner's full name, but I could not verify those details through the public sources I checked. This has made it harder to identify whom to contact to resolve the problem. We paid for our clothes to be cleaned and returned complete, without being mixed up with other customers' belongings. We expected respectful treatment, a proper investigation, and a solution. Instead, these repeated problems and the staff's response have left us frustrated and without confidence in their service.

Their response was basically "call the police, we are waiting," which tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. Everything with them comes down to money and greed. There's no care, no accountability, and no professionalism -- just arrogance and a complete lack of empathy, even when children's belongings are involved. They act like customers are inconveniences instead of the people keeping their business alive. Businesses like this don't fail because of competition -- they fail because of terrible attitudes, greed, and horrible customer service. Word spreads fast, and eventually people stop supporting places that treat customers this badly. I would never trust them with another piece of clothing again.
