I'm not certain the clothes are cleaned on site or outsourced but what I know is my clothes did not look like they were well cleaned just well starched for certain items. My earmuffs are sticky on the outside and my coat is covered in lint. I will be calling to have these items re-cleaned. I do recommend them for their customer service but bear in mind they are pricey; for 2 skirts, one trousers, one coat, one sweater and earmuffs I paid over $80.

My husband and I always did our dry cleaning services here over the years, along with wedding dress cleaning/storage. In summer 2022 we were relocating out west and upon picking up our dry cleaning, Aris the owner convinced us of his exceptional skills in shoe repair services and to bring in 2 pairs of our shoes for cobbler services. One was for a cleanup service, the other for zipper replacement on a pair of boots. When Aris told us that he could not complete the work before we were moving to Montana in the next 2 weeks, he quickly offered that he was more than willing to ship them to us at our new address in Montana. We agreed to do that in good faith, because after all, we had been doing business with him over the years. After we moved, we were very patient and didn't hear back from him until 7 months later, which is when he contacted us by way of text to let us know the shoes were ready and to apologize for how long it took. We were completely understanding of this and never received a text back after our initial response. Fast forward now, after repeated attempts to communicate with Aris to complete this transaction and all we got back was crickets............no response, no call backs, and avoidance of texts. What's incredulous to me is the unacceptable lack of professionalism and communication. I have attached a screenshot of our conversation and the shoes, which Aris claimed that he "donated" because "he couldn't reach us". Shame on you for being such a dishonest person!!! If anyone reading this review recognizes these photos, please feel free to reach out. These items were special to us, in particular the Tom's men's shoes that my husband wore on our wedding day and for special anniversary dinners since we got married. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! I was quoted an estimate and then met Akram and her daughter. Scheduling an appointment was not difficult. During the initial fitting she asked questions about how much I wanted taken in on the skirt.
