I have a pair of jeans an aunt gave to me years ago that ripped on the backside area. I was holding on to them hoping to be able to get them fixed. I stopped by Apple Cleaners last week and thankfully they were able to take them in. They texted when my jeans were ready and I am grateful to say you get what you pay for. The rip is more than patched. You'll have to stare in an ungodly way to even see where the work was done and even then you would not know they weren't bought this way. I have been coming to Apple's cleaners for close to one and a half years and started when I used to live within the apartment complex. I like the customer service and it seems like the business is run by a husband and wife team. Overall a very good spot for dry cleaning. My only gripe with this shop and other dry cleaning businesses is that most owners will not display their pricing in the store for customers to view. I think transparency in pricing is very important in any business. Would you go purchase food, gas or other services without knowing what the prices are in advance? It just seems like the pricing is made up on the spot after reviewing the article of clothing. I brought in two winter jackets and a suit jacket and was billed over 50 dollars to have them dry cleaned. The two winter jackets were categorized as over-coats which is debatable but regardless, to dry clean both at 48 dollars is a bit of a head scratcher. I get inflation but come on! In contrast, I brought in three sweaters a couple years ago and the final bill was very reasonable. I really wish this business continued success and hope the dry cleaning owners will start displaying their pricing so that customers can be more informed and plan accordingly from a budget perspective. This will avoid the sticker shock and the wasted commute when they get the final bill and faced with the option of taking their clothes back and going somewhere else. Another update as I keep coming here. This place has become my staple for dry cleaners. It may not look like much on the outsides or the inside, but the service and the results are impeccable. I have never had cleaners as reliable and customer friendly as this place. It also does not hurt that they are located near the highways and the Costco, Fire department, etc. Getting here you have to take a U-turn if you are coming from 355 or from 270. It is located on the side going towards the highway exit. As soon as you see a gas station, it is there. The prices are regular - in some cases less than some competitors. I regularly get my pants, sweaters, sports coats, winter coats, cashmere sweaters dry cleaned. I do get my pants hemmed here as well, which have worked out really well and I do save a bit of money for the same quality of service as I do if I took the pants to a standalone tailor - which charges about 50% more per pair of pants. I really love how the service, the price, and location work out really well for me. I always feel welcomed here and the owners recognize me as I am sure they recognize a lot of their customers. I remembered telling them that I was getting married soon and in the following time that I visited, which was probably a month later, she brought up my wedding again. Luckily, this prompted me to think that I should dry clean the wedding dress before the big day as it was sitting in the closet for almost a year. It takes about 2 weeks for a wedding dress so do plan accordingly because I thought it would be as quick as pants or shirts. Just my misconception. Still worked out in the end since I left time before the big day. That brings me to another point: I trusted this place with such an important piece of clothing - a wedding dress. I was unsure at first, but no matter where I searched, I could not have found a more suitable place to take on the task. In the end, it came out perfectly. It was cleaned, it was white, and it was hung professionally to maintain its shape. I was extremely happy with how each and every time I have come here, I left happy with the results. I will be coming here for the foreseeable future and highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. read more

Apple Cleaners is AMAZING! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The owner Kee is such a beautiful individual inside and out. When you walk into her business she greets you with a big smile and a warm welcome, ALWAYS! I reached out to Kee's business bc I needed my bridesmaid dress altered within a short notice. I had mentioned that if she didn't have the time to make alterations to my dress, I asked if she could just safety pin me at least. Instead, she welcomed me to come in to see what she can do to help me, which I thought was so kind of her. This showed me that she was willing to take on a challenge and help in anyway possible, even with the short noticed I had. When I arrived, she welcomed me with a big smile, happiness and helpfulness! When I got my dress on, I thought I needed to get my dressed pulled in and hemmed, but with Kee's expertise, all she had to do was pull in my straps and it fixed my entire dress! She was also able to get my dress done a day before I needed to pick it up. She's super fast and efficient and I will surely come back again! I have to say, I am so thankful that she took me in at such a quick notice and helped get my dress altered just in time for the wedding. I've read rave reviews about this place on Yelp, so I decided to check it out. I had my down coat cleaned at another cleaners near my home over the summer, and to my horror, it ended up leaving my coat with an awful stench... like musty wet dog or somethng. I refused to take it back to the same place for another cleaning (since it was obviously not done right the first time), and I was crossing my fingers that the odor was not permanent. I decided to take it here and see if Kee could get the smell out. She said she'd try her best. That didn't inspire much confidence, especially because she charging me $20 to clean a coat that had previously only cost me a little more than $2.00 to clean (but you get what you pay for, right?). I appreciated her honesty, but it would have been nice had she warned me about the sticker shock, beforehand. Neverthelessss, Icoughed uo the cash and hoped for the best. A day later, I got the scare of my life when I realized that I'd left my red leather gloves in the pockets of my (white) coat when I dropped it off. I called Kee as soon as I realized it, and she reassured me that she had found them and removed them before cleaning the coat. When I received my coat a week later, the odor was gone, my coat was as white as fresh snow, and my gloves were safely attached to the dry cleaning bag. While I'm happy that this shop does take credit cards, my only other complaint is that they don't accept American Express. It's a bit inconvenient, especially for someone who rarely carries much, if any, cash. read more

I needed a curtain cleaned due some serious stains and it was a dry clean only garment. I actually went to Zips first and they could not clean the item since they do the clothes in batches. Thankfully I found Apple Cleaners. I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in. I explained my curtain ordeal and the women said no problem, we can do it. After reading the rave reviews on Yelp, I came to Apple Cleaners on a Friday morning in the hopes that I could have a skirt taken in before COB Saturday. The lovely owner was friendly and sweet as she pinned the skirt, and took my phone number to text me when my skirt would be ready for pickup. I was able to come get it Saturday in time to wear to an event Sunday. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service! The walls are covered with postcards from happy clients that seem to have become friends -- a true testament to the great work that Apple Cleaners is doing.
