She was able to help me with the alteration and told her when I needed it by, very accommodating. I have taken my clothes to apple Cleaners since last 2 years when I moved to Gaithersburg. They might be a little pricey but great customer services and work is always great. My husband is really picky about his suits dry cleaning and now he swears by this place. I would highly suggest this place. Absolutely happy with the service. I brought in two canada goose jackets and I asked if they would be OK with handling the fur. They asked to allow a week to make sure they were delicate and thorough with the material. I was very impressed when we got our jackets back- very clean, smelled good and the fur looked much brighter and fluffy! The price for each garment was only $45 and I was honestly expecting it to be more. I will continue to come back here for any other dry cleaning services. read more

Being that I'm a business owner I was blown away by how far she goes to provide a great service to her clients. Every time I walk into the place Kee has a smile on her face. Greets me with love and care. Also regarding the quality of the service. They do a great job with my clothes. She tailored several suits for me and I'm very happy with the results. Apple Cleaners is a great accomplice, deftly destroying all of the evidence and returning spotlessly clean, sharply pressed shirts. Apple's customer service is fantastic, as well! The cleaners used to be next to Dunkin Doughnuts on Mont Village Ave. Owners are nice and seems to be appreciative on your business. I had a couple of Calvin Klein dresses to be cleaned they did a great job. Will consider a future visit. My experiences at Apple Cleaners were always great! The seamstress is very kind and is amazing at alterations. I brought my prom dress to her store to get it altered and the result was perfect and very satisfactory. Ever since then, if I had something that needed to get altered I brought it to her. I highly recommend this cleaners. Also, this cleaners is connected to the Exxon gas station on Montgomery Village Ave so it was confusing to find at first. I needed a bridesmaid dress tailored on very short notice and they were able to complete the job with no problems. A friend went to pick up the dress for me and the sash that was with the dress was left behind. I went to Apple Cleaners based solely off of yelp reviews and I am so incredibly happy I tried them. I gave them a shirt and one sweater I lost all hope in ever wearing again as I wrecked them in the wash machine I thought it a goner for sure. So I figured why not try. I had already convinced myself that I'd be throwing them away. All of that to say ... I was shocked to see how the two items looked good as new. I mean sellable, for profit - good!!! I went there to get my laundry done and folded by the pound because our machine was broken. in the past when ive gone to cleaners theyve handled my clothes with care and would use their judgement when it came to cold wash or warms, colors and whites. However, when I picked up my laundry from Apple cleaners after it was done, it seems like the just dumped everything in the same load with zero care because almost everything had shrunk and some iteams of clothing were completely ruined. a latex iteam of clothing got mixed in somehow by accident on my part- but instead of apple cleaners seperating it and using judgement like "hey, maybe i shouldnt put this in the heated drier" they just threw it in the drier I guess. it was compeltly crumpled in ruined when i got it back (they still folded the ruined clothing iteam like nothing was wrong). I spent close to 180 dollars, and maybe hoped they would hamdle my clothes with more care. read more
