I was not advised, just charged- when I challenged over email response was curt and said they weren't charging me for uninstall reinstall (despite the fact the new staff missed the hem failure- never mind cleaning undid the hem). 3 days ago I get a $350 charge for taking down and reinstalling drapes- for their mistake, written language saying I would not be charged, no advance warning of charge. No response to my email. In addition, the hem is not good- drapes are now dragging on the floor and shrinkage of wool fabric has caused this weird pinching on the bottom. The only bright spot was the guy who installed and took down the drapes. He is a superstar, but set to retire.... so I would expect further decline in customer satisfaction. Fast forward I took said comforter out of its packing December 2018. Fluffed it up, placed it on the bed. It looked great, fluffed up fine, no smell. *I've had leather gloves cleaned several times. However when Prestige had Epic Fail They corrected it Immediately. *Winter Down Jacket: In 2016 I brought my heavy down jacket in To be washed professionally,(too heavy for home wash), not the first time for Prestige cleaning jacket. Here's where the Above & Beyond comes in. I dropped 8 of my husband's shirts on Tuesday for a Friday pick-up by 5:00pm. He was flying out Saturday at 5:00am for his company's big 6-day annual conference - his most important work trip of the year. WELL, Friday comes around, and we got snow, meaning many businesses in the area were closed... including Super Cleaners. *Enter utter panic*. I texted the Super Cleaners number, asking if there's any way we could collect the shirts and explain the situation - thinking it's more than a long shot. To my surprise, the owner responds not to worry - he'll make it happen. *Enter a flood of relief.* He had to drive to the plant to get half the order, and to the store to get the other half, AND dropped it all off AT our house - we didn't even have to drive to the store.
