She actually asked me if I was pregnant when I went to pay for my alteration (hemming pant/jeans leg, so there was no logical reason for this question). Excuse me? Only a very ill mannered or ignorant person would ask a customer this question when it wasn't relevant for the alteration requested. I laughed it off and joked about it a little because she'd already taken my garment and I wanted to leave as expediently as possible. And there's a huge difference between friendly banter and lack of social/conversational skills. I suggest that she learn to educate herself on the latter. There was really no excuse for this behavior. And incidentally, Suzy is neither "modelesque" nor thin, so who is she to judge on anyone's appearance? 3. I picked up my jeans (alteration/hemming service) on 10/11/22. They were 2.5" too long post hemming! I called and spoke with the manager (Suzy), who instructed me to bring the jeans back. I informed her that I would have to wait until 10/15/22. I brought my jeans back on 10/15/22, put them on again for pinning, only for Suzy to ask me if they were the same jeans.
