I…read morereceived an ad which I will display at the end of this message about a thing they're doing where you answer some questions share the page with 20 of your friends and you will receive $100 worth of coupons. I did exactly what they told me to do and then I tried contacting them because the due date was coming up in 2 days however nobody called me back or sent me an email or a text or nothing. So finally I got through to somebody when I called headquarters and they told me that they had no clue what I was talking about they have no record of any kind of ad/sale going on. So thankfully for me I usually screenshot everything whether I need it or not you never freaking know well this time I actually needed it so what do I do I post it and I sent it and then all the sudden they remember what I'm talking about however because I was two days late that my admittance didn't apply however not only did I explain to them about how they never returned any of my messages and all I could stuff that's when they said that they will give me 20% off of my next purchase bed bath & body works or whatever the f*** that name is called excuse my language. No matter what I did to try and explain my situation they would always put me on hold and put me through to another associate and I swear to you I talk to eight different associates within a half an hour and I finally was pissed off and off or I pulled the Karen and said I want to talk to your manager LOL this is so not like me to do something like this I am very quiet person I have social anxiety as it is so the last thing you would ever catch me doing is bitching out somebody who's lying to me at and from a business. However I'm getting sick of being taken advantage of and that's exactly what they were doing so they said they would give me a 20% off discount for my next purchase at their local store now the only problem with that is, is that first of all I'm not accepting 20% off that's just not happening second of all I am disabled I can't be driving around in my car going to their stores just to get a lousy 20 freaking percent off I mean what a slap in the face. I mean what a flipping slap in the face it was for them to tell me even after I told him I was disabled they told me again that they'll give me 20% off if I were to go to their store. Now that's not going to happen whatsoever and even though that this whole thing wasn't a scam like all my friends said it was I literally lost some of my friends on Facebook because I sent them this like it asked me to so now my niece isn't talking to me on Facebook because last time she accepted something like this she had a virus and then three more of my friends basically told me if I'm going to be sending scam not to even bother talking to them now my friends are my life and to know I lost a few over this stupid stupid store is mind-boggling and they f****** owe me I don't care what they say they owe me they lied to me therefore they need to pay the hell up. I'm a good girl I'm very nice and very well mannered I respect my elders I open doors for people I do everything right in this world but when you lie to me it would probably be smart for you to move to another state. Liars cheaters and thieves are my worst enemies and if I could bust them all I would do it in a heartbeat but until then I will be like an action woman and do it one by one one save at a time LOL however now it's time for the revealing picture she called me a liar well honey here's your freaking proof that I'm not lying to you and don't you ever ever think you can get one over on me because I'm disabled cuz woman I don't care what state you live in I will come to your damn store and show everybody what you did and you will get fired so quick and I also told her that I know a lot of people who have phones and I will make a Yelp review from every single cell phone that I know of and I'm not kidding she's got me that flipping mad. Anyway I hope you all have a great week and here is your picture actually proof that I'm not lying LOL

I moved to NW Ohio in 2018. Shortly after, I called the Appliance Center and their technician came…read moreand changed the compressor on my fridge. I was happy with that service. In 2021, I remodeled my kitchen and bought my kitchen from their Maumee location. This time, they kept changing delivery dates and caused long delays in my project. I was mad but tried to be understanding given the pandemic. In 2025, the touch panel of the microwave oven they had sold me stopped working. I called them and explained the problem. They sent out a technician whose diagnosis after two minutes was (and I quote directly) "Touch panel failure". Duh! He then spent about 10 minutes on his computer and told us the part was not showing available and that we had to get a new unit. He did not take the microwave oven out of the cabinet, did not check whether the power was plugged in, did not open the back plate and look inside. He did nothing but try to use the touch panel. They he charged us $128.22 and left. Since I was busy at the time and had the old microwave that I could use temporarily, I postponed fixing the issue. Last week, I removed the microwave from the cabinet, opened the backplate and (after reviewing the user manual and watching a bunch of DYI videos on YouTube) figured that the internal fuse was blown. So I called GE parts hotline and ordered a new fused directly from the brand. After replacing the blown fuse, the touch panel lit up and the microwave oven started working. What bothered me was the fact that the technician had no interest in finding the cause of the touch panel failure and moved too quickly to advising us to order a new oven through them. Having fixed the problem myself, I called them up and asked to speak to the service department manager. I tried to explain everything chronologically but the manager was impatient, cut me off multiple times, and defended the technician's actions. He basically shut me down. I called a second time yesterday, hoping to talk to someone who cares about the Appliance Center's image, like the owners of the business. I was again routed to the service department manager, who repeated his earlier response. Not only the technician didn't do their job right for the price we were charged, but the manager was indifferent and uninterested in the experience that I, as a loyal customer, was trying to share with them. They lost me as a customer forever. I hope those reading my review will exercise caution when calling the Appliance Center for repair services.
