Jered Seely's expertise in both hardscape and landscape designs is exceptional. He incorporated our preferences into a workable plan with an attractive result. We especially appreciated Jered's utilization of a computer program that allowed us to view how proposed plantings of trees, shrubs, and perennials would look when placed along the front of our house. The quality of the crew responsible for executing the designs was likewise exceptional. They were hardworking, courteous, respectful, and professional. Special kudos to Tyler and J-rod! A broken wrist stopped me from planting in Spring and early Summer, but I sallied forth today with a list of nearby nurseries. Seely's was first on my list, and I didn't need to go farther. They have an impressive selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, and leafy perennials. Their Hosta selection is the largest I've ever seen. At a guess I'd say they have at least 100 different varieties. It's incredible! The Seely's employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Julie hauled my cart all through the many plants, giving me advice on what plants would work with my East and West-facing planting areas. When I found one of my favorite plants looking a bit scraggly late in the season, she pruned the leggy parts off and left the beautifully formed inner stems and leaves for me. She was patient as I back-tracked to revisit plants I was interested in. Then she helped me load all my plants and a couple bags of Sweet Peat mulch/soil enhancer into the back of my Outback. I will definitely return to Seely's as I fill out my garden areas in the coming years. And I'll definitely watch for Julie when I do. This nursery doesn't look like much from the road, but it is truly a hidden gem! Check it out the next time you have landscaping and gardening needs!

Every time we have contacted this business, the customer service is extremely poor. The business is…read morelacking in professionalism, and overall care for the customer and their safety. We purchased a mower, with a full warranty, and have had multiple issues with it. The first time, after charging us a hefty fee for transportation, the mower was "fixed" but returned to us in poorer condition than when it went into the shop. The blades were not sharpened, even though we paid for this, and there were multiple random bolts in the cup holder as well as pieces falling from the undercarriage, presumably due to these bolts not put back onto the mower. While the mower did work, it did not work at full capacity as it should have, and did when it was first purchased. Today, the mower begun smoking & nearly caught fire, and is throwing a TON of codes. We called the business to ask to have it serviced/fixed, and were told that the transportation fee is now 2.5x the hefty fee that it was previously. When asking why this charge increased so drastically since our service 3 months prior, we were told that there was not an increase & that we needed to speak with the owner if we had a problem with the cost. We referenced our previous invoice, as well the copy on their end, to no avail. After waiting to speak with the owner, he was extremely belligerent about not wanting to pick up the mower for free, which we never asked for, and that he did not even want to service our mower there at all, but if we wanted it done the transportation would be at this drastically high price, for both there and back. Our biggest issue was nearly catching on fire, which the owner failed to even care about or address, and as we have been told during each call to this business, they do not want to do service, even though they sold us the equipment with a full service warranty. We now feel uncomfortable even taking the equipment to this location, as we are worried that it will be fixed incorrectly again resulting in potential injury/fires. I am unsure how to go about this issue, as our warranty that we paid for when purchasing the mower has now essentially been voided, and we will need to search elsewhere for a mechanic to help us with this immense safety hazard. I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this business. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

Looked at larger commercial mower bc current mower keeps having issues. Was willing to drop the 3k on 30" commercial mower but wanted to trade in smaller mower. Sonny said that we were never told we bought a commercial mower. He (owner) basically called us liars. No reason to lie. As he wasn't sales person, he has no idea what we were told. Sonny (owner) was rude and unprofessional. I then shared we Just dropped 25k out east on 2 big mowers and then told to go there. He was obviously upset we spent that kind of $ elsewhere but this is exactly why. Every issue we've had over the last 4 years, treatment has been hot and cold. Absolutely no way should customers be treated this way.
