Amazing food and service! If you want authentic Filipino cuisine, this is the place. Ingredients are fresh from spices, to proteins and vegetables. The portions are generous and Gracie is super nice! Put this on your "Must try" list, come by and enjoy the food!

Sometimes, when you have been craving something for a while, the memories of the dish is better than the dish itself. We lived in the Philippines over 20 years ago.... and lately have had a hankering for some of that Filipino food. Finding Gracie's Cuisine, and reading the reviews brought us on a long drive this Sunday morning. The anticipation on the drive also whetted our appetites. And having to wait 20 minutes for the food didn't help matters. But the 20 minutes ensured that every dish was cooked fresh, and it made all the difference. We have had better garlic fried rice, but the rice served as the accompanyment with which to taste the great dishes that were the main event. The pork binagoongan was perfect. Not too salty, the umami complexity of bagoong that flavored this dish stood out. That was perfectly balanced with the sweet acidity of the coconut vinegar. The okra and eggplant was perfectly done - still crispy and cooked through. The pieces of pork were deep fried before being cooked into the dish, and this difference was why they called "our special version". The other dish I have been craving for is the Filipino version of the deep fried pork hock - Crispy Pata. Gracies is perfect!! The skin and exposed parts were crunchy and crispy, and cutting into the leg emitted a cloud of steam and the wonderous aroma of pork. So simple, and yet so difficult to get right. And this is about as good as it gets. I could have done with a little more pickles and fresh cucumber slices, but the main event was simply the best. The third dish wasn't even on the menu. When Gracie came to take our order, we described a dish made with banana blossoms that we used to eat back in the Philippines. Gracie thought for a bit, and said yes! I can make that for you. I have the ingredients. When it came out, it was perfect! Sweet, sour and savory, with just a tiny hint of bitterness. Perfect!! That was paksiw na pata. Just 3 dishes for 2 of us, but enough leftovers for at least another few meals.... and plenty more dishes to try. Will definitely be making another road trip there soon for perfect Pinoy food.

I wish that Gracie's wasn't so expensive so that I could support them, but $26 for sinigang is just too much to bear. We came here before the pandemic and the food was great. In many respects it still is. Very good halo halo. The lumpiang Shanghai is better than most restaurants. The sinigang was a good helping, but probably just enough for two people. And although perfectly sour, the meat tasted a bit off. Like it was on its last leg. At the front counter there is a plaque with the headline of a news article about the store. I looked it up while we were waiting. It talks about how they've fallen on financial hard times as a result of the pandemic. There's another sign that says rice is no longer included in meals and you have to pay extra for it. The floors are sticky, there was only a single diner eating in, and it seems like the store is not well taken care of. The people who work here are nice. I feel bad that they've had such a rough go of it lately. But $26 for a single entree with no sides is S T E E P. I'd probably come back just for the halo halo. Otherwise, this is out of my price range.

A sincere shout out to Gracie's Cuisine in Everett is long overdue! (6/25/20) Gracie herself is a hard working dynamo, phenomenal cook and caterer, always with a smile. Definitely she cooks with a lot of love, dedication, and sense of community. I'm pretty adept at cooking Filipino cuisine at home. I Iove getting together with family to cook various favorites and celebrating. But sometimes, one has a craving where Gracie's Cuisine hits the spot! Delicious, generous sized apps, entrees, and desserts to choose from. The quality has always remained consistent. My favorites include dinuguan, kare kare, tortang talong with steamed rice. Just writing this review is making me hungry. So when you're in the northend, stop by for a no frills feast. #ThankyouThursday

    Pancit trio Bihon/Canton/Sotanghon

We had the lechon Kawali, pancit trio and garlic fried rice. It was all very good. However from the smaller portions to the credit card fee to the 20% gratuity added to every dine in check, it got a little pricey. If you're looking for some good authentic filipino food this is a good place.

update: attention! Gracie's is open for take-out and her food is prepared and served with all the care and love as before the pandemic. quick heads up: Gracie is not accepting credit cards right now, so be prepared to pay with cash. ------------------------------------------------------------------ i LOVE friendly and welcoming Gracie. i LOVE her food. if you like meat, and PORK, you will LOVE Gracie's. most of the menu items are prepared-to-order, so the wait may be longer than we are used to, but it will be worth it. there is not one thing i did not like at Gracie's. this is amazing when you consider i know nothing at all about filippino cusine except for pancit, adobo chicken, and balut. first things first: always, always order the garlic fried rice. it is yellow. it tastes like sausage and pork fat and there is GARLIC. no apologies for the amount of garlic, and i LOVE that. i order a large order to keep at home to have when i am in the mood for GARLIC. next, order any of the sizzling plates. they are served with a LOVEly fried egg and lots of meat: marinated beef, or pork or longanisa and, a fish choice. lechon kawali: deep fried pork belly platter. i LOVE this. lumpia shanghai: as expected. fresh and crisp. generous serving. pork sinigang: a little too sour for my taste. everyone else LOVES it and raves about it. generous serving. tortang talong: fried eggplant omelet. reminiscent of a relleno. if you like eggplant, you will LOVE this. halo-halo: Gracie shaves the ice in-house. it is very, very good, filled with all kinds of goodies i have no idea what they are. pancit: as expected. not clumpy or mushy. there is an underlying flavor/seasoning i do not recognize, but it is delicious and very distinct. there is so much more to try on the menu. now, i am learning so much thanks to Gracie and her patience with me. it's worth the drive to everett from lynnwood for me when i am craving some homestyle comfort food. go there now. let's not lose Gracie's Cuisine.

A simple, delicious casual restaurant in a parking lot full of them. There's an amazing variety of very good restaurants in this little block of businesses, most serving stuff you can't get too many other places. Gracie is representing the Phillipines very, very well. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends. There's a TON of good food right around here. Power through it. It's worth it. It's a little strip mall, so you get lots of windows, comfortable basic chairs, and here you even get table service. You also get a steady stream of people grabbing to-go orders, too, plus I bet some delivery drivers. We dined in. We checked out the deep-fried pork belly, which would be very difficult to improve. It's pure simple pork deep-fried without picking up any grease; it's a rich plate so I would tend to order this for the table with a lot of other people eating. They brought out a bowl of beautiful white rice, and we ordered a plate of lumpia, which were amazing. The lumpia come out with sweet dipping sauce, and we asked for hot sauce, which showed up right away in a shallow dish. I got the breakfast sausage, which came out over garlic rice (bright yellow, beautiful), with a fried egg and some veg and cilantro. This was amazing, and my favorite part of the whole meal. The coffee was damn tasty as well. We ended up with more than two people could eat, so we brought home the pork and rices to mix up with Chinese sausage we have in the fridge and serve with dinner as fried rice. Prices here were very good, the service was super charming, and everything was right on point. Best of all, they mentioned that they can prepare a feast for large groups, so I've put on my social director hat to get friends together to come in and take over the joint one night this spring. I can't wait.

We purchased take out. It's the first time we are trying this Filipino restaurant. Our favorite was the Kare Kare, Pancit, and Lechon. We didn't care for the Pinakbet which was too oily, lumpia was so salty, and biko was lacking in taste.

The location of the restaurant, on your left when you turn on 7th.

We love this place! They have great chicken and rice, and you'll never leave there hungry. They are a family oriented place. You eat in a family style, sharing fashion. It's one of my favorite things about going there, because I love to go in with my family and share a little of everything between us. Like I mentioned in the beginning of this post, I recommend the garlic rice and the chicken adobo. It is fantastic! Now, it's not the biggest place, so seating is a bit limited. But they do have several tables, and you can dine in, which is what we usually do. They're kinda tucked in, up off the street in a shopping center behind the taco place and the 7-11 on Everett Mall Way and 7th. Go give them a try!

Pork bbq on a stick. Cooked to perfection without a lot of fat.

The place is located on the corner in a shopping center where there's a plethora of different types of food! Gracies has tables set up outside too! We had the breakfast platter with longanisa. It was delicious; garlic fried rice, 2 sunny side eggs and 3 longanisa. Yummy in your tummy! The egg was runny when poked and dripped on top of the garlic fried rice which was delicious!! We also had the bbq pork sticks, boba drink, and halo halo. We ordered the beef caldereta to go for dinner. It was also delicious! Bathroom was clean and fully stocked. I will be coming back. They were all helpful and made the ordering easy. I wish they were closer to Bellevue.

    Tocilog and Oxtail Kare Kare
    Jona R.

Was craving kare kare and this was the closest place to get some. $24 seemed steep but hopeful that it would be worth the serving size, craving and price. Only got 1.5 pieces of oxtail and some veggies. Rice was not included and is $4 extra. Flavor was okay, nothing to come back for. Extra shrimp paste was also $2. A little let down as I heard this was their specialty. Tocilog price and portion was fair. This was our first time ever trying this place out and probably won't return, simply because of the service/atmosphere. A young man, presumed to be the owner's son, was rude, loud and uncomfortable to be around. Ask a simple question and get attitude in exchange. We were the only ones in the restaurant yet he acted like it was a full house. Provided feedback to the owner, whose only answer was "that's just how my son is". She apologized but I reiterated that he shouldn't work in the service industry if he is "normally" that way because he is the sole reason why we would not return. Also, they charge 20% on top of your bill for dine in, which is awful in our case because the service was lacking. 2 small meals totaled to $60. They also don't take card but accept venmo, zelle or cash. I hope your business can take this review seriously.
