The vegan version of traditional lumpia was also delicious (we love the sweet & spicy chili sauce), and the vegan pancit was great too. And vegan dessert lumpia! Banana with ube coconut dipping sauce. The folks working there were also super nice and got us a side of spicy chili crisp for the pancit. I hope to have their food again sometime! The food truck is outside the brewery, and seems great for the summer, but we went in December so brought our food inside Beach Cat, which was a great place to hang out and have tasty beer.

Service was friendly and you can watch food being prepared. It is a little awkward to walk thru the food prep area to go to the bathroom, but I guess that can't be helped. Don't forget to get the code. I was super excited to try the Vegan "beef tip" adobo. I love adobo and this is my first time having a vegan beef version. It was served with lumpia and Brussel sprouts. I found it to be very unique and would get it again on another visit. The Brussel Sprouts were sweeter than I was anticipating. My partner loved his pork belly dish. There were lots of interesting Ube drinks and desserts, but we did not manage to try any this visit, but it does give us a reason to stop by next time. If I was closer I would certainly make it my intention to visit during happy hour. I am also curious about the Butternut Squash Curry which looked appetizing when served to the people next to us. Red curry is a simple dish and that nice texture of coconut milk adds a rich comfort to a simple a delicious dish. When the coconut milk separates and achieves that watery consistency, it loses everything. The good news is that it's easy to detect, because a flavorless red curry with a texture barely up to the consistency of water, it's absolutely disgusting. Yes, I called and let the business know. Yes, they offered to remake it. No, I didn't accept, that's not good enough. Takeout means the need to monitor the food at the moment it goes out. It's impossible to dish up a watery red curry and not know. Not doing so simply means someone didn't care. I also don't care now. I don't care to support a business that doesn't support me. I'm not going to drive back to the store to fix two mistakes, one not cooking the dish right and two, going ahead and dishing it up so my dinner is ruined. You didn't just ruin a dish, you ruined a relationship, lost a customer. Gone. Because somebody made a choice and now I have also. Disappointing.
