Haven't had their food but stopped by to grab drinks for the drive home. We got the sago gulaman and a can of calamansi juice. The sago gulaman had a generous serving of 3 types of toppings. Sago, which is like filipino boba pearls, and 2 jellies. For $5 wish it was a larger size so there could be more syrup juice. Drink was good but sad experience with the scarce syrup they gave. Service was good and fast. They have a covered outdoor patio so you can sit down and enjoy your food.

    Oily sisig with undercooked rice

This was disappointing because I was really excited to try this place. I ordered the lechon kawali with rice as well as the sisig with fried egg over rice. The best thing between these two orders was probably the egg. The rice was severely undercooked. It's hard and almost transparent. Everything was also very oily, the whole container was soaked with oil.

Wanted a little snack before heading home, so I was glad they had lumpias, because I love egg rolls and lumpias. Not my kind of dipping sauce, and I didn't need it, because I really enjoyed the lumpia as is. They cut it into smaller pieces, making it easier to eat. It was crispy and meaty; I really enjoyed it. And had a Red Horse Beer to wash it down. The man who took our order was very friendly; great service.

Tasty spot for some Filipino street food at the Seattle Premium Outlets. The spicy pork adobo was full of flavor with generous portions. Counter service with some outside seating (you can also grab a seat at the food court)

    Just skin and trotter meat
    Trang N.

Paid 22 bucks for crispy pork plate. All I got is a huge bone with little meat and too much skin. The meat I got was mostly trotter meat which dark, fatty and too salty for my palate. The best part of the meat that I got was the fibrous part of the meniscus. The skin was crunchy but not crispy as you can see from the photos, it was the skin without the crispy bubbles. The slaw was lacking in flavor. It was missing the acidity and tang of proper pickling. The sauce that came with the plate was something to change the saltiness of the meat but did not save the dish for me. It was a vinegar soy sauce with garlic. Also came with sriracha. Sadly, I usually always give food places a second chance to change my mind but this is the rare negative review that I will post. I know it's a family run business and I hope they succeed. I just wish my experience was different. Completely different. I would specifically ask for the pork belly that is featured in the window.

Fish balls! . I wanted Bae to try the street food I used to get when I was back home. It was plump, big and delicious. I make this at home but nothing compare since the one you get at the store doesn't stay plump like this do and the sauce was delish . This brings back childhood memories. Love it! Service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend. They have tiger stuff but we just ate. Until next time!!! The Ambience was very relax.

This Filipino street food stall was a nice surprise to find at this outlet mall! I simply tried the fish balls and kwek-kwek which are classic Filipino street food dishes and they were great!

All oil and greasy and the sauce was trash as well

Food was flavorless and my lumpia tasted like burnt oil. No meat inside and just a waste of money

Hungry after all that Seattle Premium Outlet shopping? Well, you shouldn't settle for just any 'ol food court menu. I mean, you did just treat yourself to some pretty nice high end stores so why not continue the journey and feed your self some high end food. Lasa Street Food is the answer to your question of where. Located kitty corner to the Nike store, don't let its name dissuade you. Their menu might be based on the street food in the Philippines, but have you had the street food in the Philippines?!?! It's just the cheaper version of what's in the five star restaurants and most times much better. Lasa Street Food provides your taste buds with the food fare good enough for a Christmas Dinner Spread. They're the one restaurant who took over the once Starbucks kiosk who's lasted as long as they have. It's because they're that good. As always, you're greeted with the Filipino hospitality & respect. As for the food, although received in to go boxes, the dishes are well presented and in good portions. Choose just two entrees, an appetizer and you've got a complete meal for four. Add one of their dessert drinks and you'll be refreshed and sweetly satisfied at the same time. And the flavor of EVERYTHING is delicious! The only thing I'd change is their outdoor seating. It's great for when we have good weather, but when we have our Washington weather, it's more comfortable to take your order home. I'd love for them to have those undercover heaters and maybe a curtain to shield from the wind. But this won't keep us from the yummy food. They have another restaurant in Lynnwood called Lasa Sandwiches. Same great taste, but just delivered in a different ingenious way with a completely different menu. You've gotta try both because there's just no comparison.

$20.00 Dish. Fried bone and knuckle along with hard and dried pieces of meat, no skin/fat.

Very disappointed! Ordered $20.00 crispy pata plate and received a few chopped up dried refried pieces of pork meat - not even edible, (no fat/skin!) and a fried piece of bone and knuckle! Tried calling the restaurant and the other location in Everett and no one cared to answer. Bad way of repurposing a $20.00 dish. There were too many flies and wasps in the dining area so we went home to eat. That's when I opened the lid and discovered this plated disappointment!

They should prolly stop using this

We've tried Lasa at least 3 times since they opened. I'm still trying to figure out what they serve that people rave about. I've had the crispy pata, lechon kawali, sisig and fish balls. Anything that's fried tastes like it's be reheated a few times. You can tell because the meat is dry and they display crispy pata and pieces of meat on the window already cooked. The staff are friendly and engaging which I truly appreciate. Maybe I'll give it another visit and try the lugaw this time.

Our office gets a list of the weekly offerings on Monday, so when I heard that later in the week there would be Salu-Salo Filipino Kitchen, bringing Filipino food, I most definitely made lunch plans. I was coming in from a meeting in Fremont, so didn't go to the pop-up/Salu-Salo Filipino Kitchen as soon as it started service (around 11am). With that said, I nearly missed out on the chicken adobo! I took the last of the chicken adobo an hour and a half after the lunch service started, so was counting my blessings! I ordered the lunch plate, which came with chicken adobo, pancit, rice and pickled veggies. My lunch plate was solid. Chicken adobo was tender and really, really liked how vinegar-y the flavor was, which, any Filipino would tell you that all food tastes better with vinegar! Pancit wasn't bad, but not the best. Some of the noodles were on the dry side, but I did like the cabbage and green onion throughout. Pickled veggies were a nice addition, adding more sour flavor to the overall entree. For someone who hardly ever has Filipino food and desperately misses mom's cooking, I was just happy to have Salu-Salo bring some adobo to the area. I would definitely recommend checking out Salu-Salo if you ever see their stand around. They don't update their social media channels, unfortunately, so is a little difficult to find where their stand will be. And when I asked if they participate in any markets, they do not. But the owners did mention that they visit downtown Seattle often at other office buildings around. Therefore, I have a feeling I'll be seeing them soon and getting my Filipino cuisine on. (Plus, bonus points for the owner being from the Bicol region of the Philippines, which is where my mom's side is from. Love that!)

Salu-Salo offers a wide variety of dishes with unique flavor profiles. With some of the dishes, I can't compare them to anything I have ever tried before. For example, my favorite dish on the menu is the Laing Express, which is made with coconut milk, taro leaves, topped with a delicious crispy piece of pork belly. With a topping of pork belly, how could anything go wrong? This dish has an amazing earthy flavor, with a bit of a kick to it. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. How often to you get to eat purple desserts? Ube cake gets its color from purple yams! Salu-Salo's ube coconut topped ube cheesecake balls are not just adorable, they are addicting. Not overwhelmingly sweet, and perfect for sharing, these are a treat. For those with dietary restrictions, Salu-Salo is a great option because there are plenty choices. As someone who is gluten free, all of the main dishes are fair game. This is often very rare when dining out for me!! Here's to Salu-Salo for exposing Seattleites to what Filipino food is all about. Rosario's cuisine feels like a healthy take on comfort food. Each dish bursting with flavor, yet still accessible to all ages. The idea behind comfort food is all about the thought that goes into the prep. After tasting Salu-Salo's food, I promise you can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation of each dish. I am looking forward to this becoming a Seattle institution, and hope it inspires more Filipino cuisine to start popping up in the PNW.
