10/10 recommend the owner of this business Julita is sooo friendly and the food she makes is sooo amazing! My family and I are here visiting and back home there isn't much Chamorro food unless we have a family gathering so coming here and eating this amazing woman's food that she makes all by herself reminds me of being at my grandma's with the whole family. The shrimp patties, lumpia, and empanadas were to dieeeee for! The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection! The kelaguen and cucumber fina'dene was the perfect combo! And you can't everrrr have a Chamorro plate without the red rice and potato salad which was also superrrr good! If you're ever in the area I highly recommend trying everything bc it was so delicious. Also wanna note that she makes fiesta Chamorro food not no fusion haole place so you know it's authentic and delicious!

More like 3.5 stars but I'll give it 4 bc the lady behind the counter was so nice. I was excited to try this place based on the high reviews and bc I never tried Guam food. Tucked in a mall food court, this stand certainly stands out from the typical food court stand. We ordered a fiesta plate and a bbq rib plate. Overall the food was pretty good - the sides definitely stand out as more flavorful and unique. I really liked the rice. The actual meat however was bland and really tough. The ribs were so dry; chicken definitely more juicy. And the meat was so light- definitely needed some sauce for flavoring. And I'm someone who does NOT like too much seasoning. Overall this is a cool place to try Guam food but I'm not sure I would come back. Sadly just lackluster for me.

Everytime I wanted to try Guam Grub it's been closed the times I went but today was the day that I finally got to try it out! Located in the food court of Everett Mall, so it's pretty lowkey but you won't regret coming at all!! The lady who took my order was super nice and her service was great! She had multiple customers and it looked like she was working alone but she was calm and collected and made sure all her customers were taken cared of! First time here so the menu was a little confusing to me but I decided to try the Fiesta Plate, which came with a little of everything from the menu. You get two scoop of red rice and a scoop of potato salad to eat with all the proteins that you get, my favorite was their chicken thigh! It was well marinated, juicy and had a little nice charred from the grill. It also came with a spicy soy sauce/vinegar sauce to dip your protein with, and also a side of pickled cucumber which had a nice acidity that works well with the salty protein! I also ordered their Turon(banana lumpia) those were crispy, sweet and delicious! Overall, I'm defiantly coming back next time and even thinking catering from them in the future too!

I am not sure, but I have never had food from Guam, but I will tell you, go try it. Do not look at the prices and think, oh my. The servings are more than two can eat, and that brings the pricing in line with other restaurants. It is located in the Everett Mall. This is a family run restaurants and for some reason, it makes the food taste that much better. We had a fiesta plate which included rice, lumpia, chicken crab cake, beef ribs and cucumber salad along with dipping sauces. I cucumber salad is marinated in a light vinegar sauce that has just enough bite to add flavor. The cucumber salad marinate sauce also doubles as a dipping sauce. There are many items to try and I think the Fiesta plate allows you to experience most of them. The service is very friendly and efficient, just the way I like it. It is definitely a place to try because it is different and very tasty and not so different that one might shy away from trying everything on the menu.

Food is delicious, flavors takes me back home. The rice took me by surprise, I thought I'm not gonna like it but surprisingly delicious. The ribs well marinated and cooked well. And the salad and sides are good, too. Can't wait to try the rest of the food on their menu. Service is amazing.

Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and were happy to answer any questions customers had. Food was good. The chicken and ribs have great flavor. The sides that come with the plates were pretty good too. They have a handful of other things on their menu other than the plates but they sell out pretty quickly including weekdays so it's best to come when they first open (11am). I'm planning to come back to try the other sides I didn't get to try as well as the desserts. I'll post an update when I do. It's located inside the Everett mall food court. It's definitely better than typical food court food but you will get the same quick service convenience. Pricing is reasonable too. The portions are a good size and they give you lots of sides. If you're at the mall or in the area, I recommend trying this place out.

    Guam plate....yuuuuuuum!

Great island hospitality, comfort food for the soul and that you won't forget and a sense of community like you are familia. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

If you're missing the flavors of Guam, THIS is the place to satisfy your cravings. Guam Grub serves everything I've been missing about food from home. The menu is perfect. Not overwhelming, straight to the point. We got the "Fiesta Plate" which had red rice, bbq ribs & chicken, pancit, shrimp patty and wonderful (just the right amount) sides of potato salad & chicken kelaguen just to name a few. We also got the ultimate "omg I miss eating Chamorro food so bad" empanadas! YES, those empanadas. Their customer service was also amazing. The wonderful face behind it all greeted us with open arms and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you, Guam Grub for bringing a taste of home to Washington!

Neni Plate (kids plate): chicken, lumpia, red rice, pancit. So good!!!

We tried Guam Grub not long after they opened. We've never had Guamian food and we were not disappointed! We ordered a little bit of everything to share. The chicken was flavorful. The sides of red rice and pancit perfectly complemented the main dish. The ribs were tender and well seasoned. Our order also included some shrimp & veggie "fritters" which were amazing. The staff was super friendly and gave us generous portions. I love that this is a family-owned small business and not a big chain. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some of the foods that they had run out of.

Great Chamorro grub. Just like being at a fiesta back on the island. They have a great selection of the classics you long to go back for.

That was totally not the case, so we had the inside to ourselves until about an hour later when seats started to fill up. Big reason why they were so full with eye-popping wait times back then? Not many seats for 2-4 people, and about 10 seats at the bar, all in a cramped yet oddly cozy interior. Their menu has changed mostly in naming from the last time I was here back in 2024, but everything I've had here thus far has still remained. One of those dishes is their kewpie burger with truffle fries, which they added a "da kids" prefix at the beginning which made me think that it was a kid's meal. If anything, the size of the kewpie burger and fries is rather small even when you add another patty onto it for extra. The burger is essentially a smash burger but it's so tasty that you forget it's a kid's size meal! The extra truffle taste on the fries makes it all the better too. Better yet, we all got this too, though only one of us opted for a single patty instead. It's not a complete 5-star experience because of the relatively hefty pricing overall for pretty much everything on their menu. My friends were ecstatic to finally try here after wanting to for so long and they too were very happy with the quality of our kewpie burgers. I can see why people still come here after so long, and we'd be back for their other stuff!

In long I've had a bunch of taquerias bookmarked or committed to memory for a while, and one way or another, this past week has turned out to be the tour of tacos in the area. I'd go back to all of them--every single one--and this one might be the best and most interesting. I just got tacos and a tamal, so I don't know that I could say toooo much about the difference between Mexican and Guatemalan food. This place is Guatemalan, but the stuff I had tasted familiar after 1,000 Mexican meals in my life. You have to go around to the street west of 99 to get in here. There's a little flat driveway paved with rocks leading into a flat, rocky-ish parking lot. Couple trailers, a shed, a school bus, and a food truck. There's some lawn furniture here and there. Today there was even a pleather recliner. This all has a vibe like people are coming over and we're all gonna enjoy seeing friends and family even if the setting is modest. I tried to use a little Spanish to order and the sweet lady punching it in just spoke English back. I clearly don't have the fluency I did years ago...lol I got 2 adobada tacos and a pork tamal, and headed back to my truck with my Jarritos for a late lunch. Today's the first day this year it has touched 70F outside, and with the windows down, it was a good truck-dining day. The tacos were molten off the plancha, and I could touch them but not hold them for the first couple minutes, so I munched on grilled onions and a fiery serrano while they cooled. I dug into the tamal as well. The pork tamal has bones in it--they clearly roast the whole thing and let that marrow enrich the tamal filling. Delicious. They wrap it in banana leaves and then thin tinfoil before they steam it. The masa got mushy 'cause I drenched it in salsa, but that's on me, and it was still spectacular. The tacos really shone through, too. Huge flavors on the pork, nice fresh onions and cilantro, and plenty of juice in the lime wedge. It's clear that everyone here loves serving good food that they would want to eat themselves. Best of all, I was out the door for 3 items plus a pop for $14. Not many places are running prices like those anymore.
