I love a place that gives a overestimated wait time and then we get seated even sooner! Service was great! I loved their blood orange spritz. I had the chilaquiles and my friend got the special of the day which was a Turkish eggs that had smoked salmon and my other friend got the fish tacos and everyone enjoyed their meals. I will say that the fish tacos seemed not a lot of food considering the price. In the summer the patio would be a great place to sit but we came on a overcast/chilly day!
I came here once before and the food was pretty good. I was shopping in napa with my mother and brought her here. We had fresh beet salad which was absolutely delicious. We both got the flat iron steak with eggs. Her eggs were scrambled and mine were poached medium. I have to say they do an excellent job with poaching your edges to request. However I asked for my steak to be medium rare and my mother asked for hers to be medium well. I knew there was gonna be an issue and sure enough, my steak was not medium rare. I would have sent it back except it tasted good so I decided not to make a fuss. We arrived about 15 minute to the end of brunch and the gentleman kindly allowed us to be seated. Our order was promptly taken and he was warm and welcoming. The woman, however who took our order was not so warm and welcoming. It was clear she was less than happy to have latter day diners. She wasn't rude, just flat. The restaurant was nice and they had the doors pulled up garage style. The weather was good so it definitley was warranted. Overall, I will return and come earlier in the day so as not to annoy anyone . Lol.
I hadn't been here in a while so we took my little sister to celebrate her birthday the other day. Such a great spot! I love that they open the side of restaurant on sunny days ano they have outdoor seating too. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service has always been great. We ordered the house cured salmon gravlax, kobe flat iron steak and eggs, toasted baguette w jam and chilaquiles. Can't wait to be back.
We came here before driving back home and it was so good! It was super busy but we were sat right away on a Sunday at around 1pm. The restaurant itself is pretty homey with a touch of industrial feel. They have a pretty interesting cocktail menu and of course wine but I was too tired from all the wine from the day before. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits but it could've used a touch more salt but the sausages were good! My husband wanted the Kobe burger, and he asked the waitress if he could have it with all the fixings that come on the club sandwich. She was so nice and figured out how to put it in the system for him lol. He said it was made really well and the meat was good quality, My favorite thing were the skillet cornbreads. I love the taste of the lavender and the butter. I could've devoured 4 of them by myself! Service was super friendly but just a little slow. They would sometimes forget little things we asked for like refills on coffee and our side of ranch.
Overall a solid experience. Service was okay. The team was definitely working hard! Our appetizers came out really quickly, which was nice. The cornbread was fantastic and the lattes were also really good. The only hiccup was that the main food took a little longer than expected. I'm not sure if our order was sent in late or if it might have been sitting in the window for a bit. My steak and eggs came out hot, but the steak was a little too crisp for my liking. Other than that, no real complaints about the experience. It was still a nice meal overall. Ambiance is casual for brunch, good music too.
It was our first time and found it on Yelp. Food was delicious & yummy. We had total of 5 so ordered 5 entrees and 2 starters and one side. I had my steak medium well done & surprisingly it was tender & juicy. I didn't use any sauce. I was happy. I really like their beets salad & garden pickled. Service is average. It was a nice warm spring Sat so we sat outside. I didn't pay attention the interior. We would go back.
Delicious eats with friendly and prompt service in downtown Napa! We went on a weekday and found street parking nearby. We went for an early dinner so were the only ones there when we entered, but more people came in during our meal. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper. Overall restaurant was clean and looked great. Even as more people came in, it wasn't too loud. What we ordered: * Cornbread with lavender honey butter (2 pieces for $7) - the cornbread was tender and the lavender honey butter was a little sweet and floral. So delicious together! * Soup of the day, roasted butternut squash when we went ($12) - my fiancé and I both enjoyed the soup. It was warm and flavorful. Not too salty or oily. Felt just right. * Steak frites ($39) - I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out just how I liked it. The steak and fries were seasoned well. The fries were crispy and abundant. * Roast chicken ($31) - my fiancé has ordered this a few times already. The chicken and the veg are consistently tasty. The chicken is tender and a little crisp with the skin. I've dined at Grace's Table a few times now and the food and service never disappoint! It's a solid choice if you're looking for a cozy meal in downtown Napa.
Came here for "brunch" around 11:30 on a Monday. Thankfully it was beautiful outside because this place was poppin! They have a lot of outdoor seating which is great (and it is pet friendly outside). I am gluten free and there weren't a ton of options, but I got the tamale and it was pretty good but for $20+ I don't think it is worth 5 stars.
My wife and I stopped by Grace's Table for brunch, and it was such a great experience--relaxed, friendly, and full of seriously good food. We ordered the Shrimp & Grits, the Cassoulet, and the Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter. * Shrimp & Grits: The standout of the meal. Perfectly cooked shrimp, creamy grits, and tons of flavor. I'd come back just for this. * Cassoulet: Warm, hearty, good comfort food. Perfect if you have a big appetite. Meal portion is good for 2 person. * Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter: This was divine. The cornbread is already good on its own--warm, soft, just the right amount of crumb--but that lavender honey butter takes it to another level. Sweet, floral, buttery... it didn't last long at our table. The vibe inside is super chill and welcoming. The staff was friendly, the service was quick without feeling rushed, and it just felt like a great spot to ease into the day. If you're looking for a brunch place in Napa, Grace's Table is an easy recommendation.
There is limited parking nearby, but its a quick 2 block walk over to the restaurant. Inside, there are maybe 18 tables, along with a dozen or so bar seats. I was seated quickly and ordered the Kobe burger. It took about 10 minutes for the food to come out. I asked for the burger to be medium, but sadly it was somewhere between medium well and well done. That said, it was still fantastic. It was tender and juicy. Im a sucker for a good skinny fry and these absolutely do not disappoint. I didn't even ask for ranch!
Always an incredible dining experience when I go. Comfortable ambiance, great menu offerings with a nice variety of specials, and staff is always very cordial and professional. The only reason why it's not a 5 star is because they don't have a full liquor license. I know it may not be the restaurant's fault they do not have one but when I dine for dinner, at these prices, I would want to have the option of a full bar. Aside from that it's a 10 out of 10!
My friends and I were so excited to get brunch here because the reviews and pictures looked pretty good, only to be met with disappointment. It was a good start, they were able to seat us to save a table even though our party wasn't entirely here. But it just kept going south after that. First of all, after we placed our orders, it took an extremely long time for our food to come out. We waited more than 30 minutes to be served. I got the Chilaquiles (my typical brunch order) and as soon as I took my first bite, I was so let down. There was NO flavor. My boyfriend also agreed that his food was also really bland. Not only that, but not one, but TWO of my friends found hair in their dishes. If it was one, then sure, gross but accidents happen. But TWO?? When my friend told a worker about the hair, they said "I'll go get your server" but no one came so we had to flag someone down. All in all, service was slower than slow, food was not good at all. There were also a lot of flies, but to be fair, we were seated outside. There was no excuse for the hair in our food though... Also, since we were a bigger party, we were automatically charged a 20% gratuity which did NOT match the service we got which was really upsetting too. Our experience was just bad all around and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

An awesome and elegant Napa brunch and lunch spot! Even though they were busy, they were able to squeeze in our group of 6 within their well-lit and spacious interior space. Water was immediately served and kept full, and staff was very friendly. Menus are through QR but we ordered with the waitress. They have a very robust and interesting menu with an enticing mix of Mexican, American, Japanese, and European cuisine. I went with the Chicken Club and was blown away with the quality of the herb focaccia, melted cheese, creamy solid and avocado and perfectly crisped bacon! I have had a lot of disappointing clubs in my day but this one was an exciting and flavorful delight and perhaps one of the best I've had! The root vegetable chips were a nice variation from fries. I came here for dinner with my husband on a Saturday night after getting many recommendations from folks. It was easy to find and even better with a free parking garage nearby. We sat right in the large window and our waitress came by immediately. She was friendly and did a great job of checking on us. The food was excellent. The quality was very high seeming and even better was the different spin on foods I usually see. I'd highly recommend their wilted pea vines and the root vegetable chips. For my girlfriends birthday, we decided to take a day trip up to Napa to do some wine tastings and try out some good food. Grace's table was at our very first stop as we pulled into town to start our day! There was about at 20 minute wait, but we were totally okay with waiting. We poked around a few antique shops in the area. We were eventually called back and were taken to a properly set table right by the windows in the front. Ordered a beer and she went for a mimosa, both of which were very tasty. I had the chilaquiles with eggs and ham and she had the fish tacos. We also had the cornbread appetizer which was INCREDIBLE! The butter that comes with it has a tasty lemon zest to it, and the bread is soft and very fresh tasting. The chilaquiles were also very good. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. This restaurant situated on a street corner in downtown Napa was nice, cozy and quaint. They don't have their own parking area, so you'd have to park on the streets with limited parking zone times. We had made reservations a few days before and were seated right away with waters served. The staff was pleasant. Placed a few orders of empanadas as an appetizer. We thought the price for one empanada that size was expensive. It was served hot, tasty and filled us up. Main dishes ordered were scrambled eggs with sausage and potato cakes, and fish tacos. The eggs, sausage breakfast was just like a typical normal breakfast. Fish tacos were very filling and come two to an order. It was very filling that I could only eat one. We also ordered the corn bread. All tasted good. One of us requested coffee. It was served mildly warm, not even hot enough. Adding cream to it even made it colder. Desserts of chocolate mousse and flan were absolutely delicious. Sometimes they leave the restaurant door opened; hence, opportunity for bugs to fly in like the pesky fly that kept harassing us at our table LOL. We sat at one of the tables by the wall set diagonally. It felt very cramped and tight in that corner closest to the wall. A bright and sunny spot that was a great place for breakfast on our three days in wine country. Unlike past trips, we were visiting Mon-Wed so no crowds and we walked right in at 8:30 and sat in the sunshine. The menu features several Mexican inspired and regional items but I opted for the daily quiche (chicken sausage, onion, Swiss), -big, fluffy and came with a side of super fresh fruit. My friend got the delicious pumpkin pancakes (not too pumpkiny)-very soft and light. Of course we also had to try a grandma's old fashioned donut-crispy fresh buttermilk donut with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. We enjoyed the breakfast and had good service. After doing some research Grace's Table was highly suggested to us for our first time in napa. We had reservations for dinner which was amazing. Our server was so kind & he gave us great suggestions that we all loved & he gave us good places to go for a night cap! This place was so good we came for brunch the next day! The food was really good, the cornbread was an add on starter recommended by the waiter. It came out so fluffy and moist, my boyfriend thought it's not the right texture of a traditional cornbread, but I liked the eggy corn fluff. Especially with the melty lavender honey butter splayed across the top. The delicate brine of green olive from the empanada with the mild spiced cimichurri rounded out my brunch really nicely as well. I also got the parmesan fries, and they were pretty tasty. I would deduct .5 stars for the alleyway outdoor seating. It wasn't too bad out there, and only 20 min wait for being a late walk in so can't be too choosy about that! Solid 4.5 read more

Came here for lunch on a Friday and were seated within 10 minutes. Prices are average for Napa, but the food did not live up to the hype. The service was the best part of the experience! We were running a little late due to traffic and the restaurant happily accommodated us at a later time. We came right in and sat down. It looks like they're doing indoor dining but we opted for outside. The only downfall was that there seems to be a sewer nearby and the smell bubbled up once or twice during our visit. That didn't change the fact that our waiter was fantastic and the food was pretty good. We came for dinner. I'd definitely return to check out brunch. read more

I had heard that breakfast/brunch was great at Grace's Table but not too many reviews regarding dinner. I am here to say that dinner was very good. Per the reviews, the corn bread was very good. Not too sweet and a good starter to the meal. The asparagus salad featured a few different types of greens. The main part of the salad was frisee accompained by asparagus and prosciutto. It was a light dish that set up the main course very well. I very much enjoyed the Duck Confit. It featured 2 types of sausage as well as a slice of pork belly. Overall the dish was a bit heavy; however, delicious nonetheless. The biggest compliment that I can give Grace's Table is the customer experience. Delicious food and exceptional service! Strolled in on a Sunday for brunch with my sister. First dish: shrimp and grits 5/5 Lovely classic with a twist, the sausage under the eggs has a light spice to it, very flavorful. Sides: perfectly crisped bacon & seared chicken sausage Bottom dish: pancakes 5/5 didn't need much syrup, could eat them by itself - perfect crisped edges too! Drink: lemon drop 4/5, super sweets Not pictured: espresso perfect shot with local coffee Service: attentive and accommodating, they had a few large parties but still had room for us. Even have option to sit at the bar/counter. One big thing I appreciate is when walking into any establishment- the servers acknowledged us when we entered the building, even tho they were working with other guest. We made reservations for Grace's Table as a result of all the great reviews we read about them when researching our visit to Napa. On the night we came, they weren't very busy at all and we were quickly greeted and seated by Audrey, in her section. She was very helpful and friendly and spent a lot of time talking to us about the menu and taking great care of our table during our visit. We really enjoyed chatting with her!! The food was pretty nicely done... the menu is somewhat eclectic and interesting (having various styles of food, from tamales to Gnocchi to Sole Munier). Their Dungeness Crab Cakes were pretty interesting, the sauce was flavorful and the crab cakes themselves were loaded with crab. The entrées we ordered were very enjoyable and were definitely filling. Their outdoor seating area is well-heated with tall propane heaters, so we felt fine sitting out there (during Covid) and staying comfy. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and would recommend Grace's Table! read more

Incredibly friendly staff, all very observant and kind in a cute and gorgeous place to grab breakfast. We stopped by when Napa had opened up a bit and allowed some indoor seating, but there were also plenty of outdoor seats and tables. We were in a bit of a rush so we split the chilaquiles and the corn bread, and the staff split the food for us without us even asking! This is my second visit here, once for dinner before a show at the uptown theater (perfect location, right down the street from uptown), and once for breakfast on a weekday. It was crowded for dinner, but we had a reservation, so no problem. For Monday morning breakfast, it was easy to get a table. The place had a very easy going, friendly, local vibe. The service both times was wonderful and they were easily and happily able to accommodate my wheat intolerance and dairy allergy. I can't remember what I had when I came for dinner, but it was yummy. The breakfast is fresh in my mind, so I'll tell you about that. My husband had the chilaquiles and said they were the best he's ever had, including when he had them in Mexico. My parents gave the pancakes a 15 on a 1-5 scale. "It's nice to have a pancake that doesn't NEED to have syrup." I had the breakfast tacos which were delightful with homemade tortillas. The front wall of the restaurant is glass and can be opened up for a kind of open air dining experience. There is some patio seating. read more

On our last morning at Napa we were looking for a place to have breakfast and came across this little jem. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The place had a relaxed, feel good vibe to it. My only criticism would be that the music could have been a tad lower in volume, the company you are with still needs to be enjoyed for a completely experience. We ordered the empanadas to begin with and they were perfectly cooked with a good balance of light on the dough to filling ratio. It was served with a delicious chimichurri on the side, which I had never had before with my empanada, but let me tell you you that the sauce brought the empanada to a different level of goodness. The tri-beet salad was perfectly balanced and seasoned with a little sour, sweet, and saltiness all in one bite with a little creaminess from the avocado. My only complaint would be that the salad was really small. My husband had the cage eggs any style with bacon and sausage. It was good except the eggs were more over medium than the over easy that we love. Would I come back here again? Most definitely and try everything else on the menu. FYI the gentleman sitting to my right had the fluffiest most delicious looking pancakes that if I had not already eaten three empanadas I would have definitely ordered them. read more

Hi Laura, Thank you for your inquiry! We are open for daily Brunch now from 9-3 and Opening for our daily dinner from 5-8pm this evening Wednesday 2/3. We are back!
Are there gluten-free options?
Would we need to make a reservation for breakfast for 7ppl on a Friday.? Thinking of going around 8am before heading to the wineries.

Yes, they do and you can also request a vegan plate that's off menu.
What are the breakfast hours?
They open 8:30 m-f and 9 on the weekends. Afraid I can't remember what time they stop serving breakfast.
Do they use organic ingredients?
Yes, practically every restaurant in Napa Valley uses organic everything, including grass fed beef!
Is this food as good as it looks and affordable?
Yes, and even better... Plus the service is exceptional..
Do they allow dogs for Sunday brunch?
Not sure but I did not see anyone with pets inside! It's pretty crowded and tight space.
SOLVED: They don't take res for Sunday Brunch. Would you recommend making a reservation for a Sunday…
I would make a res on Open Table. They seem to have many large groups on weekends.
Is there a room for private parties (approx 20 ppl)?
No private room, but I am sure they could figure it out, they'd love to have you.
