Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit and hash browns
Jo Nell R.

May special for dinner sounds good! Available after 4:00, a soft-shell crab bucatini. We were there for lunch so opted for the Hot Honey Chicken biscuit and hash rounds. We got there just in time, there were already lots of people in the dining room eating and after we placed our order at the counter and got seated, a bunch more people came in. Our food came out quickly and correctly. The chicken biscuit had a good size piece of chicken and just enough sweet and heat. The biscuit was good; I cut off the top because I am a wierdo who doesn't like butter on top. Always on point, great space, food is really good!

Food: amazing! This was some flavorful, soul food right here! Greens were fire!! Mac & cheese..fire!!! I had the smoked wings which were delicious, except that I would get them with the relish, and drizzle on the side.Shrimp were good size, and tender!! The fish was cornmeal (which I'm ok with), and it was fried to perfection! My only problem with the food was my a la carte fried chicken wings. He needed some help. It was cold, and rubbery. Needed to be fried a minute or two longer IMO. Not a big fan of tipping before I even get my food, so I have to remember that when you have to order, pay, and optional tip before you even sit down. I like the overall appearance of the place. Very clean, and everyone was very nice. Definitely going back! Sorry about the half eaten food in the pics. Lol!!!

Atmosphere was vibrant and music sublime. The oldies and soul that gets you really enjoying your company and the food? This place had it. I got the fish and spaghetti, hubby got the grilled fish and "Grandma's cornbread," and mom in law got wings, mac and cheese and greens. Latter not pictured here but they enjoyed overall. Mentioned greens had too many stems in them and chicken could have been seasoned more. My entree was perfectly seasoned! If in the area stop by for efficient and friendly service!

Grace Meat + Three was probably one of the best spots I've ever had! It's super close to SLU, and I got the Grace Burger, which was really tasty, but I think I preferred the fried chicken sandwich. It was so crispy, probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a while! We had sides of cornbread and mac and cheese, and the mac and cheese was divine: perfect flavor, pasta, and breadcrumbs. The interior is super family-friendly, lots of kids and families when I went, and the staff was so sweet. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it's absolutely worth it!

The foodie in me did a considerable amount of research prior to my trip to the St. Louis area. Grace Meat + Three was high on my list of places to visit. My daughter and I arrived, stood at the counter, and waited to be seated, but this is an "order at the counter and take your number to the table" type of establishment, which seems to be a popular business model in the area. We stepped out of line to decide on what to order. I settled on the Catfish Meal Deal (hot) and a side of Fried Brussels Sprouts. There was a sauce station with an array of options. I'm a saucy lady, so I helped myself to the Dilly Tartar Sauce, Tasty Ranch and Comeback Sauce. There was also Sweet Whiskey BBQ and Alabama White Sauce. The sauce bottles were labeled with dates that gave us a bit of pause, but the bottles were cold, so we proceeded. The dining area had Southern-charm, and the other guests all appeared to be enjoying themselves. The staff were all very kind and helpful and we enjoyed our meals so much that we both placed to-go orders to enjoy at our hotel room later that evening. My daughter ordered wings to-go and I ordered the Grace Burger. Unfortunately, while eating my burger later that night with a knife and fork, I found a long strand of hair embedded in the burger patty, which caused me to discard it after those few unfortunate bites. Were it not for this, I would've given them 5 stars.

This atmosphere is somewhat southern charm mixed with chic. Touches of southern accents sit in the windows and on the walls. It's very homey and fresh! However, The main star of the show. The Chicken. I got the chicken sandwich and I'm telling you I cannot wait to go try just the fried chicken next. Crispy. Seasoned. Bursting with flavor! I got original and not spicy cause I'm a wimp but the sauces you can get on the sandwich. The comeback sauce for the fr and the hot and honey for the chicken. You can't change my mind. The fries were crispy and salty and seasoned to literal perfection. We also tried their bologna sandwich which is featured on the Netflix show 'Fresh, Fried, and Crispy' so we had to get it. My boyfriend loved it so much he mentions it all the time. Fried pickles were fantastic and I cant wait to try the rest of their menu!

Reunited and it feels so good! I met up with some friends for an early brunch on Sunday and was craving some southern food. I've only been to Grace once and that was four years ago. As a matter of fact, the last time I was there, they had a somewhat limited menu. This time, I went with the shrimp meal which comes with 1 side ( I chose cornbread) and got an addtl side of Brussel sprouts. For a party of four, our food came relatively quick. The first bite of shrimp was interesting as I tasted majority batter and very little shrimp. While flavorful, it was a tad underwhelming. While the shrimp may have been a letdown, the cornbread and Brussel sprouts were anything but. The cornbread was moist and resembled a slick of cake due to its thickness and consistency. The sprouts had the perfect combination of char, balsamic, Parmesan, and spices. Overall, I was more than pleased with the service and food. I can't wait to come back.

Would have rated a 5 if it weren't for the service. The girl was very rude and was LITERALLY texting in between taking our order. There were five of us, after each one she would stop and text. While we were sitting down, two guys came in that hadn't been there before. She didn't look up or greet them, they just stood there and she was texting. We were one of the only people in there. Food was great as always!! I wish they had a "mild" spice. It goes from no spice, to hot, to extra hot. I like spicy and the hot was so spicy I could barely eat it. Quiet inside and plenty of seating for everyone.

I absolutely love grace meat! We've been going for years now and I have probably tried it all. The kitchen sink salad is unreal. The deviled egg in the salad, the onions, the cornbread crumbs takes it up a notch. I love the fries and chicken sandos as well. Super fresh and juicy chicken. The service is always wonderful. We love sitting at the bar for the experience. 10/10 place!

4 piece wings and side of mac

Heard good things about their chicken and it lived up to the hype! It's nicely seasoned and breaded, and juicy. The mac and cheese is unique and has a little kick. I'll be back!

Casual dining in a restaurant setting. You order at the front and the deliver your food. Good service. I felt the food was ok. The Hominy Lager was tasty. The cornbread tasted a little too dense. The bologna sandwich which this place is known for was basically a thick cut of ham with egg. I think I was expecting my taste buds to have Oscar Meyer old school tastes.

NO TABLE SERVICE MORE LIKE A CAFETERIA The Ribs and catfish was delicious however this is NOT a meat and three it's a meat and one ..lol we chose the mac and cheese HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND tasted uncooked...got fountain drinks with tip $58 No VALET PARKING AND TOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK

Plenty of seating, nice and clean. Street parking available. The food was okay. I had catfish and fries. The fried brussel sprouts were a disappointment. Just brussel sprouts with balsamic vinaigrette, not fried or roasted. I tried to order a regular margarita, but they didn't have it just an elderberry margarita. What?! The best thing was the music playing.

We ended up moving 1 table over just to give everyone some space and privacy. They were out of an ingredient of one of their menu-based cocktails, so we ordered a different one. That one had a nut-based liquor in it and the bartender was "allergic" to nuts so could not make it. They made 2 of the 4 drinks and brought them out in about 10 minutes. The 3rd and 4th took another 10+ minutes. Lol. The appetizers were just okay and the dinner entrees seemed on the small side based on pricing, but were actually quite good....just would've liked a small bit more. Service was slow-ish even though the place was nearly empty (and we all didn't arrive at the same time). Skipped dessert and went to the Vandy for a night cap. This restaurant recently transitioned to be a BBQ place. I will definitely try it and update my review based on the new menu and vibe. I hope it survives.

Drinks: *The Cornbread Sermon - My favorite- definitely unique in a sense that actual cornbread was used in Woodford reserve. *Bayou Breeze - this was a NA drink. Floral forward. The thyme and elderflower you can really taste. Food: *Crab Beignets - AMAZING!! I wanted more than 3. Had a nice crunchy crust but soft on the inside. The lemon aioli was really good as well with it. *Lucy Q Big Plate - great way to experience trying all the meats they other. Only complaint was that the brisket was a bit dry. This also come with two sides which had that Mac n cheese and greens. The Mac was cooked right and very cheesy but to me it needed salt and pepper. The greens were really good. Dessert: *Salted Bourbon Caramel Cheesecake - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - I wanted not a slice but the whole cheesecake! The cheesecake itself was soft and decadent but that salted bourbon caramel drizzle tasted really good. *Caramelized Banana Pudding Cake - this was a good dessert too. Very dense so I know I couldn't eat all of it but definitely tasted really good!!

It's the Grove so do what you will with the parking situation. Walk-in always welcomed, that's the only way we roll. The inside is chill and relax, low key with good music playing. We have sat in the diner section a couple of times. Our first visit our waitress was AMAZING!!! She was extremely attentive and spot on with her recommendations. It was late on a Saturday night and we sat at high top table. We ordered the collards and artichoke dip, crispy brussels sprouts, potato wedges, LL cheeseburger and the Nashville hot catfish po'boy. EVEYTHING was a WINNER. The collards and artichoke dip along with the catfish po'boy were the stars of the show and became the BF's and I favorite staples. But DON'T SLEEP on the LL cheeseburger. A double smash burger packed with flavor and juicy, that is accompanied by american cheese, tomato jam and aioli. This burger is not to be missed. We didn't get a chance to eat the potato wedges while there so we took them home and I re-heated them the next day, expecting to be disappointed in reheated potatoes but there is something different about the way they make these potato wedges. They re-heat PERFECTLY in the toaster oven like NEW and are absolutely delicious!!! We noticed that after that first time our waitress no longer worked there and we had this guy who could care less. We discovered why he could care less. They automatically started implementing a 18% gratuity on all checks so our waiter was getting tipped no matter if he performed or not. And let me tell you he sucked. Our food was coming out before our cocktails which we ordered way in advance and he would go missing for long periods of time and our food wasn't the same quality as we once experienced. So now when we go we ONLY sit at the bar. I prefer my 18% gratuity and more go directly to our bartender who cares about our service and experience. The BF and I really enjoy Little Lucy. The cocktails are phenomenal!!! The bartenders really know what they are doing and can craft something extremely mind-blowing and delicious. The cocktails on the menu are equally OUTSTANDING!!! We have veered off our regular go-to's to discover more options like the honey hot wings which were just ok, they were under seasoned and not extra crispy as requested. The toasted ravioli is a hidden gem on the menu, which is served in a bechamel sauce with cajun spices and topped with green onions. Apparently it is referred to as stoner food. I don't care what they call but it's GREAT!!!! A truly unique way to serve toasted ravioli. A must try that I haven't talked about is the collard and artichoke dip that is served with Alabama crackers. Pro tip, always ask for extra crackers. I knew this was dish was deadly when they said collard. It is so creamy and thick. I would purchase this in large quantities and pas it off as my own. It hits the spot EVERYTIME!!! A new favorite that I order in-house and to-go is the smoked brisket sandwich, served with peppers, onions, pepper jack queso and cajun spices on a hoagie. This sandwich packs a powerful punch and the way they shave the brisket ever so thinly like a cheesesteak and layer the toppings. ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT!!!! We are still working our way through the menu as you can see.

There are only about 12 to 13 seating options, with only about 5 or 6 of them being non-bar height options. Nikki was our server; she was awesome, helpful & attentive! Everything is a la carte. Boooooooo! Lol. I'm not a huge fan of restaurants that serve a la carte. But whatevs. I started with the Charleston drink. It was good and strong; came out in a fancy box w a lil smoke. It was semi dramatic, lol. We decided to order the collards and spinach artichoke dip to start with. It was good. It gave spinach and artichoke dip for the most part. The seasoned saltine crackers that accompanied that were not my favorite, but not the worst, & we had to ask for more to finish the dip (we were unexpectedly charged for them -_____-). I wish it was pita bread or pita chips instead, but I guess the crackers are Lucy's special touch. We finally decide on food; she got the catfish po boy, I got the brisket sandwich. She said her sandwich was FIRE but I didn't try it so I can't speak to that unfortunately. My brisket sandwich was ok; it had queso on it and it was kinda cold which was wack. The sandwich was a decent size for sure, I just could have went for a different bread personally. The ciabatta bread overpowered the actual meat. I asked for bbq sauce to dip and eat pieces of the brisket. I want to come back and try the Brussels and catfish po boy myself.

Surprisingly, it still worked. I ordered the Good Burger, and it was honestly one of the most flavorful smash burgers I've ever had. I was genuinely impressed. I got the sauce on the side since it also came with the onion rings, and unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of it -- it was a bit runny and lacked flavor.
