My first time in this specific location. To be honest the dining room was smaller than usual and there was a wait. I was surprised to see a wait as it wasn't that full. The food was great and the filet was on point. The only thing that wasn't the best was the service. It was slow and again was not that busy. In the end we waited for our check and there was only 3 tables. It could have been a bit quicker but other than that the drinks and food was delicious. read more

I've watched Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen since the beginning and have followed his career for a few decades. I enjoy his books and seeing him pop up at F1 races. I had high expectations and expected things to be perfect. I'm glad to say they were. We booked a table for lunch through the web site. It directed us to Seven Rooms and the experience was seamless. It was easy to get a reservation for the hour we chose. When we arrived in downtown Miami we valeted the car. In the end they had it handy on the corner of the street and it took seconds to get it. The cost was a reasonable $8. When we entered the restaurant the hostess was very professional and super friendly. She led us to a nice big booth and we met the lady that would guide us through lunch, Desiree. She gave us some background on the restaurant and included our sons in the conversation as she told us done anecdotes about the times when Chef Ramsey was in the restaurant. Unfortunately he wasn't when we were there, but I believe his high standards were met. We decided to have an eclectic variety from the menu. I had the prix fix menu that included the Petit Beef Wellington and the mushroom soup as well as the sticky toffee pudding. We ordered the seared scallops and the Hellfire wings. We also had the Idiot Sandwich, named after one of Chef's catch phrases, a salad, a burger, a kids burger, and a side of fries with "fancy sauce". My son ordered an additional Wellington. My family shared all of the above and we were a hundred percent happy with every dish. The soup was unbelievable. One of the best I've ever had. The beef Wellington and scallops are well known Ramsay staples and delicious. We expected the decor to be pretty and it was. The restaurant and open kitchen were divided in red and blue sides like on the show. Many details included the HK pitchfork. In Miami people don't always dress up for meals and HK was no exception. We saw many different types of people. We can't know for sure but I got a business lunch, families, and tourists vibe. Some were dressed in business attire and some in summer wear. The staff was very attentive to my six year old who likes to stretch his legs from time to time. Thanks guys! I'm one of those dads that has changed his babies in restaurants. While that is no longer needed I must mention the most beautiful changing table I have ever seen. The restroom was clean and my son loved the newer style Dyson hand dryer. I personally loved the nice hand towels. I recommend visiting this restaurant. The food is great, it's a pretty space to be in, and Chef trained his people very well. I have a feeling he treats them well from speaking to his crew. read more

Gave this establishment some time to get it together as we are BIG fans of Gordon Ramsey's Hells Kitchen and are aspiring chefs (at home). Here's our take on... Restaurant is beautiful! Service (Sasha) was excellent. The bartenders, hostesses and table attendants were also lovely, adding to our positive experience. Drinks were on point. The wine selection is nice and offers good price points. We ordered the meatballs, risotto with lobster and steak tartar for appetizers to share. The steak tartar was wonderful. The other two dishes were lukewarm almost too cold to fully enjoy. Everyone at the table agreed it was a letdown. Don't get me wrong, they were flavorful but not the temperature expected. We didn't complain as we didn't want to ruin our much awaited experience. Our main dishes were excellent! Several of us had the prix-fix that included delicious scallops. The Beef Wellington was just as expected-excellent! The short ribs were delicious. The Mac & cheese and elote corn were definitely a favorite! Save room for dessert! All in all, a fun experience. The only thing missing was Gordon. ;) read more

Being an avid follower of Gordon Ramsey and the TV Show, I had been eagerly awaiting the opening of this location. I had the opportunity to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday on Saturday and I also invited his friend and his girlfriend. Given that the restaurant was designed to resemble the television show, I have to admit that it was quite interesting. The level of service was outstanding. They have a sizable, well-trained staff. Josimar, our server that evening, had a wonderful disposition. If any of you decide to come here for dinner, I would most definitely recommend him! As for our appetizers we order Waygu Meatballs, Pan Seared Scallops, & Grilled Octopus. Twas a great start to eating! My partner and his friend had ordered The Beef Wellington, and I had a taste. It was cooked to absolute perfection, perfectly red, and accompanied with some incredible mashed potatoes. My friend's girlfriend and I got the Crispy Skin Salmon -- absolutely melted into our mouths. I had gotten a side of Brussels Sprouts that were cooked to perfection! Dessert was a must too! Sticky Toffee Pudding, 3 Way Coconut, & Oh my goodness the rich Key Lime Pie!!! Overall, The entire meal was quite good. The experience was great. Lastly, the ambiance wasn't too loud at all! My boyfriend and I look forward to coming back here again quite soon! Forgot to mention! they do Dinner Prix Fixe ($90)... and of course Lunch Prix Fixe ($70) Check out their website, browse the Menu & start making a reservation :D https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/en/us/hells-kitchen/locations/miami read more

10/10 would highly recommend. My boyfriend and I ate dinner here for his birthday and we both were very satisfied with our meals. The pan seared scallops were made to perfection. The flavor profile with the added corn on top along with the presentation made it a 10/10. The sauce that is also paired with the scallops was really good too! The Chicken Scallopini was amazing -- 10/10. The kale and potatoes were seasoned and everything paired well with each other. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken very much. He also got the puree potatoes and made the comment "any toddler that would eat this would love it because it is so soft". Those potatoes were whipped to perfection and had great flavor as well. The Lobster Risotto was 10/10. I'm usually not a fan of lobster because it tends to be over cooked and rubbery but that wasn't the case here. The lobster was nice and tender and seasoned very well and the lemon zest added a nice balance with to the lobster and risotto . The risotto was soft but not too soft and was also seasoned very well. The Elotes were a 8/10. They were good, just taste like regular Elotes. The Coconut Three Ways dessert was 10/10. Due to my celiac diet, this was the only option for me but I wasn't mad at it. Everything being made from coconuts and the mango gelée was a great combination with the coconut sorbet and the presentation was so cute. William was our server and he was great! I have celiac disease and he was aware of the fact and made sure to let the kitchen know when preparing my meal, which was greatly appreciated. He also gave us good drink recommendations as well! read more

The service was good but not excellent. Food was okay but I've had better. Caesar salad is a must try! Mac and cheese is not that great. I like my Mac and cheese creamy and cheesy but that's my preference. This one was just noodles and cheese so if you like that then this is the dish for you! The salmon was the star! The short rib was not so good. It needed more sauce and what is up with the hash brown? It would have been better with some mashed potatoes but again, that's my preference. We didn't order the beef Wellington because we have heard bad things about it. I would come back for lunch and try it just to see what's up. Overall, the restaurant is nice and food is good. Could be better for the amount of money you are paying! read more

Very happy that Hells Kitchen opened in Miami cause we had an amazing time at the Las Vegas location a couple of years ago. As expected, the service was over the top. Very well-trained professional staff. And of course, the food was as good as the one in LV. We ordered one a la carte and one pre-fixe. If its your first time. You can't go wrong with the pre-fixed as it included the popular Scallops, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and of course, Ramsay's legendary Beef Wellington which was perfection, as expected. Perfectly cooked beef with just the right redness wrapped in a delicious golden brown shell. We could eat this every day. LOL. As for the a la carte, we shared the Lobster Risotto, Wagyu Meatballs, and Crispy Salmon (for the main) with side of Baked Mac N Cheese and Brussels Sprouts. The Risotto is a must! Perfect texture that just melts in your mouth. The Meatballs were very tasty. Flavor explosion. The Salmon was also cooked to perfection. Flaky and moist inside and crispy outside. Beautifully presented too. As for the cocktails, their smoked old fashioned called Smoke On The Water is something you can't skip. It's quite a show by itself which our outstanding server Mauricio served tableside. I also recommend The Pitchfork made with bourbon. It's not too sweet but potent and quite refreshing at the same time. We really enjoyed our visit here. The restaurant is gorgeous and enormous. I think is larger than LV because this one has 2 floors. We were seated on the 2nd floor overlooking the red and blue kitchen. It was so cool to watch how organized each team was while preparing food for the guests. Perfect place for a date or a big celebration or if you just want to splurge :) read more

We came here for Miami Spice. Our reservation was for 8:45 however we were not seated until about 9:20pm. It was a Thursday evening so we weren't expecting the atmosphere to be too much. We tried the lobster risotto and the lobster was probably the best part for me. Overall it felt as though something was missing from the dish. I tried to keep hopes up and ordered the braised short rib. It was soooo tender it's unreal however the potato cake I received with it seemed overcooked and hard. We still ended up spending $200+ despite ordering from the Miami spice menu. My boyfriend couldn't stop talking about the sticky toffee which I think was the highlight of his dinner. Would I visit again? No. read more

Came here with my family to celebrate my sister's birthday since she is a huge Gordon fan! We made a reservation around a week in advance and were seated quickly when we arrived on the day of! Service was quick and the waitress we had was super nice as well. We ordered the queso dip as a starter and it was flavorful, though I wish there were a couple more chips, since we had a decent amount of queso leftover! For our entrees we ordered the beef wellington, salmon, burger, and the white sauce pizza. All of the dishes were great in flavor, but I would say the salmon was the best dish of the night! Salmon was super juicy yet cooked perfectly, and it paired amazing with the vegetables and sauce. Of course the beef wellington was great as well, but was a little bit warm/cold by the time we got it! We also ordered the sticky toffee pudding as a dessert and it was so good but very very sweet! Overall an amazing experience for all of us! read more

Mediocre was the exact word. The restaurant was beautiful. But everything else very average. It is exactly where the standard would be in Miami. It was a waste of time. I drove 45mins for this dinner and I'm not happy. The service is meh. The food is acceptable. Was it worth the drive the hype and the excitement hell noooo. I would never come back. The menu is so small and not innovative, nothing special. It might work with this concept 5 years ago, but not now. Very disappointed. Many good restaurants in Boca Raton. Miami area is crowded and not so good. Valet parking only and it's 20$. Comparing between the price and the experience I feel stupid to go there. read more

I would recommend to Uber to this location. Parking is tough but they do have valet. When you walk in, there are LED screens of flames and of Gordan Ramsay welcoming you. You feel like you're in line for a ride at Universal Studios. The decor is very tacky, but that may just be due to the branding. The hostesses were impolite, refusing to seat us downstairs when the restaurant was not even full (we did have a reservation) the bar was a way better ambiance. The food is average, I would much rather spend my money at Edge or Dirty French. Will not go back. read more

Service is excellent! Our waitress was incredibly friendly, professional, and had the sweetest smile--not to mention very pretty. We had the dinner prix fixe, which is reasonably priced for Miami. The scallops were perfectly tender--bravo to the chef! The beef Wellington, a rarity in Miami, had tender beef and crispy bread, though a bit too salty for my taste. Drinks were fantastic overall. Tried this out based on the recommendation of a fellow yelper (who is also my friend) and I was not disappointed. Came here for lunch and it wasn't too packed but we were seated at the bar to wait. By the time we got our drinks it was time to sit at the table, which was a bit annoying. The server was great and super bubbly. Our food was delicious too. The pre fix menu seems like a great deal because it comes with a lot of food! We shared the Caesar salad and queso fundido. I think we could've done with just the salad as it was a huge portion. I tried the burger and it was sooo good! So much food I had to take it home. Def recommend this place. read more

Dined here with friends from out of town during a night out in Miami. We had late reservations, and the staff wasn't so pleased to be there. For an experience driven restaurant, this threw the vibes off right away and I was taking notes. While the food was good, we were expecting so much more from Gordon Ramsey's "Hell's Kitchen". Our favorites were the Lobster Risotto (especially the tomato risotto) and Scallops. The Beef Wellington was perfectly cooked, but I believe I've tasted better within the South Florida region. I think my opinion is negative because in every aspect of our experience, something was lacking. The service was distasteful, cocktails weren't anything special, and the food was overall just okay. I don't think I will be returning considering the amount of other dining options Miami has to offer. read more

Beautiful restaurant! We went out to celebrate a few birthdays with friends. As the solo vegan in the group, I was delighted to see that there were multiple options for me & not just a garden salad. There is a gorgeous staircase to get to the bar and 2nd floor dinning area but also an elevator which those of us in heels appreciated greatly. We started with drinks. I had the Duchess & it was nice. I asked my waiter about the PAN-SEARED TOFU SCALLOPS. He said that though he had never tried the vegan option, he had gotten feedback earlier in the evening that it was bland and instead suggested the TOMATO SAFFRON RISOTTO. Though this option was vegetarian & not vegan, I took his suggestion. The risotto was fine. It was not amazing, I honestly don't even recall much about it which makes me sad. I ate at Soul Food Kitchen years ago. It is kind of a dive without muchin the way of a dining area, I had their Oyster PoBoy & dreamed of it for years. In fact, the next visit I made to Houston I took my sister & nephew there for this dream sandwich only to be disappointed. It was dry & not amazing. (Perhaps a bad day? Idk but will give them one more hopeful shot on my next visit someday). I myself am not a chef or cook but can put together reasonable meals. And I am not one to spend huge amounts on crazy elaborate ingredients. That said, I was disappointed that trained chefs at this & most restaurants are unable to create options that are more than adequate. I followed up with the Coconut Three Ways. It was also fine but I don't believe there was actually any cake on my plate. There was sorbet covered in geleé served in an open coconut on ice. Nice presentation. I thought that the coconut shell might have been considered the 3rd coconut even though it was impossible to scrape the meat off of the shell with my spoon so I only tasted 2 coconut. I just noticed the mention of cake when I opened up the menu online to get the name of the dessert. I mean, the ambiance was amazing and most everyone in our party was delighted with their meals (meat) but I wish that mine might have been memorable. While one might say that vegans/vegetarians should not expect much when not at a vegan/vegetarian establishment, most have non-vegan families and or friends who wish to dine together. Also, there are so many options that are or can be suited to all that it is dumbfounding to find that it is still an issue. And there really are more of "us" than one might think. Just look at all of the complaints/queries on Thanksgiving Reddit True, I did not actually try the one entree that interested me and just went with the suggestion but idk if it would warrant a second try. read more

Over rated or not? Not sure really....overall we had a good experience. Food was good as expected. Hands down.... The famous beef wellington lived up to the hype and was the best dish of the night. The other dishes were good but not wow! Appetizers are small portions and wish there would be more for the price. Service was good as expected from a place like this! Love the iconic open kitchen view. Only suggestion is don't say you're celebrating a birthday. They charge $10 for a candle basically when at first they said a special dessert would be free for the birthday person. We ordered 3 extra desserts for the table thinking special dessert ideally is for the birthday person but seeing the bill there was a $10 birthday celebration charge. For $10 I rather of not said anything about a birthday as we ordered dessert anyway to begin with and the special dessert for the birthday portion was just a smaller portion of the desserts. Wasn't cool what they did with the $10 charge so not 5 star in my opinion, But the dessert was amazing overall and highly recommend the coconut trio dessert! read more

My true score is 3.5 Here I am again. Hell's kitchen opened up in miami and I was super excited. Miami being Miami I felt that this experience would be better than the 1st. It took a while to find this location and we ended up parking under the metro mover. Be careful with parking because the meter ppl are ready to give you a ticket if you go a minute over. I saw a lot of cars getting tickets when we finally left the restaurant. The décor here was well light with pastel colors in the entry way. There were tables and chairs set up while you waited for your table. The hostess was super sweet and attentive. She made sure to let us know how long the wait was going to be and checked up on us periodically. We got seated by the kitchen. The design of the color splits is pretty standard. We ordered the corn soup, it was really good. The corn was roasted and added an extra layer of flavor. I had the steak and I am very much a steak girl. It was the biggest disappointment of life. The texture wasn't good and the steak had no flavor at all. It was inconsistent in texture and I couldn't even get myself to finish it. The mac n cheese was amazing and the Elote corn is to die for. My friend enjoyed the Brussel sprouts but she said the salmon was ok. The flavor was only on the top skin and nowhere else. The sides were amazing, the main dishes not so much. The drinks were really good. The Mocktails were really good and flavorful, I just wish they would allow you to mix it with liquor without you having to do it yourself. The service was Phenomenal and top tier esp for a new restaurant. You kind of have to make your own variations of drinks If it's not on the menu. read more

When I heard Gordon Ramsay opened a restaurant in Miami, I knew I had to go. I'm a huge fan of his, and I have always wanted to dine at one of his restaurants. My wife and I made reservations for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservation was for 9:30. We showed up a little early, but we were soon informed that they were a little behind on tables, so we were told we would have to wait. The hostess escorted us to the upstairs bar where we waited. We ordered drinks in the meantime. My wife ordered wine and I had a lychee cooler, which were both good. We waited for 20 minutes for our table, which for having reservations in my opinion is kind of long. The place where we were seated was right in front of the kitchen. We had a great view of the chefs cooking the food, and it reminded me of the show. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Also soon after he introduced himself he wished my wife and I happy anniversary which I thought was nice. Going through the menu there were many things we wanted to try but we decided to get the oysters, pan-seared scallops, grilled octopus, beef wellington with a lobster tail, and sticky toffee pudding. The food didn't take that long to come out of the kitchen, and the service staff was very quick to get it to the table. The first item we received were the oysters. We ordered a dozen, and they were very fresh. The mignonette that was served with it further enhanced the flavor of the oyster. Then we had the pan-seared scallops. The scallops were perfectly cooked, but the corn that came cooked with the bacon was oddly chewy. We didn't eat much of the corn but the bacon went well with the The next plate we had was the grilled octopus. Everything about this dish was perfect. The textures and flavor profile mended very well with each other. Then finally we got the beef wellington. The presentation was amazing. We started with the lobster tail. The server informed me it was a cold water lobster tail poached in butter. It was rubbery and over cooked, and in my opinion quite small and not worth the money. The beef wellington came with a potato purée and a demi-glaze that was very good. The beef wellington while good I feel it could have been better. We noticed it was very salty. Not to the point that made it inedible, but made to VERY noticeable. We masked it with the potato purée, but it was a little disappointing. To me I feel that it was the duxelle filling that was over salted. Also I didn't get any flavors for the English mustard. Then we received dessert. OMG it was amazing. Probably one of the best desserts I have ever had. My wife and I were so excited to try it that we forgot to take pictures of it. It has the perfect mixture of warmth from the pastry, cold from the ice cream, gooeyness for the toffee sauce. And for a dessert called sticky toffee pudding it wasn't overly sweet. Overall, my experience was good. Not as good as I thought it would have been dining at a restaurant owned by Gordon Ramsey, but I would like to tack it up to this place being new. I would come back again one day to see if it was all a one time thing or if this is how things are. How things were on the night I came I believe this is a solid four star restaurant. When dining at a top tier fine dining establishment the expectation are a little higher. I shouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes on a table when I have reservations and the food should be properly prepared. I wonder what Gordon would have thought if he had the same experience we had. read more

I had conflicting expectations before I arrived. 1) I am a fan of Ramsey, I believe he is a fantastic cook and like his philosophy. 2) I thought Hells Kitchen may have been a bit gimmicky, I have less faith in chain restaurants because it is hard to manage across long distances and maintain the same success you had from the beginning. With all that being said, this blew my socks off. Service is top notch, food came out unbelievably quick, and food was great. I will absolutely be back. Unpopular opinion, it's over rated. Service was great. But food was not good. We ordered a steak medium rare and it came out almost close to well done. The beef Wellington, was messy and soggy. Flavor wasn't great. The scallops and Ceasar salad were average. The lobster risotto is nothing to rave about either and not a large portion. Although, The toffee dessert and Mac and cheese were delicious. We were given a complimentary churros because of the steak being over cooked and we couldn't eat them. It had a thick layer of cinnamon sugar. Too dry. They did a great job on the decor and set up of the place. For it being Gordon Ramsay's kitchen, I was expecting something that would blow us away. I knew walking into this restaurant I would almost regret it a bit. It was very flashy the food was good and like most of the reviews stated the attention by the server was amazing the food was good at best nothing over the top my drink tasted more like fruit juice than alcohol the presentation was definitely beautiful and almost like Barton G my husband drink had a wonderful presentation and was delicious the food was average in my opinion but to leave with a $300 bill and two drinks and two appetizers and one entrée ( I wanted to split the Wellington since it was 10:30 and I wasn't interested in eating my own steak) I definitely was not overly impressed. The restaurant is a great place to go if you want something flashy but it's not for a foodie and be prepared to spend $400 plus on two people. read more

My partner and I were nervous coming here. Is it just an tourist trap? Would they actually deliver on good food? How horrible will the traffic and parking be? Well, the traffic is horrible, no getting around that. And if you are okay with 20$ for valet, parking isn't an issue. The restaurant itself is really snazzy. Excellent atmosphere for groups and coming with friends to chat. Not very romantic, if that's what you're looking for, more fun and zesty. Wait staff was exceptional. Like, life saving. We actually had an emergency where someone started seriously choking and people were screaming for help and a server performed the Hemlich and saved the guy. Epic. Besides that, our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Even helped me get a virgin drink made how I like it. Now, the food. No gimmicks here. REALLY. REALLY. GOOD. FOOD. And amazing portions! Not tiny, not huge, but filling. We got the scallops and the mussels as an appetizer and both were cooked perfectly. The broth the mussels were in was mind blowing. We then ordered beef Wellingtons, cause, Ramsey. We added a lobster tail which we agree wasn't worth the price. But MY LAWD the tenderness of the Wellington can not be overstated. Never had a cut of meat like that. The side of Mac and cheese is a must . No oiley, greasy garbage here. Really tasty baked Mac with crunchy bits of prosciutto on top. And the dessert... The sticky toffee pudding is not what I expected. It was BETTER! It was like an amazing Bundt cake with just the best mix of flavors. We also tried the key lime pie and it was mild and refreshing. Spent about 350$ for 2 and we'd definitely go back! read more

Must try! Best customer service in a restaurant I've experienced in Miami, despite, ironically, being Gordon Ramsay's brand (you know he's intense in the kitchen). They trained the staff really well and it shows. All the staff knows their stuff and go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. Special shout out to the staff working the bar. Really nice bartenders they deserve a raise! Note, from 3-5 the kitchen has a limited menu while they switch from lunch to dinner. This can be disappointing if you are there to eat and learn you can't have the full menu you want, so be sure to plan accordingly. Also, note, they full menu for lunch and dinner are different. For example, no French fries on the dinner menu. Both menus are awesome!! But just be aware that they are different. Also, there are two bars for walk-ins. Don't forget to try the bar upstairs if you don't have a reservation. Upstairs is really nice. There are tables that look down into the beautiful kitchen which is cool. There are also private rooms upstairs. read more

First off, I'm a Chef Ramsay fan. My Fav's are Hell's Kitchen and Master Chef. I was also at his Grand Opening for his fish & chip shop in Las Vegas. But my expectations were way too high (shame on me). For whatever reason I was expecting whatever went down on TV to happen here. Lol. Why did I think that? Anyhow, came for the Miami Spice week menu for a $60 dinner. Needless to say, we spent way more than that. They have valet parking in the front. The decor is incredible. It's classy, simple and clean. You walk in and immediately see Ramsay on a screen as well as the winners of Hell's Kitchen on the wall. Our host was friendly and pleasant and gave me options to my seating which was awesome. We selected the table right near the kitchen. Let's talk about the kitchen. Where was the yelling and the fast paced moving? It was quiet in the red and blue kitchen. But the food was hot and delicious and came out in a timely manner, considering the dining room was a bit full. Our server was just alright. She wasn't as engaged as I would like, (a bit stiff), but she did her job. For drinks we ordered the Casa Expresso Martini which was really lovely and the Smoke on the water. Smoke on the water is like a downgraded Old Fashioned. It was good, but not great. For the apps that were included, we had the truffle risotto and the wagyu meatballs. Both delicious and plentiful. So plentiful that we ended up taking our entrees home. For entrees, we ordered the braised short rib and the famous beef Wellington. The rib was tender, flavorful and rich. The Wellington was tasty, but honestly I've had better. Desserts were the lemon blueberry cheesecake and the sticky toffee pudding. Both were good, but the toffee was amazingggg. I'm not a dessert person but I would eat that all day. Please note: 20% is automatically added to the bill. The server told us we should order an app because our meals sides were too small. After they came, we realized that we didn't have too. But we ordered the potato puree. The Wellington had an additional cost to it. Overall, we came for the experience. Would I go back again? I would. I need to try the scallops and the lobster risotto. read more

The service was excellent! My daughter has an egg allergy, and they made sure to highlight the menu items that were safe for my daughter to eat. They were very detailed oriented and made sure we were taken care of but not overwhelmed by their presence. The food was amazing and it came out at a reasonable time. Music was a bit loud, but it was opening week, so it made it fun. read more

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen - New American Near Me - Miami, Florida

First, after the initial star struck feeling as we walked up and entered the establishment, we felt that the reception desk was a little cold. The gentleman that was manning the desk seemed very busy but very little eye contact or engagement. We had a short wait for our reservation but suddenly a young lady approached and said our tables were ready. She escorted us to the elevator to our table. The service staff were VERY ATTENTIVE to our order and needs. Our food was on point! We throughly enjoyed it!! It was prepared and seasoned perfectly. Upon leaving, again we felt like the front reception could have been more engaging, such as, thanking us for dining with them or tell us goodnight. read more

I made it through lockdown because of Hell's Kitchen. With nowhere to go, I watched every season and seasons 10 and up more than once. So, I have an emotional attachment to this restaurant. When I found out Miami was taking reservations I didn't hesitate and was able to grab a 5:30 pm for opening night. We arrived about 5 mins late after GPS had us everywhere but there for 40 minutes. We parked in valet and headed in, with the loveliest greeting being offered at the door. Their staff is TOP TIER. Smiles and warmth in all of their faces. It took everything in me to not cry when I saw the wall of winners. My daughter and I (Gabby) walked up to looked at the pictures. A staff member overhead me swooning over Chef Christina and then ALAS, there she was in person. I ALMOST LOST MY MIND. She was so kind and welcomed us in. We were guided to our table which placed us against the window facing the kitchen. Team red and blue were hard at work creating magic. I am going to shorten this otherwise it will be 10 million characters long. We reviewed the menu prior to arrival so we knew what we wanted. We ordered flat water, Notes From Gordon and Meet Your Maker cocktails which were divine. For appetizers we had: ceasar salad, lobster risotto, the scallops and the sweet corn soup. Dinner: short ribs, ribeye, crispy skin salmon and the chicken scallopini. I tasted everything single thing and so let me be clear: BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE. Steak before this moment has been a lie. The meat was cooked medium to perfection and was like eating cotton candy from the hands of angels. The salmon flaked out at a simple touch from the fork paired with capers and pureed potatoes like they were only created to meet on a plate. The chicken, and I am not a big fan of chicken breast. That was the best piece of chicken I have had. Succulent, packed with flavor.... perfection. The short ribs were tender and overwhelmingly delicious. THE MAC AND THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS?!?! Stop it RIGHT NOW! The best of both I've had. Dessert: toffee pudding and coconut 3 ways. I didn't want either would drive back down to Miami tomorrow for BOTH. I can NOT stand coconut. This dessert has given me an experience that makes me doubt everything I thought about coconut. Light and not overwhelmingly sweet while being refreshing and just enough. We also ordered a latte and cappuccino. Delish. The staff is in a league of their own. Engaged, attentive, knowledgeable, offered outstanding suggestions, and they even gave us a tour of the entire location. The ambiance set the tone for what to expect from the food. The temperature was perfect, seating was comfortable. Restrooms were clean and the noise level was just good enough to hear what was going on at our table yet still enjoy the hustle and bustle of the entire space. This was a masterclass in fine dining. Their staff is the best I've witnessed and the meal was the best of my life. Absolutely worth every minute and dime contributed and I will be back soon. Compliments to the Chefs! Thank you to: Chef Christina Wilson Hells Kitchen staff: Tamia (Hostess with the golden locs from Heaven) Mario - Server Kevin - Side Server...thank you all for a world class experience and for making Gabby the happiest girl in the world, her mommy was pretty elated by all of it too! read more
